Very rude and unprofessional. Find some reason to charge extra and if you start asking questions they start shouting/talk rudely and do not service appropriately. Bad job overall

Went there and was told they open at 10 the next day came at 10 and nobody was there so I waited an hour and it was 11 and got shooed away and told to go away they aren’t open and are short staffed. Very rude and unprofessional you should look into WAXD very professional and they come to you are very polite and helpful. Ask for Tom.

I attempted to use this service. I scheduled a detail for 1215. 1215 came and went. I began attending contact around 1230 and had difficulty finding a number I could get through to. I ended up reaching someone on the 888 number. I was advised that the technician is out sick and they wouldn't be coming. I understand people get sick however I received no notification and it was very difficult to speak to someone.

I scheduled an appointment for 7/28 at 1-230 to come to me. I received a confirmation email and day of text messages confirming my appointment. 1:00 came and went and I reached out to the phone number listed under the business who said I didn't have an apt scheduled despite my confirmation emails and text messages that Fred White would be coming. The people I talked to had no explanation to why this would happen but offered to reschedule me. Needless to say I was annoyed enough to not reschedule.

Made an appointment. Drive all the way to the domain only to be told that my appointment doesn’t exist and this has been and ongoing issue for months. Appointments are made on the “corporate website” vs the “location website… I called 5 times prior to this and no one answered so even more of a reason to leave this review. Now I’m here and told no promise of when My car would get started or be finished. Ridiculous and such a waste of my time. I do not recommend taking a chance on this company.

I got the basic wash/interior cleaning. The outside of the car was spotless. But the inside? Nooo. I didn't expect it to be detailed, but they missed wiping really obvious spots like the gear shifter, speedometer and under the parking brake. I wanted that wipe down more than the car wash. It's like paying $50 for a car wash and interior vaccuum. Also they waxed my car mats so the soles of every single pair of shoes we wear in the car is now coated in a slick, deadly wax layer! It's super unsafe - don't do that to people's mats! Somebody's going to fall and break a hip, I swear. I didn't get a "your car is done" text and when I called 3x no one was answering. It went straight to voicemail. The staff is really nice, I honestly think it's hard for them to see in the darkened parking garage! Unfortunately, not worth the $50 though. :(

Overall ok. 50 dollars for interior and exterior cleaning. We called and texted to see if they were done, no response. When we got back they were done, outside looks good, they did a good inside vacuum job but they missed quite a few spots inside the car. The gear shift, the parking break, speedometer display and the dashboard. It seems like they put some effort but the lighting in the area is bad enough it’s hard to see some spots they missed. T

We did the at home service and the Prontowash team was amazing, they did such a wonderful job cleaning our car. They were fast, friendly and most importantly detailed orientated; not to mention the service is completely waterless and eco-friendly. For those with four-legged friends their is a $10 up charge, but well worth it as we all know the challenge of getting dog hair out of every nook and cranny. I will be exclusively using their services from here on out.

Do not use this place, they cut the wires under my drivers seat that cost me ridiculous amount of dollars to repair. Had my husband leave without any compensation or attempt to fix. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE

Expensive for the poor job. Left with bird poop still on the hood of the car. The front of the car was clearly not cleaned at all. The steering wheel & front panel were not even wiped. Inside was clearly barely cleaned. Wish I had read the reviews first. Don’t waste your money here. Edit: 3rd try today & the guy was absolutely rude. My husband had his 4Runner cleaned & was going to get charged $10 more for dog fur but some guy came with a brush & tried to remove it & said it was super easy to remove so not to charge. My dog has only been in my car like twice & I have a harness that I removed. The guy said, I see pet hair so it’s $10 more. I said, ok I understand but can you try using the brush cause my husband’s car was like 10x worse & he wasn’t charged. He didn’t even bother & rudely said “I don’t care. I’m charging you $10 more.” I got the service done since I was already there but again, car was not clean for $40. I’m pretty much the only person that is ever in the car & it was not worth $40 to clean the driver area. There was still dust on the main pan. Don’t waste your money here :(

Save your money and go elsewhere. After our visit, my husband’s car was dirtier than before and smelled like unwashed, mildewed towels. We paid over $300 plus a tip for interior and exterior cleaning, only to spend four hours at home recleaning the car to remove the awful odor and grime left behind. On top of that, the company used some kind of oil-based product on the interior, causing damage. When we tried to call multiple times, no one answered. We’ll never use this company again.

When I came here ~2 months ago for a simple in & out car wash, I thought they did a pretty good job. Everything was wiped down and vacuumed. The menu at their site said $40 but they said the actual price was $49. Ok strange but whatever. This was March 25, 2025 (receipt attached). Fast forward to today June 1 2025 I came back and they said the $49 service ONLY includes car wash now. If I want vacuum / interior wipe down it would be $129. 😐 As we were walking away, they said okay maybe $89?? That’s still stupid expensive for a quick in & out wash. They said they’ve adjusted pricing as business grows and I understand this is a convenient spot for those shopping at the domain, but wow. Nuts.

Wash Point, very bad car wash.😡 Do not give your car to this place. They are very, very horrible. I gave them my car for deep cleaning then after three hours they texted me to pick up my car. They said it’s ready. But the car wasn’t washed at all. They clean outside and then nothing was done from inside. It was just vacuumed. I paid 120$ and they told me to come back next time and then when I did, after a week it wasn’t done properly at all. The same thing happened. I wish I never stopped by.

Reggie took care of the concerns. I took my car back and now it looks great but I should not have gone through the trouble. I hope they give the other guy some better training because he does not know how to clean a car. I’m leaving my original review below. Thanks Reggie for making it right. I paid $100 and now I’ll have to pay another company to wash my car. I would love a refund but the phone number doesn’t work so I’ll just cancel the card payment. My car has ceramic coating and paint protection film on the front end he was supposed to clean the car and remove the tree sap. The tree sap is still there and now everything is smeared on the outside ridiculous. He had my new Tesla for three hours and continue to work on it while I stood there and I saw he was just making things worse so I finally said stop and I left.
