This is NOT a full service car wash. They will hand wash the exterior but will not touch the interior. There are vacuums for customers to use. Im assuming this is health related but I wasn't given a reason as to why. There is a real FULL SERVICE car wash on the southwest corner of Charleston and Fort Apache. Go there if you want your car washed and vacuumed for $25. They also offer a full detailing service.

Terrible work. I had to come and help the boys vacuum and clean the inside after paying for that same service. I will not be going back. They forgot all about the trunk.. they didn’t even open it..the driver side was not vacuumed, yes when you only employ kids that’s what happens. No supervision from any adults. I literally cleaned my own car .

I got gas and a car wash for my car on Thursday which was about $65. The bad guys best is the top car was for $17 and comes with a 5 day clean car guarantee against rain or whatever. After I got my wash it rained so I came back Friday and got it Re washed. Since it’s been raining a lot I didn’t come back until Monday morning and the manager told me you have to pay for the wash. How do you think I got the wash in the first place? I paid for it. Terrible’s customer service is living up to its actual name. Not happy about this. I bring my car here at least once a week and my wife’s car to get gas. I get my car washed here 1 once a week or every other week depending on how dirty my car is. Looks like you guys want me to use another gas station and get my car washed somewhere else. So everyone else should too. I stopped going to the terribles near red rock because they were always out of premium gas 3-4 times I went there a few months ago.

I got the $50 monthly full service plan that I can use at all Terrible's full/self service car washes with the exception of their 24hr tunnels.

Manager was super nice but it has been very hard to buy the monthly plan. Multiple locations don't have people and I had to go to the Charleston location finally as I could not buy online. He says that has changed but certainly a hard way to give your money away. The car washes are great but the process to get the monthly is anything but.

Definitely a gamble, the automated car wash cleaned my car up good, I’ve gone to this location a dozen times already and I decided to buy the Monthly top tier wash plan and it’s worked out great. The guys with the iPads are really nice and courteous but I think they need to update/replace the washing curtains or whatever they’re called, I’m pretty sure they scratched a bit of my hood and also their dryers need to be a bit more powerful because they always seem to not fully dry my car, not that I’m expecting a full dry but there will be some areas on my car that are almost fully wet and I’ll have to dry it off with a microfiber towel I carry around in my car. Overall it’s a good place to get a car wash and I would recommend getting the monthly top tier plan if you tend to frequent this spot. You’ll eventually get your moneys worth based on their prices. I would give them 5 Stars but because they don’t seem to want to update their car wash anytime soon I’ll have to give them 4 Stars, I know this spot is extremely popular as they sometimes have long lines, I think they’d benefit from newer and updated equipment. ✨🚗🚙✨

Terrible's does not take responsibility for their employees' negligence. Before entering the washing machine, their attendants were scrubbing the car windshield with the brush stick, one of the employees accidentally hit the windshield with the side of the brush stick creating a loud thud. I couldn't do anything as the car was moving into the machine. Upon exiting the wash, there was a long crack on my windshield. I promptly reported this to the office, but my claim was denied. The staff attributed the crack to an existing chip on the glass combined with the heat of the windshield and cold water from the wash. This was a procedural denial, and their explanation was unsatisfactory for the following reasons: 1) There was no pre-existing chip on my windshield before the car wash. 2) The loud thud during the brushing, which was caused by the brush holder, occurred before my car entered the machine. 3) The temperature of the glass would have already been lowered significantly during the pre-wash brushing. 4) If temperature changes were indeed a significant issue, it was negligent for them to operate the car wash under such conditions. Terrible's should take responsibility for their employee's negligence. The loud thud caused by the brush stick resulted in the crack, and there was no pre-existing chip on my windshield. Not an ethical company.

I nearly forgot to post a review of how wonderful this location is. Right near Costco and also the shopping plaza so they must get tons of cars a day. The system is nice and honestly if I am ever in a pinch and don't have time to visit my location I would come here. Always worth the drive. The Foam should be replaced and the frames need painting as well. They love customers but please replace worn parts to keep things going.

Had to ask them to redo my front windshield and side windows, they were all cloudy after they finished.

It’s all in the name! Terrible is the worst car wash service that you can pay for on a monthly basis. None of their locations can scan the sticker that they put on your car, and if you wanna get your car washed, you will have to park your car and get out every single time to have someone give you a validation code. Not to mention the terrible customer service if in fact, you actually find yourself out a car wash that has an attendant. I’ve had this service for a little over a year and I don’t even know why I paid for it because it is so terrible, canceling it today, thought I should share.

Super annoyed when I drive 30 minutes out of my way to come to this car wash to vacuum my car as an Uber driver knowing that this place is open until 730 according to Google maps, arriving at 6:45 to find that the vacuums are turned off in the car wash is closed. The gentleman inside said they close at 6:30. They need to change their hours appropriately, and maybe the person I told it to could actually take interest instead of shrugging and not caring. Having trouble these days finding terrible herbst that actually are in working order. 🤦♀️ I keep hoping the owners are going to start reading the reviews on each location. I am running out of places to try, and tired of wasting my money & mileage on gas driving there......

Vacuums don’t work, when I talked to the workers about it, they were TOTAL JERKS. I will never waste my money and time here again. They wouldn’t give me a refund.

Brayden is the absolute man operating this place with his service and professionalism. Quick, precise and spot on with his etiquette and respect. Happy to see younger generations emulating old ways and techniques of understanding. Well trained.

It's an Express car wash now. No longer a full service wash with self - vacum parking stalls, and self hand dry your vehicle.

The worst! I usually drive 10 min out of my way to get a decent car wash. My usual was closed today so had to deal with this place. I paid $20 for the “best car wash” and I spent over 30 min scrubbing the filth off my car, after the wash. There was supposed to be a “Tire Shine” and it was non existent. When I called I was told “it is only a light shine” aka nothing at all! Also, the Vacuums rarely ever work and not told prior to getting your wash.

$29 is a lot for just washing the exterior and vacuuming the interior. The check- in clerk offered shine spray for $45 but said nothing about the mats. I was pretty surprised the interior was not wiped down at all. Those drip spots on the gear shift. Yep, still there. Guess I’ll go wash my mats now. :-(

I’ve been a loyal customer at this location for over two years and have consistently had positive experiences—until today. This morning, while waiting for my car to be washed, I witnessed an employee (pictured below) aggressively punching my car’s window. When I asked him to stop damaging my car, he mocked me instead of apologizing. This behavior was not only unprofessional but completely unacceptable. I brought this to the attention of the general manager, Chase, who assured me that the issue would be addressed. I’m posting this review to hold the team accountable and to ensure that no other customer experiences this kind of disrespect and mistreatment. I truly hope appropriate action is taken and that this does not reflect the values of this business.

I came here yesterday between 1:30-2pm. The black guy with the short afro (only stating so he can be identified) was very rude. Like aggressively rude where it made me uncomfortable. I understand it was hot and it was busy so he was probably feeling over worked, but thats an issue he should take up with management, instead of making customers feel uncomfortable. They did a good job, however I don’t want to go back to be abused by their staff. If this was my business I wouldn’t want my employees running away customers like he did.
