No longer having to show a Membership card to Enter the store is a Major mistake on part of the company. This is basically welcoming crime to take place. Also, if this scan and go idea does go into effect...It will Also be a mistake. It's already enough that most "human operated" registers have been removed. The elderly are not going to go for all of it and business will go elsewhere. Scan and go is implemented then I will go elsewhere as well as my family.ONCE The Scan n go system hits this store...I will be cutting up my membership card and be done with Sam's club entirely.

Good place to shop in bulk. Just remember that you need a membership to shop. About half of the merchandise you can find on a consistent basis but the other stuff they rotate through so if you see it and love it you should probably get it. They also sell cute affordable baby clothes. Friendly staff

Pickup was a joke today, it really felt like someone dropped the ball, but multiple people have said that it’s been like this all week. People waiting 2+ hours for pickup, one lady was picking up her order that she wasn’t able to pickup yesterday, no one outside helping with traffic congestion/ people trying to get pickup spots. Don’t know if there was a manager out there, it didn’t seem like it, very disorganized. Super disappointed in our experience today! I will say that there were two young girls hustling, they talked to everyone they could and were RUNNING around! Props to them

I’ve had consistently negative experiences with the older African American woman working the register at this cafe. Her attitude is always unprofessional and unnecessarily rude. Today (July 12th around 3:40 PM) was the final straw. I came in and politely asked for a full pizza and an ICEE. She rang me up without any clarification and handed me a receipt. When I looked at it, I saw she had only charged me for a combo, not the full pizza I clearly asked for. I walked back up and said, “Hey, you charged me for a combo, not a full pizza. I asked for a full pizza.” She snapped back with an attitude, “Yeah, a combo.” I repeated, “No, a full pizza.” And with even more attitude, she replied, “We don’t got no full pizzas right now.” So instead of letting me know that up front or even correcting the order, she just decided to silently give me something different and act annoyed when I asked about it. That’s dishonest and disrespectful. If you’re out of something, say that. Don’t just give customers whatever you feel like and then get rude when they question it. This kind of customer service is unacceptable. I won’t be coming back until this person is either retrained or replaced

We have been Sam's Club members now for about 4 years. We are a family of 7. We finally moved our membership to the premier membership level about a year ago because we were buying so much food and we are now getting money back which is a big plus. The gas station is awesome as well. And there's no cheaper way to eat a fast meal and get full then at Sam's Club. Just got a $52 off (Sam's cash) because of our loyalty (We prob shop here one a month)...& the Store Manager just gave us $15 off because of a slightly dented Umbrella Base (It was the last one).

went to pick up an order on 9/625 around 16:45 (4:45) and didn’t see a name tag because she was wearing a rain coat. we first got there and get in spot number one in a white toyota van and waited a few minutes it started raining so she waved at us to park in the fire lane next to the fire exit door where we waited a few more minutes for them to come out. we opened the back and then she says to a coworker with an attitude “come and look at this” she was mad bc she didn’t want to figure out how to fit everything so she then started throwing out merchandise into the car even though we got out to help she just started throwing everything and almost broke the jelly because of how noticeable angry she was we left at 16:48 (4:48) on 9/6/25 so i bet if you look at the camera you can see who it is and the whole interaction. we shop here often spending atleast $500 worth of stuff every time and do not appreciate having $500 worth of stuff thrown messily into our car and the impolite lady even though we tried to say thank you even then we’re ignored. not to mention my sone was in the back of the care and she was throwing things if something were to have hit my sleeping 3 month old there would have been far worse issues and to be honest if he wasn’t with us i would have cussed her out and i’m not the one to act out.

I think this may be my favorite Sam's Club ever. It's the old design and has probably been there since late 80s. It's very clean and well organized but seems to have more stuff than our giant Sam's at home. Incredibly well managed and friendly, helpful staff.

Terrible customer service. The front girl made the nastiest face when my mom came in for a return. As we walked to the return center the lady there “Brittany” mumbled a nasty comment about the bags my mom brought the return in. Thennnn I continued to try to talk to a a manager and he didn’t do one thing about it. Just brushed off my comment

I wish the manager would enforce tow trucks on parking violations. My grandma was not able to park at this handicap because of these 2 morons parked on the yellow lines. She has a ramp so they impeded her from using her ramp to get out

I went to get my tires rotated at the tire center on Friday, while I was driving, I noticed some on the highway flashing me to get my attention and as we stopped at a red light the driver wanted to let me know that one of my hubcaps went flying off the road. When I parked to see the tires, I’m missing 2 hubcaps because whoever did the job didn’t put them correctly and when I come to see that others are broken! This is very unprofessional. Something has to be done, bc I just bought this car and now is missing two hubcaps and the other two are broken! I can’t believe such thing

Today I tried to place an order for delivery and shipment . We have done this many times . The error message said that they couldn't deliver to my address.Sams has delivered to my address for a long time with no problem. So I called customer service and spoke to a lady that I could barely understand and she sounded like she was reading from a book. I kept telling her I didn't understand her and I wanted to speak to someone else that could understand me and I could understand them. She put me on hold and the call hung up. So I called back and another lady whom I couldn't understand answered and I asked to speak to a supervisor. The so called supervisor told me that I had to update the app. So I hung up updated the app and tried to place the order again and it said the same thing again. I called Sam's back and asked for Corporate. I was put on hold and a another man that also spoke differently than an American answered and told me that he wasn't able to help me and there was nothing else Sam's could do. It was probably because an item was out of stock but he couldn't tell me how to see what item was out of stock.So today Sam's lost money on the 2 orders I needed and they definitely don't care. They don't care that they are hiring people that are probably getting paid very little money that don't know what they are doing. Hey and guess what They want me to sign up for a new yearly subscription. I say no. I think we should all ban Sam's for their hiring practices. For their lack of compassion and caring for their customers and not hiring people that live in the USA. Ban them. They make too much money to treat people like this. This business is hurting the USA by hiring people from other countries that probably laughed when they told me nothing could be done. I am not stupid but I won't do business with Sam's club again.

We when in New Years eve and honestly, it was one of the worst experiences. First, we wanted to order a pizza, and they told us the wait time was 1 hour and 40 minutes, which I agreed to since I was going to do some shopping. Afterward, we went to the rotisserie section and I bought (4) roasted chickens because we were going to have them for dinner with the family. When we cut them at home, we realized they were still raw, as blood was dripping from them. I ended up giving them to my dog because I wouldn't serve that to my family for dinner,it was very sad ☹️ because we ended up eating only pasta for New Years.
