The young gentleman who helped me yesterday (July 25th) saved the day. I showed up close to close because I wasn’t paying attention to the hours, with a bunk battery. He took the time to be informative. He went above and beyond the normal scope and showed me decency and respect, which can be hard to find these days. I’d venture to imagine with an employee like that, this is a great place to keep coming back to. He saved the day, got a new battery installed and got me up and running. I would give him 10 stars if I could.

Great experience! Stopped in to have our battery checked; needed a new one. Matthew found what we needed and installed the new one for us. He was very professional and courteous. We'll go back next time we need automotive products! Update - needed new wipers for my vehicle. Donnie looked up the part #'s an got them off the shelf for me. He offered to install them but I wasn't in the vehicle that needed the wipers. He then told me I could bring it by the store anytime for installation. Another good experience! Thank you Donnie!!

Customer service was quite horrible and the advertisement for free battery testing was deceiving given the fact that is the only thing they will do and send you on your way. Struggled with taking out a battery that we purchased from them, as they watched as spectators for well over an hour as we struggled taking out a battery and installing it. Wonderful company, but horrible customer service.

First I went to the one on Paris, the lady there did not help me at all. I went to Business Loop and the lady and man, sorry I don't remember their names helped me a lot. They took the time to figure out why my car wouldn't start. I needed a battery. They installed it. Excellent Customer Service. Anything I need for my car, I am going to O'Reilly on Business Loop!

I bought a brand new battery for my truck. Hadn't had it 2 weeks, and it was dead. They tested it and said it was fine. I had my mechanic test it said low voltage. The Amp were good but after charging for 24 hours battery should be replaced under warranty.

I've been a customer for many years and have shopped at many stores across the country, but at this one, they asked for my license just because my account is from Texas. It's ridiculous. Besides, they didn't have what I was looking for. I had to go to three stores to get my truck's oil changed. In the end, I went to AutoZone. They had everything I was looking for, and they didn't ask for my license.

My husband went in here for a tail light bulb and they wanted 11 bucks for Two lights and we’re from out of town and they wouldn’t even help him in anyway put the bulb in which they didn’t have to, but it would’ve been nice. My husband went to Napa auto parts instead and they sold him one bulb for four something and even helped him, put it in out of the kindness of their heart.

I had the job to go and sweep,scrub and buff the floors at this location. I did the work and left. Updated: October 4,2023 I came here and I bought a bottle of Rislone Hy-per Cool (super coolant) and there is fresh professional there as most of them are except for one that I've ran across that I have not even done a review yet on because I'm trying to not be angry when I do it and it was in Broken Arrow Oklahoma but this one here see, I looked at the floors at this location and what they've done like they've done in other ones they've ripped up all the tile, And they have got just concrete and it's smooth smooth surface it takes a lot of money to bring in that machine that has diamond tipped grinder it's a grinder it's a big machine diamond tip grinder and it smooths down the concrete to where it's shiny. So yeah the last time I was at that location as you can see at the top I was talking about I'd stripped and waxed it that's not going to happen anymore because and I know why people are doing that cuz it's less maintenance no more stripping and waxing no more hiring a janitorial company to come in and do that specialty of stripping and waxing tile floors they just got concrete now that shiny sweep and spot mop and it looks like brand new floor it's not white and bright but it is shiny in the floors look good there.

It ain't what it used to be. Not long ago, you could receive assistance here, slight change in demeanor is noted. The store wants to get you in and outquick not much time for questions or looking up parts. Many employees in the store but only 1 for checking out customers. Customers are the people who spend money at your store.

Went in there today needing a headlight bulb and received the absolute BEST customer service. The assistant manager Delan assisted me with my purchase. He asked the basic questions and as I was uncertain he said, “let’s go outside and take a look just to make sure” and we did. He removed the old headlight bulb, although rather difficult to get to, took me back into the store and got me the correct bulb and then took me back outside and replaced it for me!! I was fully prepared with several YouTube University videos for reference to try to accomplish this myself. But no need because he did it for me. Couldn’t ask for better customer service. He literally went above and beyond even though he didn’t have to!! This location will always have my business as long as he is there. Thank you Delan!!! You saved my day!

A young assistant manager there ( long curly hair, I can't remember his name) helped me replace my battery. It was so corroded, we couldn't get it out, but he sent me to a place that was still open (on a weekend) that managed to get it out. He was super helpful and sent me to the right place even when he couldn't do it. Glad I bought the battery here even though I had to go somewhere else to swap it. He deserves a raise!
