Didn't have any towels or chemicals that I paid my membership!Had to move to 3 different vacuum machines because it was clogged or broken,manager said you have to use the other locations for the chemicals

Kinda weird car was bumping though and then the car pusher went under my wheel and I stopped then pushed again and was then left at the exit and car rear still in tha wash. One half of my rear wheels had tire shine.

Big Mo is the absolute best!!!! Whether it's a date night or a family night night out...it can't be beat!!!!! We will sooo miss it when we move on....but absolutely created great memories here and recommended 110%!!!! (Oh and the snack bar is on point!)

$12 sparkle and shine wash and wax usually very good even removing bug splatter most of the time but not always still a pretty good value especially when they take the time to scrub the windshield enough to remove the bug splatter from the windshield

The automatic wash literally misses the entire passenger side of your car. When I asked the employee to check and see if there was a problem with the machine settings, he said that it is set like that intentionally, so that it “doesn’t knock off your side mirror” I pointed out that the entire driver side of my car gets washed by the brushes and it also has a side mirror, he had no response. So basically the entire passenger side of my car is still dirty, and I was not offered a refund. As an added bonus, It’s didn’t rinse off all the soap. So now my car has sticky blue spots. So basically the entire passenger side of my car is still dirty, and all of it has soap spots.

Went there to wash my car after work and put $20 in the change machine but got nothing back. I let the attendant know what happened and he told me that he couldn't give me my money back but he took my name and number and told me a manager would call me. That was a week ago and no call. I called them 4 days ago and left a very detailed message and still nothing. Needless to say but I am not pleased with the service so far. **Update** Still have not received a call or any communication from anyone. It's been months now so I'm writing off the money I lost but I will never use a Sparkle car wash ever again.

⚠️ SCAM! The self service car wash is obviously a front for a nefarious operation because it dang sure ain’t a car wash. Takes your cash, does nothing, and won’t return your money. Car wash is inoperable. Coin return is inoperable. If you’re flush with money and you’re so inclined, come to Sparkle and insert your hard earned cash as a donation to their totally fake car wash business because you’re not getting a car wash and you’re not getting your money returned to you either.

Sometimes it's not the best wash... the system brushes often don't swing in and wash the car. It ends up being a wipe up job. Mostly it's pretty good. The guys are better sometimes and they basically hand wash the spots that will be missed by the automatic system. Sometimes not so much.

I really come to this particular one because of the nice young man that makes himself so available for someone like me. I'm disabled and appreciate the hard work this man does. He's polite, courteous and helpful. He doesn't ask for a thing, yet he puts so much effort and detail in his work( drying off the cars, shining the tires and vacuuming) I am more than happy to offer his something. Thank God for all he does. I don't mind taking my car through the carwash , because he will help me with the rest. The attendants are kind, too.

I used this car wash a few times and it was OK, but I haven't been back recently because they keep closing early. When I drive past after work at 5:30pm they are already closed (entrance shut and locked), even though they are supposedly open until 6.

Car wash was decent. None of the vacuums worked well. Several of the spots had no hoses and those that did either had no suction or minimal suction. I ended up having to go home and pull out my shop vac to complete the job. Wouldn't use again.

They have do-it-yourself stalls and an automatic car wash with an attendant. They have free vacuums and drying rags if you ask. You can use quarters or credit card. I pre-wash, use the foaming brush, rinse and wax for about $6

The owner said he was closing early due to business. I expressed the urgency of vacuuming my car as this is the closest one to my home and he turned the vacuum back on for me. Amazing service Im so grateful

Car wash is broken most of the time. I have lost money trying to use it. They have never picked up the phone on either number.
