Not sure why this place has such good ratings. I could see paint had a little paint chipped off of my car on the first wash and somehow the car was not even clean. The offered a second wash (that was not at the same level as the first wash that I paid for) and EVEN MOREpaint chipped off of my car. Also my car has a fantastic paint job and I usually my car comes out glowing ✨️ in shine from the car wash. However, even though I ordered the most expensive wash, it just chipped.my paint and that's pretty much it. They dont offer any kind of waxing which is what makes my car really look nice. I won't be coming back.

Excellent payment system with multiple lanes, the wash is very thorough, and the have probably the best dryers I've ever experienced. However if you want to drive away immediately be warned that you may not be able to see out of your mirrors; mine had a weird soapy sludge residue on them and were very hard to see through when the sun was on them. Also, they have tons of vacuums, but they are hit or miss. The first one I went to barely worked, so I moved to another one that worked great. Also, it would be handy to have a menu of prices laid out before you get to the payment terminal, you basically have to evaluate all your choices right there while people are waiting. Decent car wash, but not the best.

Really long wait time (20 minutes) and there was only 2 cars in front of me. When I got to the pay station, the clerk said the brushes weren't working. I asked if that meant there was a discount and the clerk said no. After the wash, still had bird poop and dirt. Definitely recommend not coming to the North Durango location.

This is a great location. The area is convenient and located next to other shopping centers you may want to frequent before or after your wash. The facility and grounds are clean and well-kept. Though interactions are rare, the employees are friendly. The wash experience is exciting. I prefer to play music during the experience. The outcome is fantastic! My vehicle always comes out 1000% better than it went in. My only negative is I wish they offered a more VIP experience where they would also vacuum the vehicle for you. They may add a detailing station(s) down the line. Who knows!? Just my thoughts! Enough said. In short, Wow Carwash truly does WOW me!

I've been coming here for a while since it's open but every once in a while, they are either out of water or broken down, and a lot of things sort of happen. It doesn't clean your car very well either i had a weird encounter with a staff before going in.And I can't stop thinking about it ever since I tried to ignore this location now

Very nice and clean car wash. I hope it stays this way. There are 3 lanes to purchase a car wash so it makes for close to No wait time every time. They put you throw one car after another so you don't have to wait for the car ahead of you to finish washing. They don't offer to hand dry your vehicle but they do offer a towel for purchase in which you can towel dry after. Their are over 20+ free vacuums that have great suction and different attachments.

Thought I'd give this car wash a try. Had a trip up 93 over the weekend. Got some bugs on my front fenders. Typically, I spray with a bug remover before entering the car wash (Simple Green works well for this BTW) and typically 75% of the bugs wash off in car wash. Not here. Did the usual routine, next to none of the bug juice off and a lot of residual material (typical grime) still remained in spots on the car. Disappointed. 2 stars for the complementary vacuums and air freshener. I think this is probably an ok car wash for simply removing dust off a car, other than that (like bugs on your windshield or bumper), this is not a good car wash for those types of needs.

I am a frequent customer here. For the past few times I noticed a black tar like streak near the left side of the undercarriage of my white suv. I attributed it to maybe I drove through a new road or something but today I went again and the same thing happened. Luckily this time I was able to scrub it off quickly but now I know it’s something going on with while in the car wash. Also, today I noticed I flew through the car wash like it on a higher speed and my car did not get fully cleaned. I had to wipe off so much dirt which is probably why they are giving away microfiber clothes now. I doubt I’ll go back since I’m worried next time my car will be permanently damaged. Edit- I went back today to give them one more shot, and again black streaks on the left side of my white vehicle. Very disappointed.

The place just opened and we had to come by and try the service. Staff was extremely friendly and got us in quick and easy. After the wash, you have a large number of vacuum stations to park and work on your own interior. Will be back again soon!

Quick and easy place to get your car washed. It gets the out side clean and has self service vacuums for your interior.

I just moved into the area and was looking for a car wash. I was very happy with this place. They gave me towel and an air freshener and after the car wash they have plenty of vacuum stations. I will definitely be coming back again. It is now going to be my local car wash

I have updated my review to ONE STAR, after being a member here since theyve opened. They just made changes to the car wash, how it dries, and its WORSE than before. The movement through is FASTER, the brushes dont even have time to hit the car correctly so my entire hood was missed. The drying event is worse, with new driers combined with higher speed leaving my car wet. This place is trash now. Hopefully someone in management is fired.

