Not the brightest bulbs on the shelf. Staff was clueless on a couple of items i was looking for. Took the whole team effort to figure it out. And price was a premium. I don't like paying for giving a lesson.

Probably my favorite O'Reillys Ron is extremely helpful and goes above and beyond. As someone in the automotive profession I do rely on them from time to time to deliver part. They are usually very quick even with the crazy amounts of traffic in the area.

Two of my friends were trying to fix their truck and the young man working there (17 yrs old he said) helped us as much as possible- even kept the store open a few minutes past close to make sure the truck would run and my friends could get me home. I wish we got his name, he def deserves a bonus or something!!

Excellent customer service! CJ, the manager, went out of his way to help me measure some old parts in order to ensure that he got me the correct replacement. This was after other stores in town were unable to figure out what parts I needed. I will definitely be using this as my go-to parts store from now on.

Went into the store to get some new wiper blades. They didn’t have one of the sizes I needed so then I had to buy the next higher pieced ones. After check out I asked for help with the wipers and the cashier had no one there to help him and said he couldn’t leave the counter. Not to mention some “customer” waiting in line looks at me and says, “ I really need to cash this guy out..!” Okay?! I have no idea what that was all about but my experience was not good. The costumer service was underwhelming and I was very disappointed that they didn’t have a simple wiper in stock.

Several years ago I had purchased windshield wipers from O’Reilly…the service was phenomenal because one of their employees installed them for me… Last week I ordered a rear led brake light unit from them for approximately $400 less than the dealership was going to charge…and today they walked me through installing it… I just can’t say enough good about their service…highly recommended.

Went to auto zone first. Had to leave. This place was a 100% difference. A worker named Jeffery found me a screwdriver to borrow, literally handed me the right headlight in my hand, and double checked twice everything was going good with the switch. I came in to buy a rear wiper blade for my SUV. The person working the counter helped me find the right blade. I was having trouble installing it and she came outside and helped me, even though it was raining. She really went above and beyond. Absolutely perfect experience.

Corporate needs to give Kristina a raise. I had a problem with my Honda pilot and Kristina the manager went out of her way to help me even though I could tell she had a lot going on. There is absolutely no question in my mind I will be coming back here if I ever need help with my cars. These folks here are another reason (of many) that proved moving to South Lyon was a great blessing and I’m lucky to live here.

Super helpful people, I went in for an issue with my car’s cooling fan going all the time and draining the battery and they went through the issue with me. Because it was electrical and they couldn’t immediately fix it, they told me what to do and just were super pleasant. Would recommend!
