Have had to go to this store over 6 times to get my parts. Either they sent it back or it was the wrong part or the count was off. They charged me over 7 each time for shipping. I also have had to make sure the manager was going to be there in order to make sure everything was correct. So on the day which should have been the last time I would have to deal with them The manager was nice and gave me a couple of refunds on the shipping. HOWEVER I get home and the count is off once again. This has prolonged my truck becoming fixed let alone the amount and trips I have had to deal with. I cant speak for every store but this one in particular needs to get its sh** together. Will not be going back after They get all of this correct to a T.

One of the products I needed was in stock. The other however was a rare part for an older vehicle and the associate did his best to find the part, however we didn't locate it either in the store or online. The store was exceptionally well kept, clean and organized. The associate was professional and friendly and went the extra mile to assist myself and other customers.

Stopped in on Sunday and asked for an install of headlight bulbs if purchased he came out we lifted the hood and said he can't do it, took to Walmart and the technician said easiest bulb replacement he has ever done!!

I called to get a battery on my Nissan Altima and was told that they didn’t put batteries in this car due to how hard it was to put in. I drove it straight up to advanced auto and they had no problem putting the battery in within five minutes.
