I had a terrible experience at this car wash and won't be returning. I paid $55 for their most expensive wash, which included a full interior clean. From the start, the woman at the register had a bad attitude and was dismissive of my questions, despite it being my first visit and there being no other customers. When I got to the cleaning area, two young men were goofing around and asked what I wanted them to focus on. I explained that I have a white Husky who sheds, and I specifically asked them to vacuum everything thoroughly. It took them less than ten minutes to clean the inside of my car. In a hurry, I didn't check their work before tipping them $5 each. Unfortunately, when I inspected the car the next day, I found streaks all over the windows, the back of the car wasn't fully vacuumed, and none of the chrome or interior had been wiped down, despite paying extra for it. I’m extremely disappointed with the service and will not be returning. Lesson learned—always check before tipping or leaving!

A VIP wash of $30 gets me a dirty windshield, particularly wiped inside and dirty tires. Very disappointing service! They always say, oh if something isn't right we will fix it. Well, how about doing it right to begin with?

Spent $30 for an average inside and out cleaning. The employees are friendly, but the quality is pretty lacking. Even after asking them to redo the tires twice, they still messed it up. Next time I'll do it myself, since I had to spend thirty minutes touching up the tires, wheels, exterior, and interior where the supposedly wiped everything down. Wish I had taken more pictures, but this tire takes the cake.

Same quality as if you paid the neighborhood teenager to clean your car, except $200 more expensive and still done by teens. This is not remotely up to par to be considered a detailing service. Only half the windshield was cleaned and vacuuming was a once over at best- still visible pet hair. Specific cleaning focus requests ignored, just a microfiber rag and wax thrown on it. Save your money and go anywhere else.

This station was a shell. Turned to chevron couple weeks ago. Never had problems until they turned. Pump 2 doesn't give receipt. Pump 4 doesn't work at all. The screen won't let you do anything. Pump 6 doesn't let you Pump premium.this is ridiculous! I'd like to not go here anymore, but i have reasons that make me have to most times. This needs to be fixed!

For $40 I should not be seeing freaking bird shit on my windshield. Inside of car still dusty and dirty. Could’ve done a much better job myself

This place is called Terribles for a reason. Went on Monday for a car wash and surprised the store was no longer a Fabulous Freddys but since I already paid i went ahead and got the wash. I paid $29 for a 'basic' inside and outside service which is pretty pricey. The kid who cleaned my car and gave me my keys was actually very nice and he told me if it rained in the next 4 days I can come back for a free outside wash. Well I get there today because it rained last night and the girl informed me because I only had a 'number 4' wash I didn't qualify for the free outside wash. Pretty crazy paying $29 doesn't get me a free outside re-wash which is what a few cents in water and soap? And you think they would train their employees to know what qualifies for a free rewash when they are telling customers so they don't look like an idiot when they come back. So needless to say I definitely won't be spending my hard earned money at this or any Terribles location in the future. Customer service obviously isn't important to them.

I had a very bad experience. I made a reservation with details of what I was receiving and was asked how much I was supposed pay. All of which should have been in the computer. I should have been directed outside to save time instead of standing in line behind other guests. I paid $250 for the detail. I went to pick it up and dog hair was still in the rear of my small SUV. I made them aware of the issue and they got most of it. Feeling somewhat satisfied I drove home only to open the console to see that it hadn’t been touch which made me furious. I will never return.

For a $65 detail car wash they suck....didn't even wipe off water and door jams. Still bugs on windshield. Barely wiped down inside. If your gonna charge that much, then do a good job or lower your price. Hadley 's does a better job on flamingo for $15.

Like others this place has gone downhill! Took them over 45 minutes to do my car on an average day. They didn't clean my inside windshield right. They just look like they're going slow and don't care out there. Not giving them another chance.

This place used to be awesome. It’s gone downhill since Terribles took over. Instead of having plenty of seating while waiting for your car to be washed, you now have 27 slot machines. That’s a shame because it now takes FOREVER to get your car simply vacuumed. And each of the employees seem mad they have to do their job. Wild. Anywho, if anyone knows of a better car wash, let me know!

Paid for a full service car wash and I have no idea what they even did for half an hour. I opened my car and they hadn't vacuumed the seats or under the seats, they didnt really wipe anything down. And looking at it now my windows aren't even clean. Waste of $30.

