3 🌟 only because the website advertises a $5 car wash, and they no longer have a $5 car wash. Also, the "salesman" told me the $7 car wash wouldn't get my car clean, but it did, surprisingly. 🫤. Told him I only wanted a rinse anyway because I have a 🐦 that likes to decorate my car on a daily basis right now. It will be back on there by morning, if not tonight, unfortunately. Told him I wasn't trying to pay too much for nothing. I just needed to be able to touch my door handles. Birds 😡.

Different layout as the other locations that I have visited. Decent pace. First location where I feared rear ending the car in front. They used the brakes at the very end. 🤦🏻♂️ Efficient and friendly staff.

I just wanted a car wash and the guy trying to sell me a membership was such a jerk that I left. I didn’t get a car wash, so I can’t review that but the man that came walking out while I was trying to purchase my wash wouldn’t take no for an answer. I’ll never be back.

We have taken our truck to get washed several times and each time the right side of the truck doesn’t look like it wasn’t even touched. The left side looks real nice. The tires are polished and it’s sparkling. We bought the monthly deal but kinda regret it. Thinking about canceling.

Going through the drive through there’s a bad odor, not only that as soon as I got into it something bumped the front of my car, as soon as I was leaving I turned on my turn signal and now my front right turn signal isn’t working, I have a brand new car and I’m trying to keep it looking nice now I have to fix the turn signal after going through a car wash.

This location generally isn’t super packed. When I took my car for a Crème De La Crème wash ($18), I felt like the car was still very dirty on the sides. The vacuum I went to was barely picking things up. I think they may just need to upgrade some of their appliances. Personally I prefer the E Main Street location because it gets your car clean after 1 wash.

I've been a loyal membership customer of the Hamilton/Morse location for several years now. The last 6 mos I've noticed a bad smell when going through your car wash. I want management to be aware that the odor of this carwash is worsening. This morning I was literally gagging on the sulfur-like fumes and had to drive around for 15 mins with my windows down to rid my car of the smell. I realize you have other locations but Hamilton/Morse is preferred to me as it is close to home. Can someone address this issue?

Leaves oily black goop all over wheels, hope you don't have aftermarket like me...the tire shine brush is filthy. Whole left side of car opaque with second oily goop unknown from brushes. Just look at the pics...my car was better off before the wash. Its a mess and the wheels look like I went muddin. Worst moo moo location....Pass scanner doesn't work half the time. Horrible wash experience here, and this is the "Creme De LA Creme" top wash twice back to back.

If you like a terrible wash job and streak stains from a drip dry, then this place is for you! Will leave you in need of a car wash after you get done. Seriously your vehicle is just covered in the soap and suds due to their lack of water and sufficient air dry and wipe down. This location is crap. Stay away.

We went to this Moo Moo for the first time about a week ago. We were in an accident inside the car wash. A drive four cars in front of us tried to drive forward and then back up causing the car behind them to hit them and the cars behind hitting. My vehicle got damaged because even though we hit our brakes the rollers pushed us into the truck in front of us. It was over an hour after we finally got it all figured out and had to file an incident report. We were told the company would review and get back to us in a couple days. Well a couple days later the company reached out via email and told us that after review of rhe footage, it was not the fault of the car wash and so we would need to file a claim with the insurance company. I requested an appeal and since they have gone silent. I refuse to file a claim with my insurance and my premium increase due to someone elses negligence. We were not given any of the information of the other drivers. I also believe they put cars too close together at all of the locations. Had we been further from the car in front of us, hitting the brakes may have allowed us not to hit the vehicle in front of us. We've been members for years and I am very disappointed in this situation.

I was an unlimited monthly subscriber for quite a while. However, my truck rusted out anyway. Not blaming the rust on Moo Moo. I like their car washes, but recently at the new one in New Albany, and most recently the one on Morse Road, they changed to where you have to actually hand your card to a team member and get the sales pitch on why are you NOT a member any more and trying to push me into another monthly subscription. This is great for the Company, but I find it extremely annoying. This last time, I explained to the kid about my truck rusted out anyway, and true company kid he is, said that’s all the more reason for the unlimited. Huh? I JUST want a car wash. I will go to the other ones in the area in the future. Ones that don’t do the sales pressure.

This is a nice location. The wash has 2 hood/top brushes and 4 side brushes. It usually does a good job with the exception of the center rear of your vehicle (I have a suv). They have around 20 vacuum stations. They also have an Express Lube. 2 docking areas with 5 oil change options. The staff is always nice. The location has 2 ways in and out. If you get the tire shine (it does make your tires look very nice), it will leave a black goop on your rims. If it's wet, it comes off by wiping.

The staff was very polite, that's the only reason for 2 stars. The scrubber barely touched the sides of my car and didn't touch the top at all. If I didn't have e a membership I would have asked for my money back! I recommend the location on the north end of Hamilton, it cleans much better!!
