Shane was very good to deal with. I took in an old early 2000's Suburban that had been cosmetically neglected for a long time. I was extremely impressed with the recon job both inside and out. They addressed details that I didn't expect. I waited a week or so to get fit into their schedule, and I am glad I did. The work was worth the wait, and was priced fairly.

Used a local flavor coupon. I feel like me 13 kid could do the same job. It didn't look like they waxed the car and never touched up scratches. I had to have the convertible top cleaned on the inside it was still dirty when i went to pick.up the car. They were very friendly and willing to make it right. Maybe the just had to much work and were in a rush.

Very disappointing. Windows weren't touched. Interior had areas that weren't cleaned.. Outside had wax residue from spray bottle in random areas. Tires looked great. Glad I used Local Flavor and did not spend $200 barely worth the $99 I spent.

Had my daughter's jeep cleaned for her birthday that was covered in 4 years of dog hair. It was spotless inside........we were totally amazed! You would have never known she has a dog. The staff was very friendly. Thanks for a great job!

Bought a detail package that "included touch up of minor paint scratches" but they didn't do it because "the weather wasn't right"(?!). My battery was fine when I took the car in (a few years old), but as I was leaving the parking lot the check battery light came on. They told me I should just go home and give it a day as the car needed to "dry out." Unfortunately, the light didn't go off, so after going back twice with no success I went to a garage who told me the battery needed replaced. They wouldn't answer my phone calls until I hid my caller ID. Even though S&C cleaned the engine compartment, they accepted no responsibility for damaging the battery. This place is shady - absolutely avoid it.

My experience there was awful! My smart car was done incorrectly. There was mud on the seat, windows we're streaked, door jams were not done, grease was everywhere, leftover wax was on the car. I do not recommend this place for detailing. I also noticed scratches on there, that I'm certain were not there when I dropped it off.

So disappointed! Just to tell you how lousy a job they did, my son 2 weeks later was doing something to my car and found an $800 Michelle watch of mind that I had lost a year ago! $125 coupon deal was a complete rip off!!!!!!!!! AND I'm a very clean person so there wasn't a whole lot of cleaning needed, mainly windows, door jams, and they were suppose to touch up nicks or scratches! It looks like they used one of those "pens" AS ADVERTISED ON TV! Another joke!

Recently had my 2015 SUV detailed after a harsh summer of camping trips and miscellaneous travel. I was disappointed when I got the vehicle back and looked it over. The inside was fairly clean and smelled great; however, the effort on the exterior was pathetic. The front of the vehicle was still covered in bug residue, the back hatch had wax residue that had not been wiped properly, and the nooks and crannies of the exterior also had some minor wax residue that had not been wiped clean. The side view mirrors had obviously not been cleaned or waxed: they were also covered in bug splatters and dirt. Unfortunately, I will not be back to S&C and I wouldn't recommend the detailing to anyone.

I have nothing but great things to say about this business! I toke my car there to get detailed and it was no easy job. Lots of dog hair, dirt in the carpets, seats, and much more. I could not believe the transformation of my car after they were done detailing it. It looks brand new again! I highly recommend them!

This was my first experience getting my car detailed and I purchased it through Local Flavor. Unfortunately there was still wax, bugs, and spots on the car. Overall, it did look decent though. It's something I think I could do better myself if I wanted to put the time in. They missed cleaning around the exhaust. I asked them to clean it when I picked the car up and they quickly did it for me. I appreciate them doing that, but it should have already been done. Considering I got this through a Local Flavor deal I'm ok with it, but I would never go here and pay the $200 they value it at.

I paid full price (no coupon) to have a Lincoln Navigator detailed. They did a great job overall on a very dog hair covered interior. Missed a few minor things on the exterior and caused some plastic chrome coating on my shifter handle to flake off leaving a rough edge due to excess cleaning (To be fair the car is 11 years old). The worst was the God awful strawberry scent they sprayed in the interior! If the customer doesn't specify use new car scent!

S&C did an amazing job on my wife's Ford Fusion. Her biggest concern was the headliner. I told her the headliner was probably not going to be super clean and not to have high hopes, I was wrong. We got a call the day we were supposed to pick it up and they asked if they could have it one more day to make sure they were able to get it perfect at no extra charge. And it was. I'll be sure to bring my jeep to them in the near future.
