I am a titanium member and love doing business with this company, however I am extremely disappointed in how the interior service returned my car to me. It looked like nothing on the dash was wiped down, crumbs still in the cup holder and all over the center console. I even asked them to clean it after they brought the car out. Even after they “recleaned “ why I asked, it was still left with crumbs and dirt. I was just really disappointed in the quality of service for the interior portion of the car wash.

I had a similar experience as many other patrons. Staff is extremely nice and friendly. The waiting area/lobby is clean and updated. There are a plenty of employees on staff; I counted at least a dozen. But the interior clean is really just…non-existent. I’m attaching some photos for reference. (Photos were taken at the completion of the job.) I don’t expect the job to be perfect; it’s not a full detail. It’s just quite a waste of money, and it does seem like the staff are just standing around talking.

They used dirty rags to wipe down the inside of the car leaving debris and residue from my dirty before car. Also it it seems they rushed and didn't vacuum at all. For the service fee rendered there should be more attention to detail

I used to love it here! But the young kids they got doing the interiors could care less about working hard to satisfy customers! Just going through the motions to get a paycheck until their time is up. Stop answering bad reviews with poor excuses about please give us another chance! Get some managers in there to hold these kids accountable! I’m paying 80 dollars a month for what?

I cannot think of anything Mister Car Wash can do to improve the quality of the car wash. Everything is perfect. I get the titanium exterior wash and I am always very impressed about the way my car looks after the wash. The customer service is also very good.

I have my car washed here every day. I paid for them to clean inside my car because of my dogs hair and mus left on the seat and floor and save myself time. They gave my car back with hair still on the floor and trunk and must on my seat. I will never pay for the service again. No air refresher was sprayed either. There was only one other car there. Waste of money and overpriced for the quality of service.

Reading the other recent reviews, it comes to no surprise that I’m writing a 1 star review. Everyone seemed very nice and I could tell there were a couple employees that cared about the job they were doing, but not enough to see any difference in my Volvo. unfortunately, I had to come home and clean the interior of the car myself AFTER spending $40 plus expecting the car to look better. I think it’s expected for the mats to be removed and vacuumed under. The seats weren’t vacuumed and still had crumbs on them. Footmarks that I quickly removed when I got home. Needless to say, I won’t be going back for a long time.

We were satisfied with our exterior cleaning, but the crew cleaning the interior of our car was lacking in effort and not thorough! We still have dog hair on the back of our seats and the passenger seat looked like it was untouched. They need to do better!

Terrible wash. Rarely does it rinse off all of the soap. Leaves dirt behind. And your car will hardly be dried off. For the cost there is alot better out there. Would avoid this place and go to Tommy's. Also the manager has horrible customer service. Treats his customers like they are an inconvenience and would rather you go else where

I have been to Mister Car Wash before and have generally had a good experience with external and internal cleanings. However, I was worried about whether my current visit to Mister Car Wash would be just as good as the last time as sometimes the service is inconsistent. Not this time. With the snowstorm coming to Lancaster, the outside of my car was full of dirt and debris and ice melt as well as the inside of the car having lots of dirt debris and needing overall attention. I chose the base plus interior/exterior wash detail for $34. The exterior and interior clean went beyond my expectations as the interior cleaning workers took extra time with my car as it probably needed it and were overall very friendly and kind throughout my entire visit to this location. I will certainly be coming back and will even be considering getting a membership! A job well done :-)

While the facility appears to be clean and well organized, the staff is simply not well trained, I’ve been to this location no fewer than 50 times and the results are the same, they go through the motions, but I don’t think I’ve ever gotten a vehicle that’s actually clean, especially on the interior.

Really disappointing experience. For about a month their website was down, which honestly made me question whether they were even still open. I happened to drive by recently, saw activity, checked again, and the site was finally back up. At the same time I received a Facebook ad for 50% off the Titanium wash. The ad said “buy now” but had no working link, so I drove over and showed it to the employee at the kiosk. She went to ask her manager and came back saying she wasn’t sure if the promotion was still valid… even though the ad was clearly active. Then she asked if I still wanted to purchase a full priced wash. That response felt off. If you are running ads, your team should know whether they are valid. Between the website being down for weeks and the poor handling of a simple promotion question, I left without getting a wash. Unfortunately, they earned one star without even touching my car.

I will never give this place business again. I keep my vehicle very clean but recently took a trip with our dog who left hair all over the back seat. I went to mister hot shine specifically for that reason and paid for the basic inside and outside wash. It was only myself and one other customer there at the time since it was starting to rain. I wasn’t standing there watching them clean the inside of my car because I have a toddler who was running around. I also didn’t think to check that it was vacuumed because it went through the inside cleaning area and I just trusted that the job had been done. After getting home, I realized that they hadn’t touched the car at all. The clean smell I mistook for it being cleaned out was just from the outside cleaning. I’m actually mind blown that with only my car and one other car ahead of me, they literally didn’t touch the inside at all and I paid for that service. The establishment is a 30 minute drive from my house so I didn’t end up driving back and instead vacuumed it out myself in the rain at a nearby car wash. I’m appalled at the lack of professionalism and downright theft displayed by the employees of mister hotshine. I was there Saturday 10/11 in the afternoon. Do not go here, save your money. Not to mention I even left them a tip! Ridiculous.

I'm truly disappointed. I've been a member of Mister Car Wash for years, and today I decided to go to the Mister Car Wash located on Manheim Pike because I didn't want to bother cleaning the interior of my SUV myself. Since it was Christmas Eve, I gave a $20 tip, which I paid before the service. It turns out they didn't do a good job. When they gave me my car back, I checked it and notified an employee. He apologized and said he would clean my SUV again himself, but he didn't; he sent another employee instead. And that employee only cleaned the front seat a little. When I checked again, I realized I could have done a better job myself and saved $35 (between the $15 service fee and the $20 tip). I definitely won't be going back. They raised the membership prices, and the service is terrible. This was between 8:30 and 9:30 a.m., when there weren't many cars to work on.

I paid for the most expensive package they offer to make sure my car would be properly cleaned inside and out. Unfortunately, I’m extremely disappointed with the results. The floor mats were not cleaned at all they look exactly the same as when I brought the car in. The trunk wasn’t even opened or vacuumed. The interior is still dirty and there are multiple areas that clearly were not wiped down. The exterior is also still noticeably dirty. It’s very disappointing to pay for a premium service and receive this level of work. I feel like I completely wasted my money.
