The worst car wash we took our 2022 trailblazer RS through it today and it's set alarm off in my car that I have never seen come up on my dash it was hitting it so hard got out to check The bird crap was still on my car it scraped the passenger mirror the glass part we have to get a new one. The truck has scratches there was soap all inside the door handle it was terrible terrible do not take your car there

Good no matter the location. This one is nice because there’s lot of space to clean out your car after a wash and it’s never so packed that you can’t move around your vehicle. Friendly staff and good promotions. Been using company on and off for a few years (winter). Now using all year round because of this location.

Everyone is super nice and friendly. The first visit I had here the cashier was very informative about the subscription witch I have no regrets. She saved me money that day and I got to get the best car wash I’ve had. The free vacuuming is great too.

This is a fast, thorough car wash. Put it in neutral and let the wash do the job. Car comes out CLEAN. Most locations have free vacuums along side the building and receptacles for any trash. Blue Falls also has unlimited member washes for a monthly price, which, depending on how often you get your car washed can be very economical. I highly recommend this place for a fast, optimal clean for your ride.

I had a terrible experience with Blue Falls Car Wash. I initially connected my bank card for auto-payment as they required. However, when I decided to cancel their services and called to do so, I canceled and severed all ties with them. To my surprise, half a year later, I discovered that payments were still being deducted from my account without my knowledge or consent. This is unacceptable and unethical behavior. I strongly advise against using their services.

We have had an unlimited membership since literally day 1, but in the last month and a half or so the stench while going through the car wash is awful! It’s stays in the car for a while too. It makes me nauseous and some days the smell is worse than others. Other than that this car wash is great! What changed? Please fix this

I went to this Bluefalls to get a carwash. I drive forward and asked about pricing for a wash, the girl working at the receiving area said for a couple dollars more I can have access for washes for a month. I agreed, it seemed like a deal. I got my car washed that day and never returned. I really wasnt happy with the way my car looked. Still was dirty in some spots and honestly the team that worked there that day weren't helpful on guidance and were not customer centric. 31 days later I noticed a charge on my account for $50. AT NO POINT DID I AUTHORIZE A REOCCURRING CHARGE FOR ACCESS TO THIS PLACE. The initial wash was only like $22. Beware.....they will not tell you its a reoccurring charge that is double the initial amount. SHADY. Shame on Conrad's Tire for these tactics. Yes, I am venting on google bc I tried contacting Conrad's Tire through their website, only to find out their contact page is a dead link.

The vacuums really don't have enough power. The staff really doesn't care about your concerns especially when you ask them to leave space between you and the car in back of you because you need to hit the brake to put your truck in gear they look at you like your bothering them. I'm a monthly member I'll take my business elsewhere if I get attitude again.

If you want to risk having damage done to your car and them putting it all on you, go here. If you care about when your car is damaged, companies are held liable as they should be, go elsewhere. I went here to get a car wash and before I went in through the wash, my mirror was in its normal position. When I came out of the wash it was pushed in and it was loose and coming apart. I contacted management to get this resolved and they ended up saying their typical fake "I'm so sorry" professional crap and basically said it's on me to fix it because my car is over 10 years old. My car is a 2013 so very newly off the 10 year mark and I've had many many car washes without having my mirror pushed in and damaged like this. Clearly their machines caused some kind of damage and they are putting it all on me. Fake professionalism as expected and won't take responsibility for their machines being faulty. Don't truly care about their customers when it comes to own up to their faults.

Today January 27 at 11 am I had my second visit to Blue Falls in Parma on York Rd. On my first visit my passenger side mirror was rotated backwards. Today I asked the attendant (an older male in poor health) to push the passenger mirror in for me. I asked politely and he did do as I asked. The next thing I know a young woman comes out and starts yelling at me "YOU CAN'T DO THAT!" and stops the entire carwash. I asked what I can't do as I was fearful I somehow did something to break the carwash, she said, "YOU CAN'T ASK US TO PUSH IN YOUR MIRROR LADY!" She was very rude and I told her not to yell at me or call me "Lady" to which she went off again "YOU ARE A LADY AREN'T YOU?". It was uncalled for and because of this I will be posting this review everywhere I can. I will not be abused because I asked for a little customer service politely. And the carwash itself isn't all that either. Nothing special.

How can you get any better? Ya can't really for the money (or lack of). The vacuums are free and there are garbages for cleaning up the vehicle. Perfect for before a road trip or just cruising in for your regular car wash. The subscriptions are cheap and can cancel any time. Make sure to bring a pressure gauge if you're filling up your tires though. 'A' rating.

Was vacuuming my van when an older male employee came out by the mat cleaning machine and lit a blunt. I had a 3 month old in the car with windows down due to it being 65 degrees and i didnt want her to over heat. kind of unprofessional.

They're often closed during business hours due to repairs or something. But they've never missed a payment for a monthly subscription.

Be patient this time of year. They are busier than usual most days. Recently upgraded system ive noticed. More fans and prewash spray nozzles. My only beef is just one burner is lit in the dry station and thats been like that since you opened the location. Id be happy to help diagnose or fix the issue. Definitely worth the monthly membership for sure. Appreciate the hard work guys. 🚗 🚕 🚗 🌧

terrible experience! I went to wash my car and i had a membership, and my bumper completely ripped off and side of my car was scratched during the car wash!!!!! Mind you my car is not old it’s only 2020. I’ve been waiting for a month to receive my check from them to fix my car. First they said it was sent and will come on Thursday and when Thursday came there was nothing in the mail. Then I called again and they said that “the lady that is writing checks was on vacation” they will send it and it should come on April 30th. Yesterday was April 30th and AGAIN nothing in the mail. I started calling the manager and it sent me straight to the voicemail! So unprofessional. I was trying to handle it very politely even tho the damage was done to MY car. Never going back and do not recommend anyone unless you want to have similar experience.

Staff was rude and unprofessional... I have a pass on my other cars; but, was in a rental and needed help using automated machine. The addendant was rude and called me a dumb ass because I needed help.... Then I asked for the managers name and number to contact him and was blown off... said he'll be in tomorrow... 4 people in the office all unwilling to assist me... Great job guys and gal for you positive experience... Will be looking for a new establishment to spend my hard earned money...

First time here. I bought a single wash online then drove up to the teller and the nice fellow scanned the code I received via email and I was off! The conveyor belt takes you thru then you pull around to vacuum your vehicle. It seemed to wash my car and salt off pretty good 😃 The first suction device I was trying to use was horrible. 😲 Luckily the other one, next to that one, was very strong and kinda fun to use. (I accidentally sucked up a quarter. 😩). Next time I will make sure my car is cleaned out before coming here so I can better vacuum.

Missing pre-soak jets for months.... Last set of brushes that touch the mirrors are greasy and dirty... But today there was zero water for the entire line, except for rinsing. Those brushes loaded with salt and sand are just grinding away for the first half length of the line. How are you guys not stopping this idiotic process? You just let people damage their paint? Edit: Two days later, again... I stop the car and asked the manager about it(the older gentleman) he's reassuring me that there's soap, I'm explaining I see the pre-soak first station not working(high pressure), he says it is... There's a 5 car line behind me, I ran again through the same thing... Just for clarity, this works on basic plan at blue Fall on Pearl. We have 2 car memberships for a very long time, we used to go on pearl rd, when this one was not open. We're canceling both - its one thing to apologize and fix the problem, another thing to BS the customers on their expense
