My wife had an altercation with another customer who threatened my wife and the manager refused to do anything about it including calling the police or even asking the customer who made the threat to leave.

3 times i got the wrong meds. Last time being about 1 month ago I was given heart meds n depression meds for my 7 yr old instead of her a.d.h.d. medication. I will never use this pharmacy again! I now go to Walgreens!

Worst pharmacy in Lancaster. Ridiculously slow. Nothing EVER ready when expected. Use any other Rite Aid in town if you need prompt pharmacy service! (I’d give this pharmacy a negative rating, if it was an option!)

This site needs to have access to an interpreter service. Their lack of an interpreter service has caused us immense headaches as far as trying to educate, and communicate with our patients that are Spanish-speaking.

There is a sweet little woman who normally works the register when I come in to shop or get cash back to do my laundry. She works hard and always has a friendly smile.

Your pharmacist on duty this past weekend and on prior visits for immunization requires some customer service training. Very unpleasant demeanor, never smiled or spoke to us. This was the second time we encountered her rude behavior and we will not return.

I was looking for two items at the store, as well as picking up a prescription. I found an associate that was stocking shelves and asked her for the things I needed and she quickly and politely helped me find what I was looking for on the shelf. The staff was so nice in my short time there, and quick to help me get in and out with what I needed.

My husband and I had Covid Shots at Rite Aid 11/10/23. The lady who administered the shot was so nice, and the shot did not hurt. She was so cheerful and made us forget we were going to get a shot. THANK YOU The person who signed us in was also very nice. I would tell anyone to go to this Rite Aid-Chestnut St.

They need to learn service dog law and actually stand up for it. Ran into a woman with an unleashed mutt (no vest no leash no collar all illegal service dog or not). Pointed out to her that her dog wasn't allowed in the store. (FYI emotional support pets don't qualify as service animals) she threatened me. When I told management their response was "sorry about that". Cool, thanks.

Terrible customer service. I wouldn't buy nothing from them that isn't medication. I bought a reusable razor from them that ended up being faulty. When trying to return it this long haired guy wouldn't accept it and treated me like I'm a liar. I'm in there all the time I don't understand why I would lie about it not being functional, what store in this day and age does business this way? That's crazy. I'll continue to do business with Walmart and Amazon where my purchases are guaranteed

Just wanted to say this place is ALWAYS so clean and every single employee I've interacted with has been beyond kind, considerate and caring. They always go above and beyond!! Amazing customer service, I'm so grateful to be able to come shopping at such a nice place on this side of the city. Please give all the employees a raise!!!! They are SO helpful. It's made a difference for me so much that I had to come leave a review ☺️

PHARMACY: The single-star rating is because the pharmacist on duty refused to give me counsel when, as a patient, it is my right to receive counsel when beginning a new medication. She was dismissively responding to the cashier’s attempts at getting answers to my questions, telling the cashier: “The information is on the paper.” The cashier proceeded to try & read the information herself to give to me but I told the cashier never mind - that I’ll read it myself. Please train your pharmacist to be more professional & instruct her that when patients have questions, it is HER DUTY & RESPONSIBILITY to assist. EDIT Thank you. I have indeed contacted the Customer Care Department regarding this incident. Clients deserve better service at the pharmacy, most especially because it pertains to our health & well-being.

So the drive up lane is 2 lanes. There is already someone in line 1 so I go to line 2. Than a 3rd car pulls into lane 1 behind the first car. When its my turn the lady tells me that lane 2 is drop off only and lane 1 is pick up. I went around and took a picture and when I finally get to the window 20 minutes later I show her the picture and ask where it says pick up and drop off. She saw the picture had nothing to say and basically ignored me. I went inside and talked to the acting manager and told her the story and showed her the picture. She agreed with me and said she would pass it onto her manager. I sat in line an extra 20 minutes waiting on people that got there after me. How many times has this happened because of someone's stupidity.
