When the owner is not there the workers are very unprofessional. My boyfriend pulled into the parking lot to pick me up, and before I could come out a worker took upon his self to walk up to his car and ask what he was doing. My boyfriend clearly stated that he was waiting on “me” the worker tried to deny that I was there(which was a lie because everyone saw me the building isn’t big) anyways he proceeded with telling my boyfriend to get off the property. When I returned to pick my car up, the worker confirmed that he knew that was my boyfriend and said “he was about to get shot”. This was the 3rd time I visited this car wash, I will not be going back. Its a shame grown men have to be chaperone to do good work.

when I picked up my car I had things missing from my vehicle that were there when I left it in their hands. Also they did not fulfill their obligations that they agree to doing when I left my vehicle to washed and detailed. When I spoke with the man about the missing items from my vehicle his immediate response was, "They were not in my vehicle." I do not recommend their services. Not to mention I left my vehicle in their carefor more than 3 hours and when I got there to pick up my vehicle it was not finished but they were sitting smoking and saying they were done with my vehicle.
