Took my mother's car here to get a bath. The only thing that I don't care for is that brushes hit the car. Not knowing how often the system is serviced, I was very apprehensive. The car came out better than expected. The employees were very friendly and helpful.

I went to the car wash because my car had a gotten splatted with this black stuff, almost like tar maybe, all over the front end and it was not coming off, just smudging when I rubbed at it. Well when I went drove up, the manager told me it probably wouldn’t come off with one go around so he offer to take care of it and made sure we got it as clean as we could. And that’s exactly what he did. I paid for a $12 car wash and left with a clean car although I thought it was a long shot that I’d even come off at all. Thank you guys, you certainly went above and beyond to help me just simply make sure I left with a clean car but it definitely made my day!

This used to be my favorite car wash. But they must have recently messed with the calibration settings because the brushes get way too close to my vehicles now. Been through with a Tacoma and Tiguan and both times the brushes hit my mirrors and pushed them around. Before that I'd been coming though since it opened with both vehicles and never had an issue with this. Went through twice with both vehicles, weeks apart, to make sure it wasn't a fluke. Unfortunately, it happened on all four occasions. Haven't been back since.

Stay away from this wash .It's unfortunate because I've been a member for years off and on.The child running this location has no customer service skills and I'm sure it will come to light what he did to me was wrong.As I recorded the whole experience.Good luck moo moo I know I'm only one customer ba ba but when the video of your child manager grabs my credit card out of my hand you will see why he got cussed out

I prefer the location on Hamilton road by the roundabout. Getting in and out of this location is challenging and people don’t pay attention. There’s also no exit sign so I ended up in an hotel parking lot trying to figure out where to go, because you can’t turn left due to all the cars in line blocking the road. Also, at the last minute, the worker tried to hand me something and I almost got water in my car. It would be better if they hand out stuff where you pay, not hand me an air freshener when it’s noisy and there’s water everywhere. Plus then people can decide if they actually want it or not, instead of giving people things that will go straight in the recycle bin. Just two tips I have for management is put an exit arrow sign up and don’t wait to give people something when they’re trying to make sure all their windows are closed, not have to open them again and get wet!!

I went in to cancel my membership, my new car is higher technology and was having issues in the wash. The 4 male attendants came out to my car and helped me adjust my settings, then had me go through the wash to make sure I was comfortable and to check if what they adjusted solved the issues.. it did. Not only am I keeping my membership, but I went out of my way to leave this review because I am truly blown away with their teamwork and customer service. It can be intimidating being a woman and having car issues, and these guys took great care of me, when they truly could’ve just cancelled my membership and moved on with their day and never saw me again. 10/10 experience, and this isn’t even my usual location I go to.

I've been going here four five months now and when my payment was due they wouldn't even let me wash me wash my car one time and in two days i get paid so I can pay my bill tidal wave always let me do that so I'm going to start going somewhere else

Hours not posted on Google. So I’m posting them for anyone who needs them. Sometimes soap is left on my car. Not sure if the water has enough pressure? Regardless, vacuum is really nice and all the employees are very nice as well.

The particular moomoo in Gahanna knocked my tow cover off the front of my Nissan. The manager Derek on three occasions said he would look and didn't when his staff told me that he hadn't had time he then tried to say he didn't find it. The regional manager also named Derek took a report and said I would get an email and I never heard anything again. When I tried to follow up, the store manager Derek called a left a message on my phone like oh you probably lost it at another location. I dry my car off of every pull through a car wash, and I do know where I lost the front part of my car..the customer service was very seriously lacking in this incident. On today's visit, three vacuums did not work well I had to keep moving around the parking lot to get the car done. The prices are going up but I'm not seeing an improvement happening.

This location cleans very well. They have 2 front/top brushes and 8 side and back brushes. Plus the ones to clean your tires. The staff is always nice and professional. They have around 25 vacuum stations. It is easy to get into and out of. Once you are done, if you turn right it will take you to a light.

Had to get my car clean it was dirty! My first visit to this location. The people were friendly. I didn’t like how you get to it. It looks like they crammed it in the area. The other locations some look like they have more space. Anyway it always all moo moos bend my front license plate. I don’t know why!
