Tim is awesome and very knowledgeable about the services and products. He took some time to really show me what services they were completing and walked me through what tint was best for my car. I originally left a critical review after being disappointed with how light my tint looked compared to what I expected. To their credit, the shop reached out almost immediately and went above and beyond to make things right. We talked through it, they redid the car, and wouldn’t take any additional payment that I offered. The result looks fantastic, and I really appreciate how quickly and professionally they handled my concerns. Mistakes or misjudgments can happen, but what really matters is how a business responds — and in this case they absolutely delivered. I’m now very happy with both the service and the finished product.

I got a partial front PPF done on my 2023 Integra and I am very impressed with the work done by these Performance Auto Spa. I wasn't a fan of the huge (but justified) price increase between the partial and full front, but I was worried I would be bothered by the line on the hood getting partial. Thankfully these guys did a great job and when I first saw the car it took me a good 10 seconds to even try to find where the line was. You can't see it at all from the front. You can see it a little more from the back, but totally worth it for the price. You can see for yourself in the pictures They even wrapped the difficult aero gloss black trim, headlights, and mirror caps, which I wasn't expecting. The edges aren't visible along the panels. The only thing you can see is around the embossed integra print and a bit on the mirror caps. They even included a free detailing spray for writing a review! Overall, very impressed, cheaper than some other options in the area, and will likely be coming back in the future. Edit: also found out they wrapped the gloss black B and C pillars on the doors which is unexpected and awesome since I could already tell those were going to get scratched up!

I had front PPF and window tint installed by Performance Auto Spa almost two years ago and have been extremely happy with the results. The prices are great for the level of customer service and attention to detail you receive. Seth has been incredible every time I've been in. This past week I had to have a section of the PPF replaced and some touch up done to the front splitter due to someone hitting it with a golf cart. They did amazing work and made it look like there was never any damage. I can't recommend Performance Auto Spa enough!

I can’t recommend Performance Auto Spa enough! My ‘21 Miata had a mishap that cracked the front bumper, spoiler and grill. I bought the car slightly used and the previous owner had PPF applied to the entire front clip. So when I had the bumper, spoiler and grill replaced I wanted PPF re-applied to the new parts. Performance Auto Spa was highly recommended and I can see why. The installer did a great job and had enough PPF material left over to do my headlights without me requesting it. He also applied a coating of some kind on the entire car! I was in sales for a while before retiring. Successful businesses and people “under promise and over deliver” to win over customers. Performance Auto Spa does exactly that! I highly recommend them for all the services they provide!

I’m going to start out strong and say I wish I had more cars to have them work on. It’s been that great of an experience. From my first email to picking up the car, Seth was professional, friendly, and accommodating as I decided what I wanted. Not once did he try to pressure me in to services I didn’t want, he just gave me the details I asked for and informed me of things I wasn’t aware of. The tint and ceramic coating on my new 2022 GR86 look phenomenal and the price was more than reasonable. Seth got me in pretty quickly as well. Excellent work on my Civic Type R! I usually go to a place in Cincinnati called Eclipse, but bought the Type R in Marysville and wanted protection. The did an excellent job and at least 35% cheaper than Eclipse. The ceramic coat is excellent, the XPel work is great. The window tint is flawless and they got it done for me quickly. I highly recommend them!

Fantastic service and attention to detail. I took in my brand new Tesla Model Y for a full ceramic window tint to cut down on heat and Performance Auto Spa offered a great price and very quick install. And, they even took the time to move my temporary tag from taped inside my rear window to a laminated sleeve and installed in the plate holder. That level of attention to detail speaks volumes about the quality of their work. I’ll be using them again in the future!

I own multiple vehicles that I now have worked with the Performance Auto Spa team on. I would never go anywhere else. Their customer service is fantastic, and they take pride in their craftsmanship. You feel valued and they are very transparent--if they think something simply won't work, they'll tell you up front. They're also creative--example: On one of my cars I have pillars that are gloss black. After 6 months, they started to develop swirls from normal use. When taking it in for paint correction and ceramic coating, Seth suggested to apply the paint correction and then protect it with a custom PPF cut. The entire team is comprised of individuals who care about what they do, value your questions and concerns and are also car enthusiasts too! Stop in some time and have a chat with Tim about his collection--a lot of great conversation. I'll leave the review with this--after multiple vehicles with tint, ceramic coating, paint protection, detailing, etc. I can honestly say that the relationship aspect is what I value the most from Performance Auto Spa. It's not simply transactional--they want to get to know you, build the relationship--a foundational element that too many businesses no lack. Thanks to the great team at Performance Auto Spa--truly a 5 Star organization.

Performance auto spa took care of my Volkswagen GTI it was in not such good condition with tree sap all over and interior not the cleanest all the guys in there working do really good work. Highly recommend these guys to do a detailing if you're looking to have your car look like it's brand new and that's no lie.
