We brought our vehicle in to replace the clutch. They did it in a very timely fashion, and for a fair price. However when we asked if everything else was looking ok, like belts etc, they mentioned an oil issue but didn't say anything about the belts. Well our fan belt broke later the same day, and now we have to be towed again. Just a bummer. 3 stars for service but -2 for us breaking down 5 hours later.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE when I can find a place of business that cares about the level of quality they provide. I am impressed with the spectrum of services that they provide, and the willingness to assist with providing a service or suggesting another place of business that provides the services you are looking for. Definitely go above and beyond your normal everyday businesses. Plus they have managed to provide and maintain that welcoming friendly yet professional atmosphere with a smile every time. It brings back that feeling a person has from growing up in a small town. Which is awesome for me. I can say I am a repeat customer

Having a few Honda vehicles, a dependable and honest auto repair shop is a must. Though they work on various vehicle makes, they are Honda specialists. Among other things, I really appreciate the fact that they do not up sale you on needless repairs. Considering their professionalism, knowledge and expertise, I find their prices quite reasonable for the work they do. I have been pleased with all the work they have done and will only allow them to touch any of my vehicles.

These guys are fantastic!!! On a friend's recommendation dropped my 2001 Mustang GT off. The car was not running and had multiple problems with it. They never gave up on the car and it is now running and sounding like a dream. The car feels and sounds brand new. They communicated with me each and everything they did to the car. No surprises. They also gave me good advice and no purchase pressure at all. Outstanding customer service. The garage is under new owners so forget the few bad reviews from a couple of years ago. Morgan and Hermes are top-notch, utterly professional mechanics with over 60 years of experience between them. You will not go wrong with this duo. Do not hesitate to use this garage. They are a one-stop, honest shop.

Literally the best mechanics I have ever had. I’ve brought my secondhand car to Hermes and Morgan for everything from a timing belt replacement to regular maintenance after discovering their shop several months back. They’re not only highly skilled, but they invest in your car and you— Hermes always takes the time to explain the work and provide options for efficient and cost effective repairs, which is a lifesaver when you’re trying to figure out an older car. After trouble with the alternator killed my car’s old battery yesterday, this morning I dropped off a vehicle to Heavenly Auto with almost no notice at around 8am. They called just a few hours later, just past 11am, to let me know the car was ready! Now I can get to work tomorrow. And as I drove my now functioning Honda away, I realized that the guys at the shop had even taken time to reset the car’s clock and radio settings after doing the job. These were all erased yesterday in the battery trouble—but now my car has a reliable alternator, plus the correct clock time and some pretty great presets. It’s such a small detail, but they care about and notice details. So: highly skilled mechanics, honest prices, unbeatable customer service, attention to detail *and* great taste in music. Take your car to Heavenly Auto! You’ll be in good hands.

Absolutely amazed by the mechanic works done, and humbled by the profession & welcome given by Hermes & staff here. Called on early Saturday for a drive belt replacement, was given specific prices for parts & labor in no time, then drove in at the given time and got it fixed within an hour. There were more problems involving water pump and coolant leakage. I made appointment to get them fix the following week. Drove in at given time on a Saturday again and got them done in timely manner. Above all, Hermes also fixed the rattling sounds that have been with the working van for a very long time and no one else had been able to fix. Absolutely hands down the best mechanic I’ve ever met in my years of driving life. So soo happy that I found this lovely place & mechanics here.

Excellent service and would highly recommend!! A few weeks ago, my phone charger got very knotted around the steering column while I was driving in the area. I called Heavenly auto care and they were able to see me right away! They were able to get the cord untangled without cutting it in only about 10 mins! Great customer service and the shop itself was very orderly and organized! If I lived in the area, I would get the rest of my auto needs taken care of here without a doubt!

Actually broke down in the parking lot close to the auto body. Morgan randomly stopped by and tried to quickly help me jump my car + brought out another mechanic to assist, when it turned out it was something else than the battery. They manually pushed the car into the shop and rose it to the jack to see if they can quickly get me started, but no dice. Im leaving my car to Morgan to troubleshoot for further diagnostics, and he’s also going to work on other outstanding parts of my car. Just wanted to thank the team there for their kindness and going above and beyond. Amazing service, and really kind hearted people. I trust my car with them!

Came in for oil change & to check on brakes. My steering wheel was wobbling when braking at high speeds. Service was fast. Information was unbiased. Mechanic advised me that I could change them but it would be premature. Definitely appreciate the honesty and not wanting to perform a service just for the money. Mechanic advised on future timeline and options if I did want to change them for peace of mind. They even checked the cabin filter! Waiting room is super clean, chairs are comfy, water and magazines available. My favorite shop on 19th recently closed down. I’m happy to find a new shop close to home. Will definitely come back and recommend to family & friends 12/10

I’ve been here a few times. The first time being for my tire alignment, the second for a fuel valve repair, and today for a flat tire replacement. Hermes is always super kind, informative, and honest. I wish I had found this shop sooner, but I’ll make sure to come here for my future service needs. Heavenly Auto Care is a hidden gem. They are expert auto mechanics, have reasonable prices, and you can bring your own parts. They can do Uber car inspection, repairs, and maintenance. Way faster and better than Wheel Works or Midas. They don't service Teslas but can inspect it for you. Hermes and the team are nice and provide excellent customer service. Highly recommended auto shop. All 5 Stars.
