I was really nervous at type of wash that is done here with the heavy equipment that hits the car and with remaining in car for the washing process I am from California and most of the washes there are touch-free and you wait inside for all of the wash/vacuum/dry process. The prices are also much higher here. $20 for cheapest complete pkg and cost goes up a lot as you add services. That being said, other than the hard rubber "belts" beating the car, the attendant I had was exceptional, attentive to detail, all surfaces and the windows were spotless. I was impressed with his work. He also took the time to help me open difficult pkg of floor mats. I am unable to wash/vacuum myself as I was in a MVA and my arm was broken. I will use Rock n Wash until I am able to do it myself.

Not worth the price. I did get there 30 minutes before they closed but I will not go back. My car is brand new and a really easy clean so i don't understand why it still has streaks and spots. They didn't bother to move the car seat to the side to vacuum under it either. IT WASNT BUCKLED IN. It was my first time so I didn't think to do a thorough check before i left.

This car wash offers personal service by the owner. The owner is a meet-and-greet type of person, who is intent on making sure that you are satisfied with the service offered. It was recently renovated with an enlarged seated waiting area with a refreshment section for customers. It has all of the necessary features for standard drive-thru wash, but you can also have a full car valet services. There is no crowding even on the busiest of days. For the price, it is worth taking your car, I have even seen 4x4 trucks getting full service without any hassle.

Just sat there waiting 5+ minutes while one of the employees decided to chat with a customer where you pay (I don’t know why they have to do it for you), which prevented me from selecting my service. As I decided to back out and go somewhere else, he finally pulled the car forward and waved at me to come up…no sir. I pulled out and left. Not getting my money anymore. And I liked going there.

Been here multiple times & never had an issue, until now. Completely disregarded the dash & all interior, vacuumed the trunk but that was about it. Nothing inside of the vehicle looked like it was even touched. Not sure if the vacuums were broken or if it was too close to closing & it was a long day, or maybe the quality has just SEVERELY declined, I don't know. Definitely didn't pay $35+ for a service that resembles something worth $5. Will not be returning.

I went here on October 29th. When I arrived & got to the menu selection system a gentleman greeted & answered all of my questions about the variety of packages. I hate driving my car through the wash & this gentleman said I didn't have which was a major plus for me 🙂. The guy who detailed my car was very professional & helpful. In total I paid $25 + a tip. I will be back. The only downside is the place is very dated & dull looking. It would be helpful to have a pa system attached to the inside so you'd know when your car is ready. Or a ticket system with a number.

If you want a clean car on the outside, the machine is fine but I paid extra to have a complete detail and was completely disappointed. I had to point out to the young lady several things that hadn't been wiped down, the windows were still dirty on the inside as was the interior in general. She hasn't even taken out the mats, how do I know this? They're was sand still underneath them.

This was one of the best car washes I’ve ever gotten! I got the base full service wash for $20, but I would have paid twice as much for the service I received. The gentleman took his time and was so detailed. I have two dogs and their fur gets stuck in my cloth seats, carpets, and basically every surface ever. He took more than 30 minutes but it was well worth the wait! My car is 8 years old and the inside looks like it did the day I got it! I will absolutely positively be returning and recommending this place!

The owner greeted me personally at the pay kiosk. Great conversation. My car was fully cleaned inside and out and waxed for $35. I think this was well worth the money. They have a nice seating area outside so you can soak up the sun while waiting for your car. I highly recommend this business!

Yesterday I took my vehicle here for a full-service carwash for the first time. It was REALLY dirty. From the start, Connor was very polite & described each service to me, then Justin did a wonderful job scrubbing my vehicle down before I entered the carwash, but the STAR of my day was ERIC, who finished detailing everything until it sparkled. When I got into my vehicle, I almost cried it was so clean & smelled great! From my first experience, I would highly recommend this business. Hopefully, your visit will be as great. I just get my car and I select full service. I was so disappointed they didn’t even vacuum the car or a trunk, very bad I don’t recommend them to anyone they take our money without doing anything they don’t deserve not even 1 star I give them Zero .

I used to really enjoy coming here to get my car washed, but unfortunately, the customer service has gone downhill. I recently pulled up to have my new SUV detailed, but when I tried to pay, my card wasn’t going through for some strange reason. After a couple of attempts, the attendant made a completely uncalled-for comment: “You must ain’t got the money!” Excuse me? That was beyond unprofessional and incredibly disrespectful. I don’t know where this person got their customer service training, but that kind of behavior is unacceptable. I decided to leave and take my business elsewhere. I went to Sparkle Car Wash just down the street, and while I had the same issue with my card not processing, their staff kindly checked and confirmed I was using a credit card, not a debit card. Problem solved. Had your staff taken the time to verify the payment method instead of trying to embarrass a paying customer, you would have had my business. Do better.
