I took my car in for the first time. Purchased the most expensive wash because I had dried up grass on my car from my neighbor cutting the grass and it collected the debris on my car. The car wash didn't clean the car. I didn't notice the bad job until I got out across the street at a pizza place since my pizza was waiting for me. No grass, and all pavement. I took it back to mighty lion and showed her. She blamed it on me driving next door and would not help me. Would've even compromise with me. I do not recommend this car wash to anyone. Horrible job cleaning me car and horrible customer service.

I have a 2018 car that was bought new, has never been in an accident or had issues. I went through the wash, and it tore off my rear view mirror plastic housing cover. I watched this happen during the wash. Employee told me they would look for the cover at the end of the day, and call me when they located it after cleaning the wash. Never got a call. Went back to ask if they found it, and they did not. They called back the next day after the supervisor “review footage” and said the DID see that my mirror was normal going in, damaged coming out. They then reviewed the report I filled out and said they are NOT liable since they have signs posted saying they RECOMMEND folding in your mirrors. What?! Don’t go here, if you don’t want your car damaged.

I was a member here and I have to leave town and go take care of my relative. They take the payments out early and I was going to cancel and yet again the payment was taken out before it was due. Since I won't be in town I called and the girl was extremely rude and basically just told I have until December to use the wash when I won't even be in the state after today. This is the 2nd time the payments have come out early and over drafted my account. HORRIBLE customer service! I will never recommend anyone go here. Save your money and go to your nearest Moo Moo instead!

For sure a regular... always pay $20. And the last two times the auto towels didnt even touch my truck. Tried emailing them but when sent didnt even indicate it was sent. So Google review is next. I will give it one more time before I go else where.

Great attention to customer satisfaction. This review almost turned out to be a less than ideal rating, as the car wash didn't remove any of the debris from my front bumper, which is where the majority of cleaning needed to happen. However, the attendant noticed me taking a picture of the front of my car and immediately rushed over to inform me that there was more they could do to ensure my satisfaction. She notified me of the bug wash station around the back that I had missed on prior visits to the car wash, and offered a free rewash with the bug station so I could see the difference. Indeed this made a difference. I appreciate this family owned business for going above and beyond to make sure I left satisfied.

The employees here (specifically Jay during this visit) are SO nice! Everyone is really friendly, polite and helpful. The quality of the wash is really good with great pricing. Love that they have a discount card (sold via the schools). Jay was so sweet, hooked me up with my interior scent and a complimentary towel for after the wash. I’ll definitely be back!

I went today for the first time since under new ownership. I got the $20 car wash to see if I wanted to get a membership. I was disappointed in the quality of the wash. When I was drying it, I noticed a lot of dirt areas still on the car, places that should have been able to cover in the wash. I had to go home and clean those areas and there were more than I originally saw. My car is brand new and I want to keep it looking good. I may try some other places however this place is very convenient since I live in the area. Ma'Kowa was very friendly and helpful. Greeted me with a smile on her face, which isn't very to common anymore. Kudos to her!!

I would give 0 stars if I could. First and last time ever coming here. The entire hood of my car is scratched from this car wash place. I am appalled. I came here to escape the bullying of other main stream car wash places to join a membership. My car did NOT look like this prior to this wash. You can see the swirl motions of the scratches. It took the paint off.

If your car/truck isn’t dirty this seems to do an ok job. Today I had a thin layer of dirt on my truck from driving on some dirty/wet roads and the wash was not good. Wheels, wheel wells, and underbody still dirty. Concerning because I have consistently come here and expected that the underbody was washing the road salt and grime off but apparently not. If the underbody gets sprayed it’s not noticeable by any floorboard vibration or noise. 1 before photo and the rest are after.
