If I could give this service zero stars, I absolutely would. My experience was a complete disaster. The detailer missed cleaning the front passenger seat and had to come back, which I was willing to overlook. However, the next day I noticed other areas like the front seat, both sunroofs not cleaned, sunvisor mirrors untouched, and the area behind the tires splattered with his multiple solutions. Things took a turn for the worse when he attempted to clean some oil stickers. He spent over 20 minutes in front of my house cleaning my windshield with some goo-gone product. The result? A smeared and scratchy windshield that I could barely see through to drive. He assured me he had a steam cleaner that would fix everything, but he had to go get it. Later, he met me while I was having brunch with friends around 12:30. While I was inside the restaurant, he continued working, but when I came outside, I found him using a razor blade on the my windshield. Never saw a stream cleaner. To my horror, I know now that my windshield is now damaged, and that he completely removed my tint without my consent. When I confronted him with a piece of the film I found in my car, he denied it and claimed it was just glue. At one point, he even asked, "What do you want me to do?" I told him I needed to be made whole, and I need my front window tinted since he removed 95%of it. He mentioned he could call someone for help. But instead of resolving the issue, he drove off without a care, leaving me with a damaged car and no resolution in sight. His "satisfaction guaranteed" promise is utterly meaningless. I strongly advise against using this service—it's simply not worth the risk. RESPONDING TO THE LIES FROM GAVIN THE BUSINESS OWNER: Thank you for your response, but I feel it's important to clarify several points regarding your claims, as your message seems to dismiss my concerns and misrepresents the situation. 1. **Missed Areas**: You came back because you missed cleaning the front passenger seat. I have proof of this, including a picture I sent you where you apologized and promised to return the next day to fix it. This wasn't just a matter of additional areas; these were areas you initially neglected. 2. **Tint Removal**: To say that my tint was removed prior to your service is simply untrue. I found pieces of my tint in my car, and I have photographs to prove it. You admitted to using a razor blade on my windows, which indicates that you were indeed removing the tint. 3. **Sticker Removal**: You asked if I wanted the oil sticker removed, which was only a 2-3 inch space. I have you on camera for over 20 minutes in front of my house, attempting to remove a sticker no larger than a thumb. You used Goo Gone on the entire windshield, which, as any expert would know, can damage window tint. If your intention was not to cause damage, then why did you use a razor blade across the whole windshield? It’s clear that my windshield is ruined because of your actions. You claim your goal was to resolve my concerns, yet you drove off without addressing the damage you caused, leaving me in a difficult situation. Your response appears to insult my intelligence and downplay the severity of the situation. This has gone far beyond mere dissatisfaction with service; it has resulted in significant damage to my property. I’m sure my feedback will help, and I bet you'll think twice before using Goo Gone on tinted windows ever again. Given these circumstances, I will be pursuing legal action to seek compensation for the damages caused.
