Personally I don't recommend. I just paid $25 to go through an automated car wash...they didn't even pre-brush off the stuck on bugs like they do at standard places. The guy was nice enough that helped me at the credit card machine but frankly I could have done that myself...that's not why you go to a car wash that has people working at it. Just glad I didn't get talked into the "membership" because that would have been an (additional) waste of money. Now I'm going to go home and actually clean the car myself because it didn't even get the windows clean.

Got the shine wash. As we started to go through the wash after we were in the bay they stopped it. The front half already had soap. Then she made my husband get out in the bay and get a strap that was missed under the toolbox. And while I understand you can’t have things like that, if she would’ve checked before we went in it could have been avoided and my husband wouldn’t have to step over the rails etc in the car wash. Also car wash left soap all over the mirrors which can happen but at least have a way to clean off. Won’t be returning.

Use this to clean my company vehicle wheel wells don’t really get touched but the wash is good and you can go back through as many times as you want with a membership. Vacuums are good and usually have towels and cleaner at each station.

I've been going here for about a year now, and for the most part it's easy peasy...I subscribed to the monthly membership plan and I can drive right in and out in less than 5 minutes and the vacuums are great too. I've also noticed, as other people have said, at that this location they don't do the prewash on the front, windshields, or tires because they don't have enough help. Overall, it's good for the price and they lay everything you need out by the vacuums if you wanna detail your car.

Went to go in around 2:45pm and it was blocked off with red cones, i waited 5 minutes to see if they would remove them so i can go in (they weren’t closed they had cars inside) or for a staff to come to me and tell me what to do. I had to back out in a one way and when i got back on the road, low and behold the cones were gone! Have a sign there to explain what you are doing, its not lunch, its during a rush, and no assistance was given to me. Besides this, the car wash it self always leaves spots and dirt under reasonable areas that you’d expect to be clean (similar to other peoples negative experiences)

Landon went above and beyond by cleaning the limo car mat. Our funeral home had two services that day, and after the first service there was dirt on the mat from the cemetery. With limited time, I drove the family limo to Lulu’s to ensure it was clean and presentable for the second service. While there, a young man named Landon was very attentive and assisted me in getting the car thoroughly cleaned. I truly appreciate his professionalism and willingness to help.

Landen at Peach Orchard Rd Augusta Location even helped me back my car to the air pump as I had a tire 1/2 full. So thankful for their service on 11/12/2026 @ 3:00pm. Good people....never lazy and very courteous. I like there vacuums being I have kids the pressure that it has is amazing. Then they wash your mats for you and bring them back to you too!!! Huge pluses for me...I have the monthly service as I do need it often and they are never just there they make sure you are good all the time!
