Like the results of my car wash but to be honest I have tried all the prices and it’s the same so don’t buy the expensive one all of them are the same!!!!

I like this place I drive a 16 passenger van and the power pressure behind the wash was great. I would recommend this self service car wash to anyone

In all my years of self washing my car (I wash my car a lot) this is probably the best self service car wash! Clean, no homeless people wandering around like they like too at the other ones, no blaring loud music coming from cars, clean working utilities and equipment and free vacuum cleaners! Even the coin dispensers work!

The short chubby dude that dries the cars at the end of the automatic car wash needs to be replaced, he is rude and needs to learn customer service. Didn’t even dry my car the whole way.

I never go to other car washes because I love the drive through service so much! I tell everyone about it who lives nearby and I take my parents car there too whenever they come to visit and need a good car wash! Fun for the kids too.

I put my card in since I had no more cash (small bills) and the thing charge me $10 and all I got to do was finish rinsing the car. With $8 I was able to wash 2 cars just needed to rinse them.

the only reason I came here is because there are reviews saying the vacuums are free with wash. They’re actually not free, and instead are very highly overpriced

The automatic car wash is fine. It got my vehicle clean, but the tire shine doesn't work. Two of my wheels are half sprayed, one not at all, and the final one got the entire tire around, but not the entire sidewall all around. This one is more convenient for me, but the Austin South one seems a bit better.

This location wasn’t too great. The wash itself seemed okay, but totally missed part of my back windshield, and soap suds were not fully washed off so I had green soap drips all down the side of my car after getting home. Worst bits: Guy at the end of the wash hand drying cars with a tip box. The blowers were fine. Vacuums were NOT free

At the automatic car wash, this is the umpteenth time that the back of my car is wet, leaving it dirty with water stains! It's definitely not worth using this feature!

Car wash is generally always fine I use their self wash bays. Went in today and mid wash I discovered nails everywhere around my tires. Yes NAILS. I was furious and scared. What the hell? Now this is something to worry about??? This was definitely on purpose so watch out. Keep your moms and daughters safe. There were at least 20 nails that I found. I was scared to pull out of the bay in the case that there were more. I complained to a dude working there but he was indifferent. Said he would sweep them and that’s it. Please please check the bays before pulling in because this is bad news and watch your surroundings.

Palms Car Wash offers a convenient and affordable option for keeping your car clean, but experiences can be mixed. On the positive side, it’s quick and efficient service. The automatic wash is thorough, and the option for hand drying ensures a streak-free finish. The pricing is also a highlight, with budget-friendly options making it an attractive choice for those who need a fast and cost-effective car wash. The location is convenient, and the overall process is smooth for most visitors. However, the wash isn’t always as detailed as they’d like, and since the service doesn’t include full hand washing, stubborn dirt may not always come off completely. Others have reported inconsistent results, with some cars coming out cleaner than others. Additionally, customer service experiences vary, with some guests feeling that staff could be more attentive. Overall, Palms Car Wash is a great option for a quick and affordable clean, but it may not be the best choice for those looking for a deep, hands-on wash. If you’re in a hurry and want a budget-friendly car wash, it’s worth trying—but expectations should be realistic.

Supposed platinum wash, cost $18 but neither the dirt on the van rear / glass was removed neither the bug splattered from hood. 1/4 the of one tire got its shine. Foam still dripping from the rear of the van. Changing review to 4 stars just because Chris called back and issued a full refund. Very happy with customer service. Hope other issues are resolved by owner.

Went today and paid $22 for a wash. I was left with a completely sudsy back window and blueish green soap stains all over my car, despite being “wiped down” by the attendant at the end. I had to come home and hand wash the spots it missed. Super disappointed.

Worst car wash! They broke my mirror while washing. Also - they won’t provide with towels to dry the car. Staff is pathetic and rude. You need to pay for vaccum as well. Horrible experience

I got a Carnauba wax car wash today for my sedan. It cost me $18 (plus a tip). The guy at the entry was patient enough to help me correctly align my car onto the ramp. The person at the exit dried my car okay!

Drive through car wash employees have spoken rudely to me on more than 2 occasions now by 2 different employees. They are visibly frustrated if you don’t pull into the driveway ramp perfectly and make rude comments as if you work for them and are performing a job. If you politely say you didn’t realize something, they will point to the signs and remind you of what they told you instead of providing great customer service. They also don’t do a great job drying off your car and their effort seems to depend on who the customer is. The younger guy who dried off my car today gave like 25% effort and left most of my car wet, while staring at me as it was inconveniencing him. Customers should not be made to feel that they are an inconvenience while paying for a service and should be treated with courtesy and respect.

I went here for a car wash. At the end of the bay, there was a male that dried my car. He didn’t let me know he was done. He turned his back to me and began eating. After a few seconds I caught on. I went to vacuum but noticed I had to pay$1.50 for 3 minutes of vacuum. I left disappointed for the overall service experience.

Clean and I felt safe. However the vacuums are NOT free. You have to wash your car to use them. So not only did I pay for a wash that I didn’t need or want, I spent an additional $3 on the vacuum. I could have gone to the hand wash next door and got all of it done for that amount.

Clean, all the wash stalls work, they have a change machine that WORKS. Also offer automated washes and vacuums. Busy on weekends but moves fast and weekdays aren’t as busy
