Excellent food as always! This location is a bit hard to get to as it doesn't have a dedicated entrance, but there is a drive thru and pickup order parking available for convenience. Staff were very nice and the restaurant was clean, plus calm music was playing, which made my visit very relaxing. They were out of cane sugar for the tea at the drink area, but I went with soda instead anyways. Definitely will visit again!

Took over an hour to recieve an order. Tried to just cancel the order but the site but said it couldn’t cancel the order after it’s been 15 minutes Staff didn’t seem very competent. Also messed up the order. Overall just a waste of time for a lousy meal

Never go through the drive thru if you have anywhere to be within 40 minutes of wanting something. If they could at least have a widened drive thru I would have left, but now I am late for work all for a single lemonade.

I really enjoy their bagels. Their coffee's pretty good. I do have a small ray of options for breakfast sandwiches. All of the staff are wearing face masks are requiring patrons also wear face masks. I call their often if nothing else for their bagels.

Waited 30 minutes for a grilled cheese sandwich at 1:30 in the afternoon. Was not even grilled and was barely warm once I received it. Was out of every coffee. Ended up leaving without the coffee I paid for. Worst service of any Panera I've ever been to and will never return.

The drive through took extremely long just for my sandwich (French dipper) to be undercooked, my meat was cold and pink in the middle. And a few days before i ordered a bagel inside and for it to be toasted and sliced, nope i got neither toasted or sliced. I don’t think it’s worth going again, wasted a lot of my time and some money just for a bad sandwich.

I cant anymore - I usually dont complain. I get the risk of the line but it seems like anymore half the items are never available, you sit in line for an hour for 2 items with 2 cars ahead, you're rushed through an order like an inconvenience if you ask for more than 1 thing, and I feel terrible for staff because they look stressed and tired because they have spent the day apologizing for things out of their control. This is more about wondering what's up with this company's standard of service and employee expectations more than anything else. I am done with it. Ill resume homemade and skip the stress.

We just sat in the drive-through for 45 minutes without moving, never did get to order and had to jump. The curb to get out of the drive-through line went to another restaurant ordered food picked it up and drove back by and none of the cars had moved yet.

I ordered a bakers dozen bagels. Received three wrong bagels. Tried calling the Panera location I ordered from 6 times. It rang and rang and rang. No one picked up. Why have a phone if you don’t answer it? 0 stars for service.

Fix your drive through so people can leave. I was late to work today because it took 24 minutes to get through. There was no way out. Or maybe don’t take 74 years to make a bagel.

The soup was really good, but the steak sandwich it was too thick, and it was not seasoned well, but the bread was amazing. The tiny sandwich was like 7.39 Mine was only about a 1/4 in size, and my husband's was a little bigger. It's not the best first visit. The next time, I will only get the soup 🍲

This place is incredibly slow each time I’ve gone to this location. Unless you have an extra 30-40 mins to wait for takeout I would suggest going elsewhere. Sad thing is that it wasn’t even busy inside the store.

Get your stuff together. Clearly a management issue. Never have any ingredients. Half the time I leave the place because they don’t have my 1st 2nd or 3rd option. Also the waiting is Insane. People that want a toasted bagel should not wait 20 min for everyone else. Also the cashier should do more, it’s common sense.

Placed online order, went to pick up in drive thru which was blocked by chairs when I arrived. Went in and asked several people about my order. About 10 minutes later the manager told me they were out of what I wanted (bread bowl). He promised to charge back my order so I would be refunded. Guess what over 3 weeks later and still no damned refund. They stole money from me which is unacceptable for any business to do!

Actually the worst consistent drive through experience. 30+ minutes wait no matter, even if there's only 3 cars in drive through. Ive tried many times w this place and Im giving up. Not worth the price ever for the wait even if the food is good.

Really disappointed with the customer service here. I ordered a bread bowl with soup on UberEats, but when I picked it up, the bread bowl was missing. When I asked about it, the server immediately got defensive and kept repeating that “I didn’t pay for it,” despite me showing her the charge on the app. Being told multiple times that I didn’t pay—like I was trying to steal—was uncomfortable and unnecessary. Offering to print a receipt completely missed the point. Mistakes happen, but the attitude and lack of basic courtesy were the real issue.

This is absolutely the worst location in Como. The drive thru wait time is horrible and then when you get to the window you just see everyone standing around talking. They are almost always out of something either milk, bread or bagels. Got there today at 2pm to order lunch, they were out of bagels, so I just got a hot chocolate, had to wait in drive thru line for 25 minutes. My hot chocolate wasn't hot.

We arrived at the drive-through around 10:57 a.m. on a Saturday, hoping to order breakfast before the 11 a.m. cutoff. There were only two cars ahead of us, yet it took about 15 minutes just to reach the intercom. By then, breakfast had ended — which we understood — so we ordered two whole sandwiches for lunch instead. Unfortunately, things went downhill from there. It took another 30 minutes just to reach the window, despite there being only a few cars in line. When the employee repeated our order, one of the sandwiches was entered as a half instead of a whole. When I politely corrected it, the response felt dismissive — another staff member even repeated the order back slowly and rolled his eyes when I clarified again that it should be two whole sandwiches. We were then told to pull forward and waited another 20 minutes while they “remade” the order, even though only one sandwich size needed fixing. In total, we spent over an hour in the drive-through for two sandwiches. I understand mistakes happen, but between the excessive wait times, the lack of communication, and the attitude at the window, it made for a very disappointing experience. I hope management takes a look at staffing and training here, because Panera usually does much better than this.

The past two times I have gone to this location. It has taken way too long. The first time I got a half salad and it took them 30 minutes to make it and right now. I'm trying to get a bagel and so far I've been waiting 10 minutes past the original time they've given so I'll probably end up waiting for this bagel for a good 30 minutes Panera please get your stuff together so it doesn't take me 30 minutes to get one single item from you guys. I'd understand if it's a catering order but a bagel and half salad come on.

This was by far the worst experience I’ve had here. I’ve been coming to this location nearly every day for over a year, and I have never been treated with such disrespect by an employee. I went through the drive-through to pick up my Sips member drink and waited about 10 minutes at the window while multiple employees stood in the back talking. I eventually had to wave to get someone’s attention. I later learned my iced coffee had been sitting at the drive-through the entire time, becoming watered down. When a male employee with nose piercings approached the window, he asked what I needed. I explained that I had been waiting 10 minutes for my drink. He rolled his eyes, handed it to me, and when I asked why it took so long, he again rolled his eyes and said it “wasn’t that serious.” I asked to speak with a manager, and he initially refused to get her and also refused to provide his name. When the manager arrived, I had to ask to speak with her privately because he continued hovering and interrupting. She eventually sent him away, listened to what happened, and remade my coffee. After asking, she told me the employee’s name is Van. Every other employee at this location has always been kind and friendly, which made this experience even more disappointing. I am extremely unhappy with the customer service, lack of accountability, and the unnecessary delay in simply handing a customer their drink. Panera sets a higher standard, and I expect better. I hope management prioritizes proper training and accountability so customers in the drive-through receive their food and drinks promptly instead of being left waiting while staff are distracted.
