Ordered 1 bucket of curly fries, the staff made the fries and even put them in the bucket, but then just let them sit on the counter for 20+ minutes to go talk to other staff members. After sitting there and patiently waiting, I asked a team member if my order was ready since I clearly saw it sitting on the counter, they proceeded to roll their eyes and give me the cold bucket of fries. Wouldn't be an issue if they would have just tossed the fries in the bag and handed them to me instead of letting them sit and get cold so they can go talk to their friends. Then to be met with attitude when asking for my simply order? Silly and ridiculous, get a better staff

Usually I get my food quick, but tonight placing my mobile order, it quoted my food to be finished at 11:46pm. I walked in a few minutes early and it said my order was ready but I didn’t see it. I stood there till 11:57pm wondering why my food still wasn’t out with the socializing of the workers in the back. Instead of sitting my order in the mobile pickup spot (where it should have gone), It’s sat behind the counter where I couldn’t see it, As the few boys working tonight continued socializing and yelling weird obnoxious noises that no one wanted to hear. Thankfully, a polite young woman helped me out and asked me if I was waiting on something. My food was not even hot, It was warm, and the fries were also cold. Were they trained properly? I don’t mind socializing on the job, but at least finish it before doing so

Like numerous customers that spend their hard earned money on mobile orders, this location is incredibly inconsistent with placement of mobile orders. I pick up food from here about twice per week (at the most), and each time it's in a different spot, either on the pickup rack (where it should be), or in the back while there are workers preparing other orders (rightfully so). I don't want to interrupt their jobs, but please get this figured out. It is very frustrating when my (and other customer's) orders aren't available to grab when we're on the go. Our food gets cold, and we become late for something we try to plan around. Please do better.

In the past I've gotten my order wrong - jalepeno instead of pickles (unexpected and disgusting) and my mozz sticks have come without cheese in them and crushed burger buns. More recently they've been doing better - I got a drink here and it's delicious, just what I needed.

I used to get the same order here for a year now but the last couple of times(3 times) they have not been putting a simple snack wrap order together. Other coworkers have been complaining about the same lately. I Sprinkled 3 pieces of lettuce with a dot of sauce like cmon now. Stop skimping and give the customer what they pay for. Hopefully they do better but they not taking my money for lunch no more..

I ordered a burrito bowl with chicken and basically received all lettuce and 2 measly pieces of protein. The contents don't even fill the container.. This is a joke and a rip-off.

If you're an app delivery customer or driver, stay away. Especially, if it's after midnight, you're just never getting your food... trust me. The level of disdain they have for delivery services is breathtaking. They will do everything they can to avoid eye contact, and the moment you simply ask if they've started on the order, you get a level of condescension that would make a politician blush. No wonder there's always 2 or 3 customers just standing there at all hours, waiting in misery for god knows how long ...only to get subpar hate-food. On the other hand, every other Sheetz in Lancaster County has great food, they're all fast, and they're all friendly. Probably why this particular store is such an 'anomaly'. Super weird.

Made to order food. Lots of variety. Tad pricey (to be expected from a convenience store). AP-use is required to take advantage of offers and rewards. Is it really a "reward" if you're offered something you would never want? Sheetz would get 5 stars if rewards benefited the non-AP customer.

I'd rather eat out of the dumpster. At least I wouldn't be paying to eat garbage. Who charges extra for cheese? I got a burrito and paid extra for salsa so they give me a rinky dink PACKET of salsa. Seriously? And why do I need a Sheetz card to even get the 2/5$ deals on drinks? Sheetz is the absolute worst. Please get your head checked if you like this place

I’m not going to use this as a forum to complain about the accuracy of my food order so let’s look at the big picture. This store is the definition of convenience as well as prime location. It’s easy in but not as easy getting out in rush hour. It’s easy access to Rt 30, 283, 222 south and 272. It’s right across from a 5 star resort and right down the street from more food places and a grocery store. Renovation in 2017 was good for them..added indoor and outdoor seating and streamlined check out better. This Sheetz will stand the test of time based on prime location!!

Waited over an 40 mins for my order staff friendly but it’s super slow and unorganized for a rush of people. Shouldn’t have to wait over 45 mins for food. The staff is working so hard and the orders just keep coming in.we can hear it. Shame on us as a company for doing for that to them !!! What a shame !! I should have and to Wawa.