📢 **Attention Fabulous Freddy's Car Wash (Montecitio) Customers! 📢 I had an extremely disappointing experience at Fabulous Freddy's today, 12/03/23. 😞 I paid $45 for the "Best Wash" package, expecting VIP service with Ceramic Boost, Flashwax, Wheel Wax, & Interior Dressing. Unfortunately, the reality was far from the promise. 👎 The windows were smeared, exterior dirty, and interior poorly cleaned with missed spots everywhere! 😡 Paying five times the basic wash for such poor workmanship is unacceptable. I've reached out to Fabulous Freddy's for resolution, but I felt it's important to share my experience. Got my car washed yesterday and was extremely disappointed. There were still dead bugs on my car the windows are smudged and dirty and they didn’t even vacuum in my trunk. They wiped the dash ok and air freshener smells great but otherwise so disappointing.

I paid for the popular wash, the deluxe one that includes interior cleaning/vacuuming. I have an Acura MDX and wasn't impressed for the price I paid. The workers were very friendly but the service as far as cleaning wasn't the greatest. The two front seats have crumbs in the creases. They did vacuum the front and back seat flooring but the very back trunk area appears to be dirty. I asked for the pockets in the back of the seats to be vacuumed out as well and they are still dirty. There are areas that could have definitely been cleaned that were overlooked. This is the second time that I have been here and there are still areas that are dirty from the last time they missed and continued to miss again today. I was hoping that maybe this time it would be different. But sadly this will be the last time I go here. I'm attaching photos of spots that are still dirty as well as some clean areas because although I'm dissatisfied they did clean some parts.

I've been going to this car wash for 11 years when it was Fabulous Freddy. I went for the first time after the "remodeling," and I was highly disappointed. The employees didn't clean my dash board, nor did they vacuum my truck when I specifically asked if they had vacuumed all the sand out of my car. My windshield had streaks inside and out from lack of wiping. I paid the $40 service and didn't get my tires polished either. I will never return to this car wash which is such a shame.

I am so disappointed with this “complete“ detail. I just got home from fabulous Freddy’s about 10 minutes ago, they completed my service in 2 hours (website states a complete detail takes 3.5 hrs or so) which is understandable if they have enough staff to help. However, the trunk was untouched and center console as well. Prior to the appointment, I was asked if there is anything I wanted them to focus on and I mentioned the dog hair preferably. They stated the only thing they couldn’t get to was the back seat where a car seat left a mark, which is totally fine. But missing the entire trunk, ceiling, and center console is not a complete detail. The service is not worth the amount of money paid for this. If you want a complete detail, save your money and don’t go here.

I had a not so fabulous experience at Fabulous Freddy's today. After I paid $45 for the best interior/exterior wash they offered, I asked the cashier about the sign I saw on the cashier window offering a gas discount with any car wash. The girl explained to me that I couldn't get that this time because I already paid for the wash. Crazy since I didn't even see the sign until I was waiting for her to run my credit card. When I went inside the station to wait for my car wash to be done, I told the manager on site about this and she told me she would give me the discount and just come back inside when I was ready to get gas. How inconvenient. After waiting almost 1 1/2 hours for my car to be finished, the guy who came and got me apologized for the wait. At this point I expected the car to be sparkly clean and I was sadly disappointed. Half of the cars interior had been missed and was still dusty. Cup holders hadn't even been wiped out. I pointed this out to the guy and he started wiping and when I realized how much was missed, I decided to talk to a supervisor. He and another guy started also wiping my car and apologized for it not being right the first time. I thank him and left. Once I got home, I realized that still many things had been missed. Very disappointed to have waited so long, paid so much and got a crappy job.

This place used to be amazing. GREAT SERVICE and a good car wash. Now it sucks hard. I keep giving them a chance because they're close to my house and I keep hoping it will go back to being a good business. No more!!!! I will never go back. The blonde young lady taking the money was moving slow because she was flirting with the oil mechanic from next door. They 3 out of 4 rims and my grill had water spots like they just let it air dry. If you don't get upset with them they won't give you a good car wash. I hope they go out of business so a new team can replace these clowns
