Sarratori Detailing is AMAZING! We were selling our older Honda sedan and it had multiple years’ worth of dog hair, dust, etc. I wish I took before and after photos, because after we picked the car up from Sarratori, it looked 100% brand new! I did not know a car could be cleaned that well. They truly do incredible work and really care about doing the best job they can. Everyone is also super friendly and kind. I’m so glad we brought the car there- I could not have imagined a better result than what we received from Sarratori. I absolutely recommend them! Thank you!!

I cannot say enough good things about Charlie and his team at Sarratori Detailing. I just had my Toyota Sienna Minivan (you can imagine what that looked like) detailed by these guys and it brought tears to my eyes when I picked it up. I knew I was in good hands when my co-worker told me about Charlie. I was complaining about how bad my van was and that I was thinking of going to one of the "chain" detailing places in town when she immediately stopped me and recommended her friend. I am always willing to support local businesses so I gave them a call. Charlie got me in the very next week when it was convienient for me. I spend countless hours driving my three kids and their friends all around the country. We all try our best to keep it clean, but needless to say life is messy. Plus, we live in Upstate NY and the winters are HARD on our vehicles. From front to back, inside and out, my van has been restored to looking brand new. Their location is great and the staff is friendly and professional. They have everything they need to do the job right the first time. These guys work hard and truly care about the final result. If they can make a minivan shine, imagine what they can do with a nicer vehicle! I will definitely return to Sarratori Detailing when it is time to refresh my ride. Thanks Charlie!

Incredible job by the team at Sarratori Detailing. The time, effort, and results were way beyond expectations. The ceramic coating was expertly applied to my 2023 GMC after amazing attention to preparation steps. The owner, Charlie, was a pleasure to work with. He remained in contact during the entire process and returned a “Show Quality” finish. I would never use anyone else for any detailing work on my vehicles. Best experience ever.

I can't say enough good things about my experiences with Charlie and the team @ Sarratori Detailing, I trust no one else to care for my vehicles. The entire team is knowledgeable, and truly cares about the work that's going out the door. Charlie is honest, friendly, and never once tried pushing "extras" on me like you will find elsewhere. You can tell the amount of passion he has for this business within the first minute of talking with him. I have had the pleasure of knowing Charlie for years ! I absolutely relate to his passion for vehicles which is why I trusted no one else when it came to some serious detailing needed on my Ford F-150. I currently live in Georgia and my truck sustained some serious water spotting that was seemingly impossible to remove. I planned a trip to Rochester with one major appointment in mind, Sarratori Detailing. Definitely best guys in town. Had both my personal vehicle and company vehicle detailed. My car specifically ceramic coated too. Still looks new. My work van was a complete disaster. We are talking 4 years of dust build up, stuff everywhere, gunk, you name it. I told Charlie to his face ‘I’m not too concerned about the seats’ and literally when I got the van back I was extremely impressed and surprised on how clean the inside was. My car I keep relatively clean and I maintenance it. So that is predictable. But the van I had very little expectations with it and Charlie and his team exceeded those expectations. Recommend him to everyone.

Charlie and his team have been great to work with. I’ve brought him two run of the mill cars recently that both had significant interior neglect that my family inherited from different family members passing away. They quoted the jobs fairly, invoiced according to the quote, called when there were aspects of the job that weren’t assumed in the quote, and recommended the appropriate measures to make sure we’re walking away with the best possible result for the work that needed to be done. Couldn’t be more impressed with their hard work, integrity, demeanor and end result. Keep up the good work!

These guys absolutely slay each car they get their hands on, ive brought these guys some horrifyingly dirty cars, anything from dog fur, mud, mass amounts of dust, stains, light scratches, doesnt matter. THESE GUYS ABSOLUTELY ROCK! I love these guys and its been an absolute pleasure to do business with these guys. Charlie is an absolute gem of a human being with his fantastic go get it attitude, love for his work, and overall genuine care he shows when he has any vehicle. These guys have exceeded my expectations each and every time. I mean seriously!!! Every time i come to pick up another car, im blown away and always more and more impressed each time! His team clearly love what they do as well and they show it in their work and the smiles on their faces every time i walk into that shop, which is by the way, fire.