MALIN is the best person they have at this facility. I have had my subscription to this car wash for about 11 months now and when I went through just now with Malin guiding me, this was the SMOOTHEST entrance I’ve ever had. I usually try to line myself up right because nobody else ever guides me in properly. All I’ve ever gotten was blank started off into the distance while they wave their arms lazily telling me to pull forward and then I feel my car shift almost violently and hear clunking sounds because none of these other guys give a damn enough to do their job right. Malin has a smile on his face, enthusiasm, he is literally looking at your car and wheels and guiding you which way to turn and even gave me a thumbs up to let me know I turned my wheels just enough. All that took just a few seconds and I am thoroughly impressed. All the employees here need to take a lesson from Malin on doing these simple things to make a difference. I don’t even want to get out to wipe my car down but I got out to ask Malin how to spell his name so I can write a review. Management needs to pay attention to Malin and the rest of their employees and they’d learn a lot about what they should require from the people on their payroll. THANK YOU SO MUCH MALIN!!

Although I am not typically inclined to write reviews, I must express my dissatisfaction with the Durango location of WOW Carwash. Despite being a member and frequenting the establishment, I have never encountered such an unsatisfactory experience. Despite numerous visits and conversations with management regarding the carwash’s ineffectiveness, the issue persists. The vacuums have consistently failed to operate, leaving my vehicle only with water spray. It is unfortunate that this convenient location is not functioning as intended. Approximately 30 employees are present at the carwash, excluding the individual responsible for guiding vehicles into the wash. Despite this, the carwash appears to be malfunctioning. When attempting to inquire about the issue, one of the employees exhibits a visibly distressed demeanor and fails to provide a satisfactory response.

You need to explain to your employees that air freshness are free . Came through Saturday evening around 1930 hrs and asked for one , your employee told me they were available for purchase up front which BS .

Attendants were helpful, professional and friendly. The basic car wash did a pretty decent job, even getting the back relatively clean, which is usually a difficult spot to completely clean at any similar wash. The floor mat cleaner helped get the job done, as did the sink next to it. The vacuum worked okay but seemed to struggle a little but it was busy and lots of people where using at the same time. The complementary microfiber cloth was also a big help.

In A Nutshell: -WOW Carwash is a Las Vegas-based car wash chain. -They recently opened a brand new location in the NW side of town in Centennial Hills. -This was perfect to have another car wash option, especially a WOW car wash in this fast growing area. -The car wash is the biggest one I've used to date. -There are 3 lanes as you enter, I always purchase the $17 car wash which is also their most expensive (it's definitely a good price compared to the $35-45 I was paying in California). -You can also start a monthly unlimited wash membership ($29.99 for the most expensive plan). -Since they just opened, you also get a coupon code on your receipt for a free car wash within 4 days, so if you have another car to wash, use it on that one. -The car wash is state-of-the-art, it's gentle, highly efficient, powerful & dries well. -After washing, you can pull into the many vacuum stalls they have & this location has the most I've seen, probably around 25+/-. -The vacuums are always strong, suck well & you can hang your mats up for ease. Overall, I really like taking my car to WOW, it's never too busy at any of the locations I've been to, there is always a stall open & my cars are always cleaned at a cost-effective price!

Another complete waste of money. Car didn’t come out clean again. This has happened several times and they don’t care to do anything about it. This time was by far the worst my car has ever come out. It cam out like this on both sides of the car. Just awful.

I would rate 5 star for the person that took care of me writing the report about the accident that happened while in the car wash. I would give zero star for the company for not fixing the broken windshield that happened during wash. We had a brand new car and took it to the car wash after a month of owning it and the windshield broke.

Affordable ($9), very friendly and helpful staff, good, soft cleaning brushes in the machine, water reclamation/responsibility, complimentary microfiber cloth, strong vacuums with two different nozzles (flat and crevice), and an automatic floor mat cleaning machine. If we lived here we'd definitely utilize their subscription service. Perfect for our trips here in the future when we bring our pups, including our husky, to get cleaned up.
