I go here regularly and the pharmacy staff specifically is so friendly. They go above and beyond to help with my prescriptions.

Asked to use the bathroom for an actual medical emergency. Offered to buy products or pay for the usage of the facility. The manager flat out told us no. A MEDICAL EMERGENCY and they said no. UNREAL!!! It's Sunday and every other store is closed. Thanks for being considerate for other people's medical issues as a pharmaceutical store..... Very rude.

Woman standing outside the store rudely said "were closed" when I even LOOKED at the store in passing. Also you're supposed to be open for at least another 5 minutes when I got there. Instead you lost a customer to your cigarette 🙃

Im only dissatisfied with one of the employees here who I havent seen for some time. Maybe they let that specific person go? Either way, this location is nice but its just not my favorite place to visit. The store doesnt seem that clean either. I still frequent based on location.

Great place to find essentials but they're constantly out of stock of popular items. They're no longer one-stop shopping because of this. There are more than just a few empty spots/shelves in this store.

Never, ever step foot in here. I go further to the CVS because the pharmacy staff is so grossly incompetent. I had my doctor call in a script and talk to the pharmacist himself in front of me in the office to ensure it went through. The next day I go into Rite Aid and they have no record of a prescription being sent. They tried to tell me he probably left a voicemail and I had to say no honey I was standing two feet from him when he was talking to you live. My doctor kindly called them again and I had to watch them get all my information from him all over again. The pharmacy staff then tried to all blame eachother for this mistake?

Usually, I have no problems there. Today, I went to pick up a prescription for my wife and the pharmacy worker wasn't wearing her mask. As she rang me up, I asked wasn't she required to be wearing a mask? She said oh yeah, I get tired of wearing it. She pulled the mask sort of over her mouth, but left her nose and mouth basically exposed. I said I understand, I have to wear a mask for work too, but it spreads germs to not wear a mask that covers your mouth and nose. She didn't apologize or fix her mask. Neither did the 2 employees near by, one of which I think was her boss. During a pandemic, it seems extremely unsafe for someone in her position to not be wearing a mask. People who are at risk (heart conditions, type 2 diabetes) need to pick up prescriptions too and they could be hospitalized or killed by the virus. I left a customer service complaint but received no response yet.

I do not give you one 1 star because of your post-apocalyptic barren shelves. I don't give you 1 star because of your chaotic 'checkout' system. But I will give you 1 star for attempting to scan my ID, just for needing to buy cold pills. I am sure the letter you write me in two years' time, when your databases are breached, again, will be delightful. But I am not willing to go through another data theft incident, just to buy cold pills. I would rather go without and suffer instead. And so that is why I give you 1 star - because you are a pharmacy that increases suffering, instead of lessening it.

I have been going to Rite Aid in Lancaster, Pa for over 30 years. Everywhere you go there’s busy times and not so busy. For the most part Rite Aid does a nice job working with customers, questions. Issues, med info., etc. Staff was friendly, helpful, and prompt with service. Keep up the good customer service! Thank you.

I am stunned people actually use a dump store like this. I would drive a hr to another store before ever going in this store again. I have seen nice rite aids so I have to assume it is a reflection of the garbage dump city it is located in. Hard to have good employees in a city of filth. Extremely dirty and out dated store. I would have expected more from the city of the Amish but I guess they stay on the farms.

There’s a younger white woman who works in the pharmacy and anytime I go to pick up my prescription she is very short and rude with me. Any other employee will ask me about my day, make sure I find everything okay. The african man who is in the pharmacy is very nice and always greets me with a smile.

I was there on Saturday August 4 with store manager Rick who did not have glasses working by himself. He looked like Herman munster from the Addams family. I asked him where was his family at this time. He locked in the basement. As a mental health worker he needed help desperately with his talk to customers. I shop at the store alot seen how thus store almost looking bare. He did not even had time to stock shelfs. I did not like how surveying the I feeling that videos in this location were watching every move I made. In God's love April c rock

This is absolutely by far, bar none, the worst Rite Aid I've ever been to. I had an absolutely horrible experience here today over what should have been a very easy script to fill. The man named "Andrew" works here has appalling customer service skills. I found him offensive in how he talked to me but shrugged it off. When my wife independently also brought up that she found him rude, I knew it wasn't just me. They lied about when a prescription would be ready. ("Several hours" they said. After driving two hours to get there, the script still wasn't filled. When I asked what the timeline would be to fill the script, they wouldn't answer me and kept telling me that I could sign up for Rite Aid text notification. That neither answered my question nor was helpful. Extremely rude customer service. Disheveled and gross looking pharmacy workers. Slow to impossible turnaround times. (Fortunately, there are several much better Rite Aids down the road. ) Do yourself a favor and avoid this one.

Friendly, neighborhood Rite Aid. Staff is always nice, however the pharmacist leaves much to be desired. I recently showed up at 6:55 to pickup my prescription, the gate was already down, and I had to argue with the pharmacist for 10 minutes to get my prescriptions (that were already filled). He lied to me about the register being closed down already, and berated me for cutting it close. It was only when he realized I'd begun to film our interaction and the store manager came to check on what I supposed was probably some commotion, did he relent and laboriously reach into a bag, scan two bottles, and hand them to me. Aside from that, they have all my drugstore needs. Spend some time looking around occasionally — they frequently have deals on items that make them a great buy, provided you have the free Wellness+ loyalty card to qualify for the discount. **Be mindful of the prices of things on the shelf vs. at the register — more than a few times I've had things ring up without their applicable discounts. To their credit, once they verify it on the self or in their own marketing materials, they've always honored their advertised price.

Employees are knowledgeable, nice & helpful! Unfortunately the store shelves are so empty it's become a joke. I'm lucky if I can find 10-25% of what I walk in to buy. They might as well fold this location as well and allow a better business to use this prime location.

I just called this morning to ask a question and the Indian sounding lady answered. So rude. With the lack of business you think the employees would be a little more polite. Better off shopping at cvs down the street. They're better off closing down and selling their lot to a new store.

Friendly location. The grocery stock is sometimes low, but it's super convenient and I love that we have a drug store in downtown Lancaster. The staff is always nice and I feel welcomed upon entering.

Huge Rite Aid store right on the corner. Parking is on the street. The Pharmacy staff it tremendously nice, very helpful. The store itself needs a little work. Most items are organized and they have a great assortmemt of seasonal items. Soda, water and snacks available including frozen foods such as ice cream and pizza. This Rite Aid also sells GNC brand vitamins!!
