Ordered Bratwurst with Honey mustard, cheese, and sauerkraut. Instead I was given an Italian Hot Sausage with same toppings. I went back and let them know it was incorrect and was provided exactly the same thing; an Italian hot sausage, with cheese, honey mustard, and sauerkraut. It’s unfortunate but given the lack of care the first two times I opted on not trying for a third time.

To the Online payments. This location make its money off charging for topping they don't give out. If you call in regarding your situation the response is unprofessional and deep irritated sounding breath, is soo customer friendly along with being told too busy too talk after calling repeatedly. Instead of communicating & refunding while In the store, they hope you don't realize too keep the profits. If you pilfer .75 cents from at least 100 people a day you have tip yourself 27,375 a year. You win!!

Great store to run in for something quick to eat and/or drink. They also have beer. You may also sit inside and eat if you are not in a hurry. They also have nice "restrooms"; I will use Sheetz's restroom before any other public restrooms!

Yesterday, August 12 around 10 PM I was at this gas station helping a customer that his vehicle had died on him. He asked me to help since I am a tow truck driver for a towing company here in Lancaster while I’m trying to help this customer the Night Shift manager comes out And ask what we were doing so we reply we trying to jumpstart the vehicle, because it won’t turn on he saw the cables connected to the tow truck into the other vehicleand instead of this manager, telling us to please move in a nice way he wants to come out and say that we gotta move that shit somewhere else I understand the concern But there is better ways of talking to customers. And better ways to tell someone to move I will also understand if we were disrespectful, but in this case, no one was disrespectful towards the manager at all. So Sheetz Please train your manager’s better when it comes with dealing with customers and fleet cardholder members.

Sheetz is the BEST convenience store around. They by far beat Rutters, Turkey Hill, and Wawa. Their food selections are awesome, and they have everything from breakfast sandwiches to burgers. Hoagies, fries, sides, salads, made to order coffees and more. Some stores carry beer and wine as well. I will always choose Sheetz over any other convenience store.

Supervisor ‘Maygen’ is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful to how she talks to customers and her coworkers. Probably the only staff member that is not pleasant and kind and patient. She definitely needs some retraining.

24/7/365 is no joke! As a professional driver, I never know what time I'm going to out and about, one thing is for sure, Sheetz is always open! Great selection of drinks ready to grab and go or if you have a few minutes, you can order up something iced, frozen or hot, your the boss! The MTO food is fresh and delicious! Whether your in the mood for a sub or Mac’N Cheese bites its always made just for you! I can also tell you that their coffee is way better than the donut shop or wah wah!

Nice location. Can't complain much about this one. It's clean and well maintained. I have been here a few times and it's consistent and no better or worse than other locations. Gas areas are clean, and the inside is well stocked, organized, and clean. Good location overall.

If you order from here enough apparently the staff gets annoyed and will leave more and more things out of your order until you give up. I ordered "stuffed nachos grande with extra chili" and by that I mean I was given a bowl of shredded iceberg lettuce and unmelted cheese with no chili. Somehow they managed to miss one of the 2 pretzels I ordered...I suppose counting above 1 is too difficult for the picker. Entire package of donuts was also missing. How is the order slip correct, but the order is wrong, and not everything is in the bag when it's tied so tight; did no one check the order??? Grapes are straight up ROTTEN at the bottom of the cup!! So I was charged nearly $40 for a small cup of tater tots, a quart of milk, a $1 hot dog, and some caramels. What a deal......

The staff were exceptionally friendly, which is commendable. However, there was an issue with my order: I received one full-size wrap instead of the three snack wraps I had requested. As a result, I must assign a 2-star rating—2 stars for the staff's amiable service. Unfortunately, the order error and lack of communication regarding this discrepancy led to a deduction of 3 stars.

We stopped here for a quick refreshment , but some made to order like cheese bites felts too salty and not felt like the same taste as we get it in other sheetz. Store size is moderate , coffee (made to order) was great , we did not used the gas here.

Overall, a very nice place. There was one thing that stood out that I would like to mention. And I will explain why I bring this up here. I don't know about you, but I have been noticing a lot of big corporations "cutting corners" or "cutting expenses" to the point where the consumer gets product that isn't even usable, is shoddy work, or breaks in a short period of time. Usually a desk jockey runs some numbers and gives the new marching orders while barely shopping at the store that employs them. Sheetz has been no different lately. First, with their new menu compliments of a senior number- cruncher. So, it's been a pattern with the larger Sheetz organization. Second and related to cheap product, there are smaller but very odd packets in their Italian Subs that do not open easily or without a major resulting spill because of the force necessary to tear the bag. The question is why even include a dressing or condiment packet that most of us struggle opening without a major mess? Any one else getting tired of large corporations giving us cheap product compliments of office- sitting number- crunchers?
