Car wash is very good except the wheels do not appear to be touched and clean. Brake dust still on wheels of both my vehicles which are on the Riptide plan. Not pleased that I paid extra for wheel cleaning and see no results.

Have gotten multiple washes here at the most expensive monthly membership. Car still comes out with dirt still on it every time. Can't even wash the bugs off the windshield.

Sharing a note of gratitude for the kindness that the team at Riptide showed. Since it was raining and I didn't need a car wash, I was hoping to pay a la carte for the vacuum service. The team offered for me to use their vacuums for free, and when I offered to buy their interior cleaning wipes ($5), and they also gave that to me for free and wished me a happy holiday. Really appreciative of the customer care!

Visited Riptide car wash with my new car and was really looking forward to a sparkling clean ride. But, things took a turn for the worse. Not only did I discover multiple scratches on my car's exterior after the wash, but I also payed extra for clean wheels and they still came out dirty.

Doesn’t actually wash your car. I went and my boyfriend went and our cars always came out with stuff still on it that we had to scrub off ourselves. Basic things like bird poop that the car wash should have been able to get off.

Nice looking place but that's about it. The was dirt still left on the back of my SUV and the tire product only went on part of my tires. It was a waste of money compared to my usual car wash. I chose this car wash for convenience during my commute.

This is the best car wash I've ever experienced, due to the fact that they have a free mat washer by the vacuum space! I ran my mats through the washer a few times to deep clean them. I was very pleased with how clean they got. Also, the vacuums had great suction and the crevice tool was a great fit to get to those hard to get areas.

I feel like when they first opened the washes were better. But I’ve gotten my car washed twice now and it’s still been dirty after the washes here. The price is decent but not worth still having a dirty car. I also pay for the midtide and the tires never get cleaned either.

Although getting a top of the line wash, there's always dirty spots still on car, and I'm just talking about normal dust/dirt. Other areas such as the back window still have soap 🧼 suds on it - never experienced that before. The wheel 🛞 and tire cleaning is also sub-standard compared to others I've used around the country.

I been a member at this car wash since April of 2025 and everything was fine up until now. The first issue was the lack of communication-they were closed twice and there was no text or email sent out to the members. When I inquired the lady asked me “if I follow their social media.” I went on instagram only to find no account for this location nor a post of snow closure for the specific days I drove there to only find them closed. So her rude response only led me no where. Secondly, my windshield wiper was torn off during the car wash on my Range Rover and they didn’t compensate me in anyway. A lot of my time was wasted from the employees. They accused my car of having pre existing damage which I know it did not have due to my wipers working perfectly fine up until that day. The customer service from this experience was very disappointing. I would not suggest this car wash or company!!!

I just wanted to get my car clean and ended up with new scratches on the hood of my car. This is ridiculous. I even paid 16 dollars and my car wasn't even fully clean.
