I felt like I could throw my money around the store and none of the associates would be interested in taking it. Came by on a Friday evening hung around the furniture section for 30 minutes, no associate. Great business model.

Sorry to say I was very disappointed. There is no rhyme or reason how there items are stocked. The only other Big Lots I was in was North Myrtle Beach, SC. That Big Lots was much bigger, wider aisles and definitely more organized. I wish I didn't have to say this but the prices were actually cheaper at the beach and everything was in it's place. Don't know if I will go back. I moved to North Myrtle Beach in 2004 with my husband. We only got the Big Lots in SC around 8-9 years ago. Sorry but I have to be honest.

They try to close a half hour early every night. Supposed to close at 9 pm, went in at 8:30 to buy a bed mattress and the lady said she just shut off the computers, how convenient. Have your rewards card on your phone screen or in hand, the cell phone reception there is horrible!

The store is clean. It is stocked with plenty of random items that no one really needs nor wants but feels compelled to purchase LOL it is a wonderful bait shop indeed for those of us who just enjoy to spend without purpose.

I am new to this side of town but the store has a lot of good deals to offer the staff has always been friendly and the store has been well organized and clean the two or three times I visited. I will be returning.

I only gave a 4 based on past visits and most recent visit. On this particular visit I actually had a mission, I was just dropping in to check out furniture for my patio. I found what I needed and had plenty of help from a young lady that also helped me at the register. The young man that was working with her graciously helped me fit 4 stacking wicker chairs w/cushions into a midsized sedan.! Thanks

The employee in the furniture dept. and the cashier were very courteous and made helpful suggestions. We found some good deals on everyday things, signed up for a bonus card and will be back on the 20% off day for some bigger items in the future.

I purchased a box spring that had a defect in it. I was expecting a hard time when I called in about it. But, When I called the store to inquire about a refund, the manager was professional and resolved the issue quickly. I will definitely continue to shop at this Big Lots.

Very disappointed. I went there the Sunday after Thanksgiving and found a recliner that I liked. I was told that I couldn't buy it then they'd take my name and number and call me when more came in. It's now well over a month and I still haven't heard anything from them. I called and was told sorry your names not in our computer. Unfortunately I didn't write down the make or model so now I have to keep looking and will end up paying more than $200 which was the sale price.

They have good deals and a variety of products that change often. Snack foods, small furniture, rugs & house hold products are constant with good deals on holiday supplies. Check out needs a lot to be desired. Employees are helpful, patient and friendly.

I didn't catch the name of the employee who helped me at the register and enrolled me for rewards card, but she was the best! She had hard time with the register to enroll me but she didn't gave up until she was sure that everything is correct and good to go. I appreciate employees who will take their time to help costumers and not give up until their costumer is satisfied. Thank you who ever you are

This store would really be a bust for the informed shopper, if not for the seasonal clearances and the diverse hardworking employees. You never really know what is going to be in stock. But there are plenty of deals to be made, if you have your eye open for your products prices in the area and stick to your list. This is how this store has somehow managed to make it to be one of my "Shopping" stops. Which with my limited time I am willing to dedicate for "Shopping", Hats off to Big Lots at Manor Shopping center. Great service and staff.

Overall I like Big Lots. I have found some pretty cool seasonal decor there. The have a variety of items kitchen, bed, bath, some food items, toiletries, stationary etc. This particular store is really cluttered. It's nothing like the pictures Big Lots I'm assuming put up. Everything is just shoved right there like a sardine can. There is only one register open and there is normally a line. The store isn't the cleanest. Also one of the doors is broken and has been for awhile. This store could use some TLC.
