★☆☆☆☆ Don’t buy Optim Plus wet food. My dog has been violently ill and screaming when going to the bathroom (having bloody stools ever since switching over). I switched her after her other food ran out, which was about a week past the 30 days return policy. I tried to return it given how ill my dog is so I could defer a vet bill from the situation, but instead they threw their hands up at me. 30 days isn’t long enough if people are waiting for other products to run out, timing the transition like I should, and taking it in small increments to ease the dog into new food. It’s especially hard to manage a dog so violently ill from your product with a newborn baby in the house and another on baby the way. I asked to speak to a manager to see if they could just hear my situation out (I stocked up when on sale, waited for other dog food to be gone, then slowly transitioned my dog, got through a couple cans and she’s absolutely howling in pain) but the person who talked to me didn’t seem like a manager, great me with their name, or even acknowledge me upon walking to the front. I had to introduce myself. I’m calm and patient and explained the situation empathetically. No one introduced themselves by their name, they weren’t wearing a name tag, didn’t originally give me a name of a manager I could contact, and walked right by me until I said something. This pet supplies brand food is dangerous and I warn you to caution yourself with this product. Praying my dog gets better from your dangerous food. Stop selling it and fix your return policy, this product is absolute garbage. Hear your customers out and never say “I can’t do anything” like they did. Telling a customer you cannot do a single thing and it’s out of your hands makes them feel helpless. Instead, a great practice of empathy could have been: introduce yourself by name, don’t cut me off or say you can’t do anything, instead say what you can do, say what you would do if it was your pet, write down my story, my information, and tell someone who can make a difference in the safety and well being of other pets in this situation instead of disregarding a potential safety issue, having a call back from a manager lined up, explaining why the manager wasn’t available to address my pets safety concern with your product, and so on. I’d appreciate if anyone who cared to reach out to me and express and safety related resolution for pets with this product. Money is secondary, safety and health of my loved ones is first and I’ve been disregarded.

★★★★★ Always-cheery, helpful staff. Huge variety and wide range of cat and dog products at decent prices. We used the dog bath for the first time last week. It is clean, easy to use. Had everything you need from comfortably warm water to abundant towels, diverse selection of shampoo, blow dryer. The wash area was well laid out and well maintained. And the price was very reasonable and all-inclusive. There's even a frequent-user discount program. Compared to the soggy mess created in our bathroom when we do this at home, this is a great alternative. Highly recommended.
