Awesome unlimited car wash location with other locations in Cleveland and the membership works at any location I do the 36 bucks one but they have more expensive and cheaper options been with them for 2 years and they just keep getting more and more locations every year. You can wash your car and literally wash it again if you didn’t get everything or wash it twice a day whatever you want. Free vacuum and they have a small shop inside with car detailing merchandise. Definitely recommend it but don’t tell everyone because they are starting to get popular and the lines have gotten a little longer than they were 2 years ago haha overall great deal and great service.

The wait line was so long because they have 3 lines going and they don’t lift up the gate in order of who was there first so you can be waiting a few minutes before your gate lifts up., This has happened several times.

Leaves alot of Soap Spots (Not water) in the car, not enough rinse, I have used it for three weeks now, same results, I have moved from the one at Day drive (Sgt.) never had this issue, I am thingking of moving back if they cant calibrate it correctly. I have to redo the car Everytime by hand with water. Definitely doesn't earn the "Clean" word. READ OTHER LOW REVIEWS.

Scratched up my brand-new car!😭 I've never been to a car wash before; this was my very first time going to a car wash & my LAST! 😭 I literally just drove off the car lot with my brand-new 2023 Kia Soul on June 1st, and I just wanted to get the pollen/dust off the car.... I left this car wash with permanent scratches all over the passenger side windows. I'm just mad that I realized it once I got home otherwise I would have reported it right then and there. 😓 This car is a LEASE, so I will be paying for these damages! 😭 I'm beyond upset... It's hard to take a picture of the glass, but its very noticeable in-person.

ORIGINAL REVIEW FROM 2021: I'm trying out the unlimited wash for this first month. I got the top option. So far, I'm not that happy, but this was also my first post winter wash, so I'm going to give it a few tries. I've had my car washed twice a week apart. The front chrome grill has soap streaks on it. There was still dirt on the back of my car that wasn't cleaned off either. I expect better for an $18 wash. I'll update after a few more washes, but right now, the top level doesn't seem worth the cost. I'm on the fence. ADDED UPDATE: I kept the top-level wash as an unlimited subscription for about a year. In the winter, in particular, the wash was consistently streaky. Then the wash broke the rear window wiper on my car (Ford Escape), and I spoke with the manager. They refused to cover the damage, so I dropped the subscription. They said I couldn't "prove" it was damaged by them. What am I supposed to do? Video the rear wiper working immediately before and after each wash? I've seen other reviews of various damage not being covered by other locations of the same company, too (see Seven Hills location).

I was excited to try this place .. first and last time I’ll be coming.. I paid for the most expensive clean… it came out halfway dry and all the spots I wanted it to clean did not come off. Looks exactly the same way I brought it in

I’m not sure how this car wash has managed to get the reviews it has. I decided to try out the $1 membership at the Parma Broadview location simply because of the price and let me tell you it wasn’t even worth the dollar. Every time I come out of the wash my tires have this brown film on the rims. I even tried going to the CLEAN on Bagley and came out with the same issue. The car wash also does not completely rinse the soap off of the car and leaves soap suds dripping from my mirrors for the dryers to spray on the side of my car at the end of wash. Lastly, the pressure from the water guns is extremely intense and almost too much. I can feel the mist from the water through my sunroof and I’m just waiting for the day it breaks through. VERY disappointed in quality of car wash. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. I will continue to drive a little further for the wash on Day Drive.

I come here regularly for my pickup truck, which the wash does a decent job on. But ive had 2 small suvs come through here a bunch of times and the carwash doesnt ever wash the passenger side. They get sprayed with water but the passenger side comes out dirty 100% of the time.

0 stars for customer service! We canceled our membership and still got charged & we cannot get anyone at the customer service # to answer or call us back. We just sit on hold for hours with no response. I see on other reviews the owner has provided the customer service number to others with issues so I know the number is correct. Has anyone actually gotten thru?!

For about 6 months, I had the WHISTLE CAR WASH (Pearl Rd) unlimited top tier plan. It was good. It was convenient. I only had it during the winter for all the salt and snow. I figured during the warm month I'd wash my vehicle myself. That didn't happen, so I searched for alternatives. Whistle had a few issues. I ended up going with Express, and all I can say is that all car washes aren't created equal. It seems a shorter experience by a minute or so, but my car came out great, and the big thing is that it shows you which level of wash you have. I always wondered if I was getting my tier at Whistle. My car looks great. The only real difference is that my tires seemed like they were shiner at Whistle, but that's not a big deal.

I regret getting the monthly subscription. They turned the brushes and dryer OFF during the wash, and when I asked about it, they argued with me and said they won’t turn anything ON until I remove all the snow from my car myself. I told them that if they expect customers to remove the snow, then at least they should put something outside like a bucket with brush just like other car washes do — but they said they can’t do that. This makes no sense. Honestly, they’d probably be happiest if we washed our car at home first and THEN went through their wash. I won’t be returning

Who does not love a good car wash. If you want a sparkling clean, then this is the place for you. My Jeep comes out so clean and smells so good inside. I love the colored lighting effect when your vehicle is being cleaned. That's awesome! The staff is always friendly and helpful. Love this place!

Ceramic 4 Ultra is a great wash and I appreciate the option to go touchless. The water really beads on my car when it rains. Plenty of strong vacuums available(w/crevice tool) and the towel exchange program is a plus. However, I must say at multiple Clean Express locations, I find myself dying off more water versus the competitor at the end. Maybe a stronger/ longer drying segment is needed. A mat washing station would also be a gamechanger. Overall, a satisfying experience and I will return.

First and last time I will use this place. Didn't get all the dirt off my car AND destroyed my tire from what ever pulls your vehicle through the wash. You can clearly see the matching damage on either side of my tire.

If I could give a 0 stars I would. My car was severally damaged in the process of my car wash and they acknowledged the fact that they have video footage to prove that during the drying process there car wash snapped the FIN off of my car that covers my antenna. I was told to file a claim, which I did immediately. Within 24 hours my claim was denied that they aren’t responsible. Now my antenna is exposed to the elements of rain and now causing severe damage to the electronic components. Which are not cheap, I’m now looking at 6-700 worth of damage to my vehicle. One of the employees recommended that I just super glue it on, wanting me to not file a claim. I want others to be aware to not use this car wash who clearly don’t care about their customers. I was also bribed by one person through the claims department that they will give me 3 months worth of free car washes. What a joke. DO NOT USE. There are so many other car washes in the area.
