I had service on March, 4th, 2017. Where do I start.  They don't deserve one star. First they were over 3 hours late for a 7:30 appointment, they said because of equipment problems. They  never called me to let me know.  I called them at around 10:00 and was told they were just pulling out to head my way.   I called again at 11:00 when they still had not arrived.  They finally arrived at 11:15. When I made the appointment I was very clear on my expectations: I wanted the truck as clean as new, shampooed carpet and upholstery, everything CLEAN INCLUDING all nooks and crannies (that is the definition of a full detail) washed and waxed.  I even emptied all storage bins, compartments and the truck bed before they arrived. I had to go to another appointment so I took a look when they said the interior was done. The cup holders and every compartment I looked in still had dirt in it, the windows were not clean and I could see no signs of any shampoo anywhere. I pointed this out and they acted surprised.  After I left for my appointment, my wife had to review their work. She pointed out the dirt and film on the windows  a few times but they said they couldn't get them clean with what they had so she gave them paper towels. Still no better. She finally paid them to get rid of them. When I got back l found the seats had not been shampooed and the back seats had not even been vacuumed.  The windows all had a film on them.  The wax they used was some kind of spray on and dry type. That is what I get at the drive thru car wash.  The carpet under the front seats had not even been vacuumed, there was dirt under the head rests.    After a couple hours a white film appeared on some of the vinyl and gauges. This is still there. I ended up washing the windows and vacuuming the seats. When I went to move the truck I could not find my keys- they took them when they left.  Totally incompetent.  I had to call twice to get a response and then I had to wait a couple hours for my keys. If I had not been leaving on a trip the next morning I would have insisted they refund my money.  I now need to figure out how to clean up the white film and pay someone else to do a real detail. I now have more work than before I could have gotten the same service Triple C provided for $35 at the drive thru car wash I use.  These people have no idea what a full detail means. And for $150 it is a complete ripoff.

Mr. Tommy came to my home and detailed my son's truck. It was a surprise for him. It was extremely dirty, to include the ceiling. The seats ane carpet had spots that I dud mit think would come up. He got all of the dpots and dirt out. My din smoke so nicotine and tar stains was on the ceiling. When he finished the truck look great!!! I was very pleased with the results. As a matter of fact, I had him come back and pressure wash my house. Highly recommend him.

EXCELLENT COMPANY!!!! I found them on google and called them to see if they would be able to remove a small chocolate stain. Over the phone he assured me I would not be able to see the stain and I was shocked he was able to perform the services the same day and 20 minutes after the phone call. Listen when I tell you he got the stain out so fast and it looked brand new again how it should! I’m telling everyone I know about y’all excellent services and being affordable! Thankyou again to the gentleman who removed the stain!

I have 2 peterbuilts and 1 Mack I called triple c they came out and cleaned all three the tire shine was put on 3 weeks ago and they are still dark black and shiny they got all the bugs off the windshields and the front man!! These guys are amazing!!! Have never received this service no where at no blue beacon or truck wash ever..

Highly recommend! Wanted to get a car detailed before selling and they did the whole nine yards all the way from cleaning the engine to shampooing the carpet. After working out in the heat for 4 hours the car smells great and looks brand new. Will definitely be giving him a call for my other cars in the future.

When I tell you my car was gross, that's an understatement! He did both mine and my roommate's. They look brand new. Mine was covered in dog hair and ashes. Afterward, it looked better than when I originally bought the car. My roommate had oil and other stains that we've tried and had other companies try to remove. They're completely gone. Best decision I've made in a long time! I can't even explain how impressed I was! I will songwriter be referring him to everyone and using him again for his services! He even worked us in last minute. He didn't even pause when it started to rain. You want a good car detailing experience? This is your place!
