Sure, it probably doesn't have the cleaning power of a carwash with brushes, but my car is a cloth-top convertible, so having no brushes is the main selling point for me. Since these brushless carwashes are hard to come by, it seems like It's in high demand. I'll definitely be back.

This is a true touchless car wash, with brushes only for the wheels. Everything else is water jets only. It does tend to have a line. Wait times of a half hour are not uncommon either on weekday or weekend. It does a good job for a gas station automatic car wash.

It use to be the touch less car wash which i perfered but now they changed it. And not sure what caused this but it folded and ripped my rear license plate off !! So now I have to drive around with a creased license plate. Also the brushes probably left nice signatures all across my paint too. Thanks for down grading chevron

Takes credit card. I got the most expensive option. Does a mediocre job at best. Not enough pressure to clean the dirt of your car. Big spots in the middle and the back of the car are not washed at all. Update: The chemicals damaged the black trim on a new Tesla.

Who is the guy who works on Sundays at this car wash? I'm canceling my monthly plan because of a rude sunday guy. I come every day of the week and I have no problems, it's the second Sunday in a row that this guy (white hair) is rude... I only have problems with him, it's insane to queue and queue because he doesn't know how to operate the machine in the Sunday.

Terrible car wash. They changed the wash from touch less and the brushes they use will definitely mess up your paint. I also paid for the top tier ($20) wash, which was supposed to include a wax. The conveyor got me in and out of the wash in ~1 minute. Zero chance any wax was applied and my car had soap scum and wet spots all over it. Do not give these people business.

It cleans 75% of the dirty which is fine for me given the price. The problem is that the machine moves cars at a diferença speed, so sometimes it almost hit the other car and then all stops and makes an alarm sound.

Terrible: the conveyor system in this carwash triggers an error on Toyotas with the hold feature. There is no warning to tell you beforehand about the error. The carwash attendant did not speak very clearly and was not able to describe the error. It can be resolved if you turn off the hold feature. I definitely won't go back again.

My work truck was sitting under a tree that we'll decided to release all the sap it had in that thing it seemed like and my truck was not a brilliant white that it usually is. I had some extra time in between clients so I decided to try out Duckys carwash at the chevron gas station. I bought the cheapest deal for 12 bucks and went to drive in the entrance for the wash. The car wash attended was at the pay kiosk and greated me with a smile. He entered everything into the kiosk for me and I went thru the wash. It is not a touch less wash meaning it's the kind that has the big spinning wheels and the track your tire goes into. The attended guided me into the track and even took a house and sprayed the truck before I entered. I came out the other side and noticed that some of the sap was in some hard to wash areas still. I was going to try it again as I really wanted the truck to get cleaned. He was really cool in that he let me go thru again and even gave me some wipes to clean my interior. My truck came out super clean and I am very happy with my experience at this place. If I am ever in the area I will definitely use it again. Henry took great care and made sure I was happy!!

Ripped my front bumper off and lost one of my hubcaps somehow. Honestly no idea how it happened, this looks to be a touch less car wash, but at the end of the wash I noticed my front bumper off to the side. Some kind biker saw what happened and helped me try to reattach it but it was a lost cause. Attendants and manager weren’t helpful. I understand this is (hopefully just) a freak accident, but at least a refund would’ve been nice. Currently dealing with my insurance to figure out my options.

My car was awfully dirty. I was embarrassed to be seen driving it. My rims were black. I couldn’t believe how good my white Porsche looked. I’ve gone to other Chevron car washes and spent $14 and so much areas were missed. We’ve been customers of Quick Quack for years and my car never looked this good. I was greeted by a very nice guy who I told it was my first time and he helped me pay for the car wash. We are canceling our membership with Quick Quack and look into this better quality and more convenient location.

I been here many times when the car wash was under Chevron. Recently I was in need of a car wash, upon my arrival I noticed the ownership changed and was named Ducky’s. I did not think of much since there was no line and I have already made my decision. I was going to pay at the machine and out of nowhere, one of their staffs came out from the washing area to assist me. He was beyond helpful and understanding, you can choose their monthly plan that includes unlimited washes or choose one of their different washes. I chose the full package since my vehicle was a bit dirty and gave it a try. When I entered the wash I was a bit surprised and disappointed because the wash is now manual, the staff that helped me sprayed down my vehicle with a hose. The soap still comes out from the washing machine. And that pretty much wraps up the wash, it is super quick with little to no effort and the part that bugs me the most is the drying part. I remember back then there is a timer for the drying process, but now it’s no more than thirty seconds where my car came out wet like a fish out the sea. I recommend going to other car washes within the area. I am sorry but I think I have other options next time.

I have been going to this car wash for about 5 years. Throughout the years I have consistently taken my car for a wash at least 2-3 per month. The quality of the wash was really evident because I had a black car. The car was 15 years old but still had a nice shine. By the time it hit 20 years the paint started to faintly fade. It wasn't enough for just anyone to notice but I did. I gave it 4 stars because although I asked for the most expensive monthly package, for some reason it was changed to the cheapest which caused an extra roller to come from the top and took off my emblem. The reason I was motivated to write this review is because of their employees. Henry and Manny have always done their job with a smile. It doesn't matter how many questions I ask or how much I feel like I'm bugging them, they are always more than willing to go above and beyond. They are both OUTSTANDING!! I give them 5 stars!! Generally speaking, this car wash is a great place for people without access to a way to do it at home to keep their car clean.
