I don't use any other type of carwash than touch-free, and this one does a pretty good job. I like that the wash starts with the undercarriage and side wash and then the normal wash. I think the drying method could be better but it is what it is. If you have the extra money to go, it's worth the quick wash and wax.

Best touch free wash. The before and after is significant. The clean holds up for months considering the seasons here in Ohio as I park outside year round. Running in for a quick rinse is perfect especially in the winter, so 24/7 is convenient. Excited to experience the upgrades that will be coming soon. 👍

Paid for a wash then went to pull in the bay and the overhead door was not open all the way which wouldn't allow my truck to fit. Decided to go to the next bay and pay for a second wash. Called the number on the website to give ownership a heads up about the door before someone damaged their vehicle on it and ask for a credit for the wash I wasn't able to get. Couldn't even get a call back, sweet business practice.

This was a great experience. I had never used one before, so I missed the mark. I had to back up, and I went too far, and the machine turned off before I got my car wash. I immediately called the number on my receipt, and Phil answered and instructed me to start the process again, and he would reimburse me for the first car wash. The next day, I had the credit back on my credit card, and like I said, it was a great experience. My car is clean.

Went to a car wash with the giant rollers and they bent my license plate and broke the plastic border of my plate so it's touchless for me unless I "warsh" it myself (warsh is a hillbilly thang, maybe you git it, maybe you dont) The downside is laser washes don't get deep dirt. Still a great service IMO.

My car was dirtier AFTER the wash! I don't know if the rinse cycle is broken or what, but there was a film over my entire car, all the windows were hazy and there was this solid strip of dirt or unrinsed...soap or something around my entire car. I might as well of just thrown my money out the window. I had to go to a different car wash after this to get my car clean from whatever all this is!

I went today for a wash and was pleasantly surprised. For those of us who do not want scratches to our car paint or damage to our wheels from the automatic car wash wheel rails, this is a great option. The wash is truly touchless - no brushes. Yes, it isn't going to get the car quite as clean as a hand wash or a wash with heavy brushes, but my car came out looking shiny and clean and it did remove almost all of the midges that had splattered all over my bumper. And there are free vacuums as well. Very convenient, I would recommend this car wash.

I am honestly surprised at all the 5 star reviews. I purchased the highest package and it was a total waste of money. My car was still dirty. I could wipe the dirt off with my finger after it was done. Wheels were not cleaned. What wax? Is this a joke? I will never return to this car wash. I wish I lived closer to the Fairview Laser Wash - it's the best automatic car wash, hands down.

i never really write reviews but figured i would for this place. love this car wash!!! i come here all the time to get my car washed, they have pretty decent prices and it's a super fast process and i never have to worry about my car getting scratched :) only thing is that i wish the dry time was longer lol, but i always wipe my car down with a microfiber towel to make it more shiny anyways :)

I had recent body work that requires touch free car washing for three months so the paint will cure. So I drove a distance to use this place. This is what car looked like AFTER the wash. Not good.
