I would give this car wash 5 stars but they do not provide any cleaners or cleaning rags like i have experienced at other car washes. In fact I have never been to this type of car wash and they not provide you with cleaning spray or rags. Other than that i like it.

The car wash is pretty good but if you dont sign up for the membership the staff gets real passive aggressive. Hard pass on coming back to this location for future washes.

Paid for the Creme de la Creme$18wash. Partially through the wash everything inside just stops , after a minute it starts up again. I get out to use the free vacuums- noticed alot of areas that did not get clean. Took photos in the lot after I finished cleaning out the car. I was so disappointed

Purchased a new car and came straight here for a wash and to get a new tag for the windshield. The guy at the booth was very friendly and helpful! Love this car wash!

Avoid this place. The wash is poor quality for the cost, and then they still will nickel and dime you for small items such as towels to wipe down your vehicle. To break it down into further details, I paid $18 for their "creme del a creme" wash, and it was mid at best. Barely shined my tires like it said, and their was lots of spotty not washed enough place. Easy to tell this because I have a dark colored vehicle. Next up, they do not have an air blaster, only two types of vacuums. The vacuums at least did work well. No dedicated floor mat beater, only a place to hang your floor mats and vacuum them. Finally, they do not offer cleaning cloths or cleaning supplies of any kind, without paying them more money, regardless of what tier wash you purchased. All said and done, to me, they are just further pushing out small business, offering a sub-par product while doing it and trying to prey on people subscribing to their company in hopes they won't get their monies worth.

I have gone to various Moo-Moo locations during the 4 years I’ve lived I Columbus. They recently just raised their rates(57%) increase in the low fat and or cheapest option which is ridiculous. But that’s not my main issue, it’s the constant harassment to buy into their membership. I understand as a business owner of having predictable income but to have their employees beg, challenge and irritate you to get it, is unacceptable. Allow us to choose it if we want, without the harassment.

Worst customer service I’ve ever encountered! My car’s windshield was damaged during their wash process. I followed every step to file a claim and was assured by the employee on-site that photos and video evidence would be sent to the claims department. A week later, I received an email stating they were not at fault. When I tried to reach their customer service or claims department for clarification, no one answered—despite calling eight times in one day. Out of frustration, I went back to the car wash, and the same employee I spoke with initially was there. I asked for help getting in touch with claims, but he offered no assistance. Terrible service, zero accountability, and no communication. They refuse to take responsibility for the damage they caused. I will never return and strongly recommend others stay away.

I really like this Moo Moo location. All the workers that I have had any contact with have always been polite and friendly. I'm very lucky the location is very close to my home and I can pretty much use it daily if I want to. I personally have nothing but good things to say about this location.

When this carwash first opened there was a dedicated "member" lane so members could get through quickly and not have to wait for people determining what wash they wanted and then paying for it. There is no longer a "members only" lane and it is a real unnecessary inconvenience to members. They should restore a "members only" lane.

The reviews aren’t lying, I wanted to give 5 stars at first because the guy was very cool, and nice. But OMG I GOT crème de La crème , and it didn’t clean my car at all, it left wax spots all over it, didn’t even get the back of the car at all. They did refund me with no hassle at all.

This was my favorite car wash when it opened. Over the last month, service has gotten awful. High pressure sales pitches to sign up for monthly subscriptions hold up the line. Even if you go when there are only a few people in the line, they force you to talk to them for 10 minutes and won’t let you through. I am not sure how these high pressure sales tactics and intimidation are legal. The reps are making outright false statements that the subscription is cheaper (even when it is not) and complaining that you won’t listen to their pitch for the 4th time. I don’t want to be subject to a used car or timeshare salesman when I used to be able to just tap a credit card and get through in 3 mins. Hopefully Moo moo can go back to being a high quality neighborhood car wash with good service.

This business is unethical. I had an unlimited monthly wash membership ($42 monthly) and I sold my car and no longer needed the membership. The car wash team is unable to cancel a membership and instead must refer customers to the corporate office. The issue is that they do not answer the phone during business hours, instead placing you on endless hold. I held for over an hour one day and another 40 minutes another day and was never able to speak to anyone. The only other option is to login to their website. The website did not recognize my email or phone number so I was unable to log in. It seems the company makes it impossible to cancel a monthly membership. Be warned before signing up for a wash membership.

The employee in the box that explains the different washes/prices was so incredibly pushy that if there had been an easy way to just drive away I would have. I had to insist I didn't want a monthly membership five times. He tried to argue with me that it was cheaper to buy the $20 monthly than to get the $7 single wash, even after I insisted I won't be needing another car wash for several months. After he finally ran my card, he wouldn't give it back to me until he said a sixth time about how much better of a deal the monthly is. I'm literally never coming back here because of how aggressive he was.

Great service when available. Showed up today to get a wash, but the cones were up preventing entry to the wash. Only the vacuums were available. If it's related to the weather that's fine, but the Open sign shouldn't be lit up if you can't get a wash. Also, as a member for the unlimited wash, we should be notified if there's a temporary closure so we know to avoid coming to that location.

After 18 years as a loyal Moo Moo Express member, I never thought I’d be treated with such disrespect. I’ve supported this company since its early days and watched it expand into what I’d call the “McDonald’s of car washes.” Unfortunately, that growth seems to have come at the expense of customer service and professionalism. During a recent visit, a manager accused me of “speeding” into the wash bay — a claim that’s not only false but physically impossible given the layout of the location. When I questioned the accusation, rather than engage in a reasonable conversation, the manager escalated the situation and had my membership voided on the spot.

So they've removed their credit card kiosk at all their locations and installed little huts, where the guys stand and do the hard sell about purchasing the unlimited washes. Not to mention that they have been raising their prices every 4 months. Today I tell the guy that I only wanted the single wash. His response: "This looks like a nice truck, if you really cared about your truck, you would want to keep it clean!" Then I told him that I have 3 cars, which i do, so it's not worth getting the unlimited because I'm not needing regular washes on any single car that often. His response: "That's the first time I've ever heard of anyone turning down the unlimited club because they have more than one car, they always tell me that they need the unlimited club for ALL THREE CARS!" I responded with "That's not true!" Needless to say, I'll be taking my three cars elsewhere.... because i DO care! 🙄

Today I came for a single car wash. I was greeted by Terrance. Unfortunately, I came on my lunch break, and I had limited time, and just wanted a single wash. He began to give me a sales pitch for the monthly membership, which is fine. I just said I’m sorry, but I will just be doing a single wash today. He immediately retreated to run the card and began muttering profanities under his breath. He then handed my card back to me without and loudly exclaimed to the worker at the next booth that if one more person cuts him off he will be pissed, and that the customers think they “run this joint”, but they don’t, he does. As if I needed more reason to never come back, that was it. Do not come here- you will be greeted with rude and aggressive customer service.

I just moved from Dublin to New Albany. Loved the car wash in Dublin (was not Moo Moo chain) due to having mat cleaners & cloths to whoever purchased a wash. I purchased the Crème de la Crème membership with high hopes. The wash smelled nice & the vacuum's work great. I just wish there was a pre scrub area to scrub the front of car(mine is still dirty), a mat washer, & towels to shine. Also, the wash left hot wax residue on my car in different areas.

Today we came to Moo Moo and were chatting with Lee. Even though we’re still new here in Ohio, Moo Moo has become a warm and welcoming place for us to wash our car. I keep coming back because of the people, the friendly atmosphere, and how comfortable it feels. It’s also very convenient since it’s close to my home. It’s a place I truly enjoy visiting and will continue to return to. I highly recommend it. ❤️🐢
