Stopped by after leaving the hotel to get new windshield wipers. They insisted on helping put them on. Before pulling out my bf decided to try them out. One came off and 2 of the employees came running to address the issue and double checked to make sure it didn't scratch up the windshield. Rare qualities now days in employees. Kudos to these 2 gentlemen. Very sweet apologetic. Need to keep them as long as you can.

I always have an amazing experience at this location however, today, Tristan was very rude like he didn’t want to be at his job today. I asked him about checking Windshield wipers for me to see if I had a warranty Instead of him, just looking it up like I asked him to do. He tried to tell me that I miss used the part when he was not there when it was broken really rubbed me the wrong way and I won’t be returning. Tristan is there.

This store is so handy with it's location but the last 2 times I've been in this particular store I came away frustrated and feeling like I'll not return. First time was when I simply took some used motor oil in for reclamation. The guy behind the counter was not only rude but short fused. When I commented on his poor attitude he basically reply "yeah". Must really love his job! Then I recently placed a small online order that was to be ready for pickup in 1 hour with an email notification. After almost 2 hours and nearing store closure time I called to see what was up as I'd not heard anything back. Apparently the guy could not find the single item I'd ordered and just left it at that. Had I not called I would have not ever heard back! He just dropped the effort to even fill my order or to contact me. After calling, I was able to pick it up that evening after the 2 employees on duty spent some extended time looking for the product. Laughingly, an hour after I picked it up and 15 minutes before they closed, I got that email confirming my order was ready to pickup. WHAT A JOKE! OReilly's needs to get their act together. A bad online purchase experience, and a less than stellar instore experience as well.

Right now it's December 2nd 2025. It's 5:40 p.m. I just left the O'Reilly's by the Harley shop. Completely pissed off. I went in and grabbed some new windshield wipers which was going to be a pretty big purchase. It was going to cost me $60. I went up to the counter and waited. I'm a patient person. But after two people came in and were helped before me while I was standing there waiting I threw my windshield wipers back on the shelf and explained that I must be invisible. I will never go back to this O'Reilly's. There's absolutely no excuse to just ignore someone and help others customers that are just walking in. I'll just go somewhere else I'm sure I can get cheaper windshield wipers elsewhere. Absolutely unacceptable.
