Gino the OReilly employee at the counter got my car up and running fast. He found a loose negative battery connection and installed a battery post shim that got my car up and running for $3 instead of a new $180 battery. Never heard of a battery post shim before, sure glad Gino had. Great help. Very friendly store.

Have had to go to this store over 6 times to get my parts. Either they sent it back or it was the wrong part or the count was off. They charged me over 7 each time for shipping. I also have had to make sure the manager was going to be there in order to make sure everything was correct. So on the day which should have been the last time I would have to deal with them The manager was nice and gave me a couple of refunds on the shipping. HOWEVER I get home and the count is off once again. This has prolonged my truck becoming fixed let alone the amount and trips I have had to deal with. I cant speak for every store but this one in particular needs to get its sh** together. Will not be going back after They get all of this correct to a T.

The other however was a rare part for an older vehicle and the associate did his best to find the part, however we didn't locate it either in the store or online. Stopped in on Sunday and asked for an install of headlight bulbs if purchased he came out we lifted the hood and said he can't do it, took to Walmart and the technician said easiest bulb replacement he has ever done!!
