Prices somehow shot up to $16 for a basic wash. Didn’t even get the salt off my car so it was expensive and useless at the same time.

I went here after dropping my daughter off to a nearby gymnastics place. The final wash was weak and not enough to get the soap all over my vehicle off. I forward too fast while in the drying cycle, went to back up to slow my pace, as I had time left, and it shut off with 20 seconds left. I cannot think of another car wash where this has been an issue. For a 16 dollar wash (which was the second least expensive, I wouldn't expect these issues) I would not recommend going here until they fix these issues. I'm more than happy to revise my review if they fix these issues.

Poor excuse for a car wash, I spend $20 on the highest option for my car to somehow look dirtier than before. Never going there again, I will deal with the traffic in strongsville to go to clean auto wash.

16 dollars is the cheapest wash and it's horrible. Says it underwashes your car but really just sprays water on the outside of your wheels. Washed my car today 2/25/2025 and it was still dirty when I left. Not worth the money at all!

Not good. A lot of dripping and rinsing but not much washing. Disappointing for $18. My now-very-dirty drying towel is a testament to how much dirt was still on my car after the wash. Olmsted Laser is much better for the same price IMO.

I've been taking our vehicles to the Berea LaserWash for many years. They're really great for keeping the winter road salt and general grime in check until I can do a more thorough detailed clean & polish on them myself. I used it again yesterday and purchased a "buy 5 get 2 free" UltraWash package for $90 (saves just over $5 per wash off the regular price) but it was the first time the machine didn't give me the receipt with the special codes you need for using the remaining prepaid washes. I wrote an email to them when I got home. This was around 8 pm on a Sunday evening. I didn't expect a reply until sometime Monday or Tuesday. To my amazement, Scott wrote back shortly after 10 pm along with a photo of the receipt showing the codes on it. Highly recommended for providing a consistently good experience at fair prices with excellent customer service.

I spent $16 on a water cleaning. Never saw any bubbles on my car nor did the guy ahead of me. The under carriage wasn't dripping, it was just slightly wet. So no undercarriage cleaning was even attempted. My car looks horrible. It's bad enough prices are sky-high, but not to get what you paid for, makes it even WORSE!! I took pictures but I don't see an option to add photos other than on the actual site.

I'm sorry but this place is really terrible. The advertise hot soap like no other car washes, but spend $18 and it can't even get my windshield clean. Also there's a bunch of residue all over my car. Do it yourself at home. You'll get a better result. I'm not spending any more money at this place

I always go to this wash and I never have an issue. One time I had an issue and they comped me almost immediately. That’s pretty much all you can ask for. I’m a loyal customer and will always be with that type of customer service.

Paid for the wash, drove in, and afyer about 20 seconds it was over and the blowers started. There was still soap all over my car. I hadto go back atound and pay again to getthe soap off. Even the second car wash seemed as if there was something off about it. I had to get out atthe end and use a rag to clean and dry it. Water and dirt still all over it. I wish there was a human there, or at least spmeone whom will answer there phone. I will change my rating if they call me and credit me the two washes.

AVOID THIS SCAM! The cheapest wash they had was $16. But I was already there and didn't have time to find another one. It literally just slopped some soap on my car and did NOT rinse it off!! Now I have those chemicals are all over my car and I do not have time before work to go to a different car wash that actually works. I do not have the option to attach photos, but it is truly unbelievable and unacceptable. Also, the phone number on Google is a dead end and is no longer in service. Yet the machine still accepted my credit card no problem.
