Great place to fill up on gas since it's right off the freeway; however, it can be congested here because this gas station is located in an area of high traffic. There's a car wash that isn't the best, but it does clean your car. I definitely enjoy the store because the attendants are usually friendly and there's even froyo in here! Just three flavors: vanilla, chocolate and swirl with a small selection of toppings. The great aspect of this froyo is that there is one price and it's not based on weight or number of toppings. It's just one solid price (plus tax).

I really like this Shell station and the Loop markets in general. They really are the top of the line that you could ask for in a gas station. Clean, well-maintained, new pumps, priced on the lower side, car wash available. What more can you ask for than a gas station that has a salad bar?!

Spanking New! Great price on gas and food. Their Deli shop is packed with a large variety of items where you will surely find what makes you happy. Not to forget, their car wash is also top of line.

Car wash is broken Manager don’t care. If you try and let them know they’ll just come and watch the car wash go through ones and tell you there is no problem but the pre rinse and 2x shield is not working before and after wash. Kid would rather just sit there and vape then fix the problem.

Fine gas station, usually cheaper than the one across the street. Can be very busy at times, though, especially the car wash. Convenience store is clean and 24-7, so that's super convenient. They sell food as well as beer, and the selection of the latter is decent.

Multiple pumps have credit card readers not working with stickers to go inside to pay. After trying 3 pumps I went to Chevron across the street.

The car wash hours clearly say 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., and it is currently 8:55 a.m. the woman inside said I need to come back in an hour because she doesn't want to come out to open the door to it.

The station itself is new and comes with all the perks: good staff, nice pumps, nice store. Just don't risk the car wash. Breaks down pretty often and sometimes gives you half of the wash you paid for. My car literally came out half covered in soap. Had to pull off and squeegee the rest off just so I could drive to a different wash.

SCAM! DONT USE THE CAR WASH. Paid 15.00 for the Ultimate wash, whole car came back out soapy and NOT CLEAN. Going back to Chevron for their touchless wash

The staff is friendly and the restroom is clean. I just needed to use the car wash. They sold it to me all right, but did not tell me the drier does not work. I've complained to a clerk, and he said "Yes probably it does not work."

This evening their car wash ripped off both side view mirrors on my 2000 Toyota truck, Meghan D. (manager) while writing her report said I needed to fold in my truck's mirrors... My mirrors don't fold in, like many autos/trucks out there. She also said maybe I didn't line my truck up right in the wash... WTF? I told her to stop trying to lay the blame on me, and I walked away before I blew my top... We'll see if her company steps up to the plate, Vintners Distributors DBA Shell Loop. P.S. While I was standing there dealing with her/making a report. Another guy walked up, his car mirror was ripped off from the wash also... Once, ok, but twice within 30mins... too much.

I usually come to this gas station, and I know the tire pressure machine is supposed to be free if you ask them to turn it on. But every time I’ve asked this one employee, he refuses. This time, I ended up paying for it, only to find out the machine was broken. This isn’t the first time I’ve had an issue with him. One time, we stopped by late at night to get gas and check the tire pressure, and he still wouldn’t turn it on—even though no one else was there, and he was just sitting around. To top it off, he put up a "closed" sign even though the posted hours said they were still open. His attitude is always rude and unhelpful, and at this point, I think he needs to be fired. It’s clear he doesn’t care about customer service, and I’m tired of dealing with him. I hope management takes action because this kind of treatment is unacceptable.

Went in for a car wash and purchase an Ultimate car wash that comes with a free towel. But the printer by the car wash is unable to print receipt. So I went in the store to claim the free towel but this guy Cashier named KAMAL was so rude that he can’t give me a towel because I do not have a proof that I purchase an ULTIMATE CARWASH, so I showed him my bank account that I indeed purchase it $14.99 but he still refused to give a towel. He was so rude to tell me that I need to come back tomorrow to talk to his manager or call the number to claim my towel. Am not that desperate for a damn towel. So so I just walk out.

Just like a lot of customers that are out of luck. Passenger side mirror folded back and forth twice during car wash and side mirror internal parts were damaged and it won’t able to adjust the angle. The staffs picked up the cover and snap it back on but internal parts are broken.
