Explain to me how "Sgt Clean" a veteran owned establishment, refuses to accept cash for payment? Please reconsider this ridiculous policy, Mr. Krusz. Cash is legal tender, we carry it to use it, remember? Other than that, fine job and friendly service. Don't fold to this cashless garbage.....

I've been going here since they opened, maybe 6 years ago? I have the platinum wash which is the fully loaded package, I've taken probably 10 different cars through this wash and they always come out spotless, they keep improving the automated wash which is nice, they maintain their equipment very well, and staff is always friendly. I have never had an issue with this wash where it damaged my vehicle, The free vacuums are very strong, and it's fast and efficient! The only thing that could make this wash better is if it was touchless but I'm not sure they would be able to accommodate the amount of cars they do now with a touch less system. Overall though if you wash your car more than a few times a month, it pays off to get the premium monthly membership.

Chubby fella with the beard does not know how to politely talk to customers. Yelled at and demeaned my father (who is a member) for what I assume to be a common mistake. He braked while his car was in neutral. He continued to yell at my dad after he apologized multiple times. Poor customer service!

Came to check out the wash being its winter time to see if I wanted a membership had a free coupon for a basic wash wanted to upgrade to get a under carriage wash to see if I liked it and they don't take cash what business doesnt take cash ????? Will not be getting a membership or coming back

I have a membership for my car and pay for a book for my wife’s. She barely uses it and I go at least weekly. I wish there was a form of a family discount or multi-car discount and I would definitely jump on that. Love this play and that there are multiple locations. Parma is my default as I drive past daily.

From the moment I pulled into Sergeant Car Wash on Day Drive, I was greeted with a smile so warm it could melt the soap suds off my car. Jessica is an absolute rock star of customer service—no, scratch that—she’s the Beyoncé of the car wash industry. Not only did she greet me by name (how does she remember everyone?!), but she also took the time to explain every option available with incredible patience and enthusiasm. She made me feel like my old, dusty car was the star of a luxury detailing commercial. Her energy was contagious, her professionalism unmatched, and her attention to detail—flawless. She’s not just providing a service—she’s delivering an experience. You can tell Jessica takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about every single customer that pulls through. She even double-checked my mirrors for spotting after the wash and offered to re-wipe them if I wasn’t happy. Who does that?! Jessica does. I left not only with a sparkling clean car, but with a lifted spirit. Give that woman a raise, a bonus, and a billboard. Sergeant Car Wash is lucky to have her—and so are the rest of us. 10/10. I go to the day drive location mostly, your other locations dry the car better, I am a little disappointed, that your prices keep increasing. I am probably going to have to shop around now because you guys are going to push me out of my budget. It seems, once you get someone's business you slowly start creeping the price up. I'm going to be verifying to see if other places are similar.

Good car wash, can get backed up because of the amount of cars. But overall pretty quick wash that cleans well. Also has a lot of free options like vacuums, detailing air, window cleaning, etc. Prices are also reasonable, they also send coupons by mail locally.

I don’t usually leave reviews unless of course it’s outstanding or below my standards. I have never had an issue coming to Sergeant car wash. I usually get greeted have nice people wave at me and today. It seems like this beautiful day has brought everyone over to get their car washed pretty typical right, well I only had to ask what was holding up the line because it seems like the membership line wasn’t moving and the other line just kept moving sort of like it was stuck, well the lady with the dark hair mullet decided to give me an attitude and a stare down (kinda of confrontational) for asking a simple question (whats going? why is the line not moving?) well her response was extremely rude and unprofessional, I understand that it’s a busy day and that the carwash may be having technical difficulties, but I definitely didn't deserve to be treated in that manner with an attitude. Regardless of how you’re feeling, expressing confrontational feelings toward members is simply unacceptable. Please do better and managing your emotions and not mixing personal feelings with the workplace.

I was lied to when I started my membership. They had a promotion going to where you can pay the low membership price for the best membership so I did that and they told me as long as my membership don’t cancel. I will always be paying that price but when I just seen it, come out my account the other day they stopped that and now I’m paying full price and then I don’t understand how I’m paying almost $60 for the best membership and I have to deal with them closing early.

Our first and last experience with you. We saw the back of the car after car wash only when we drove away and stopped. Low quality. Look at the back. Insane. And no the car was not too dirty. The back of the car is after the wash.
