This was the best experience I’ve ever had at a car wash. They worked as a team and took time on each car prepping them before going into the wash. Super impressed! Don’t think I’ll be able to go anywhere else after that 😂 Thank yall.

Every time I visit this car wash the employees are amazing. At every other car wash, I see employees standing around on their phones and not paying attention. This never happens here. They clean my car so well before even going through the wash. Great, clean place with great employees.

Disappointed at Ray Ray’s New Spot on Riverwatch Rd Decided to give Ray Ray’s a try at their new Riverwatch Rd location—and unfortunately, the experience left a lot to be desired. The cancellation process? A complete headache. Instead of a simple click or call, you’re expected to send an email to a long, clunky address (seriously, who still does this?). I never received any confirmation, and despite my attempt to cancel, I still got charged. When I went in to dispute it, the manager couldn’t have been less helpful. No apology, no effort to make it right—just a robotic “you didn’t cancel in time” and a dismissive wave out the door. Customer service matters, especially when something goes wrong. Sadly, Ray Ray’s seems to have missed that memo.

Love that they prewash your car before going into the wash unit. Really helps to get the grime off the windows and front and back of car. 🚙

My friend had her apple watch accidentally vacuumed up, and the staff refused to help for 45 minutes to an hour. She could actually see her watch in the vacuum when she went to go get someone! When someone finally did assist, they looked for maybe three minutes before giving up. Stating “ I hope you have apple insurance because I am not getting dirty looking for this.” She's tried calling the car wash for the last 2–3 weeks, and no one has returned a single call. This evening, she got an alert that her Apple Watch was disconnected from her account—which only makes this whole situation feel even worse. This typically only happens when the watch is reset. Based on how this was handled from start to finish, she will not be returning, and I definitely would NOT recommend this place! In fact she as well as all of our friends and family are making sure everyone knows about this place and how they handled this!

This car wash blows all of the other area car washes out of the water. The employees thoroughly scrub every car, including wheels before you even enter the automatic system. The spray they have ready for you to clean your interior with smells amazing!! To the owners, we do not mind waiting in line for the thorough wash!! Please never compromise on this quality to get cars in and out quicker. Stellar job, stellar service, stellar results.

Use more soap and better technology than other car washes around town. Vacuums and micro cloths are always new and stocked. Highly recommend!

Great cash wash located across the street from Costco. Came by closer to closing but the two gentlemen working by the entrance were still courteous and ready to spray and clean my car by hand before entering the automated car wash. Plenty of vacuums available to use after the wash as well as spray bottles and cleaning rags available for minor detailing. Definitely would come back.

Specifically went to the location off of Riverwatch because they were highly recommended for a touchless wash on a large truck. Spoke to the attendant and told him we wanted the touchless wash. He asked if that included the prewash brushes and we said yes. He and another attendant walked to the computer and I guess made the change. As we entered the wash we thought the brushes were going to stop, but they didn’t. We went through the entire wash with the brushes on. When we finished, my husband went in and spoke to one of the attendants and was told that the “computer program ignored their change” and didn’t even come out to look at my truck. Until today, I have only hand washed my truck and now it has swirls and scratches on it. I was so disappointed I didn’t even bother to use the vacuums or clean it any further. Hard lesson learned and I won’t make this mistake again.

If you have a dirty car definitely don’t waste your time going to Ray Ray’s car wash by Costco. After paying, I was told by a very professional employee, Julian, that his boss would not allow cars with any mud anywhere on them to be washed in the car wash. Seriously, I had run through a mud-puddle in a friend’s driveway; it was not as though I’d been out mudding. So I had to pull around, get out and literally cross over the wet and soapy car wash car entrance area and go inside for a refund. For $25 I would think they would spray the small amount of mud from my side wall before washing. Apparently that’s not in the plan at Ray Ray’s. Insult was added to injury when I asked the gentleman helping Julian apply the refund to my card if this was his business and he said, “Yes I’m one of the owners.” Nothing else. Just walked out the door. Didn’t even slow down. I later found out from a friend of mine who owns a business close by that this owner’s name is Gary. So instead of addressing me, he just walked past me and jumped in his golf cart to peruse and “manage” the establishment. On the way back to my car, Julian explained why his boss prefers to do business this way, indicating that it is to prevent damage to equipment and other vehicles etc. which is actually understandable to an extent. I’m a reasonable person, and was not behaving angrily at all. In my opinion however, it would have been appropriate for the manager to step in and give that explanation instead of snubbing me. Had he, taken two minutes, it may have soothed my irritation at the situation. Instead he came off as a jerk who was clearly too busy for the likes of me or my vehicle. So yeah. Note to self. Only “almost clean” cars serviced here.

I am writing to formally address an issue that occurred at your car wash. After using your facility, the tow hook cover on my vehicle was damaged, along with scratches to the bumper. When I spoke with the individual representing your business, I was told that this “happens often” and that parts like mine are “cheaply made.” I own a vehicle valued at $140,000, and I can assure you it is not cheaply made, nor is this damage preexisting. I also provided a picture that clearly shows the damage caused around the tow hook cover area. There was no damage before entering your wash. To suggest otherwise or to imply this is a normal occurrence is both unprofessional and unacceptable. If your business routinely damages vehicles and fails to resolve issues for customers, then you should not be operating as a car wash. The dismissive way this matter has been handled so far is extremely poor customer service. I expect this matter to be resolved promptly and professionally. If not, I will be forced to escalate further, including filing complaints with consumer protection agencies and pursuing legal remedies.

Great car wash. I like the fact that before you even enter the drive thru portion your car is throughly scrubbed by the courteous of staff members. After get scrubbed down you enter the car wash. This drive thru has to be one of the only ones that even washes the bird poo off the window. Lol its always that one spot on the window that most car washes can't reach. Ray Ray's had no problem. My bumblee left looking better then she came and that was the goal. I can't wait to come back and sign up for a membership.

Went to Ray Rays last week and had an amazing experience. Very long wash time as well as powerful vacuums that were able to clean the interior very quickly. Will be coming back!

I can’t recommend using this car wash because I had to scrub the bugs and dirt from my hood, windshield and side mirrors. I paid for the bug removal and I still had to scrub bugs off my car. I don’t like leaving negative reviews but I wanna be honest to those that care to read reviews. This is why I will continue to wash my car at home instead of spending $20+ at Ray Ray’s. Sorry.

Well, that was a wasted $35 on the touchless option. I've always either hand-wash or utilize the touchless option at carwashes if available. This time is looked at if there's just soup scum that was left to dwell way too long. Last handful of times I've had issues and employees just look aimless when addressed with the issues. My wheels got stained before and I was informed I'd get a call and sure enough, didn't get that call.

I paid for the $35 car wash and it did not get my car clean. My car was not caked in dirt or crazy dirty. I would not go back.

Just tried this car wash and was impressed! The $16 wash left my car better than most drive-thru car washes. The vacuums are powerful and free,The staff was friendly and guided me through easily, they also did a pre-wash before the wash. Didnt really see where the tire shine was applied,( but i applied my own). I would definitely recommend this place for a quick, quality wash.
