I'm not too savvy about auto parts but I do tend to shop Oreillys when I need anything to do with auto, only because I used to believe that all auto parts stores were the same. Now, whether Oreillys is the "cheapest" to shop between the competitors' prices or not, I really wouldn't know but if I did find a place cheaper I'd still rather shop Oreillys. The customer service keeps me coming back. It's the first place I go, I love to be serviced by OSSIE, although, anyone ive dealt with have been a great help. He is a pleasure to deal with. Always very helpful, patient, eager to assist, knows his stuff, suggestive but not at all pushy though and just has a great and friendly personality. I've never felt like a bother or a nuisance by the questions I can ask and I actually feel that he appreciates my business no matter how small! Btw, I'm about to review Express Lube which is 5 blocks up the road where I enjoy getting my oil changed but their parts prices are nuts! Air filter was like 31.95, um no thanks! I called Oreillys and got one for 19.99.

I've been in the automotive industry for longer than I want to admit.....Thought this place was going to be closed 7 or 8 years ago but Jeremy ( manager) turned it around. He was an outstanding leader and proved it. You can shop anywhere you want but you won't get any better service than you do t the Lucas Store. He has definitely left his mark on O'Reilly's. Whomever made him miserable enough to leave needs to learn how important his front line people are. His example has established a very good crew.

Came here after AutoZone down the road ignored us. One cashier was busy other two were outside helping someone. Then one comes in and helps us. Didn't have part we needed but was quick to locate the next store that did. Very nice and friendly.

We like O'Reilly's, but in the last year have had multiple instances - and I do mean *multiple*, of them selling us wrong car parts. We often know exactly what we need, ask for it, and are given the wrong thing. This store is very convenient to where we live so we keep coming back, but that's likely to change if this happens again.

I want to give a shout out to the manager Jordan. For going the extra mile and helping me find the part I needed for my car. They didn't have it in stock but he helped me find the right part online at a reasonable price! I've been to different auto parts stores for the last 2wks and out of all of them...instead of just telling me they don't have it..he took an extra step and made sure I found it this time..Thank you again Jordan (2016 Chevy Trax- A.C. hose problem) :-)

So I came into this establishment to return a piece that was defected. I ask the rep would it be a problem to return it here and I never got a response. Then she takes the part out of the box as if it was dirty and holds it an investigates the piece. I offer her my phone number and provided her a receipt. Honestly she made it seem as if I was doing something wrong returning a piece that was sold to me defected. I have done buisness w this company for years but after this experience I will look elsewhere.

Her professionalism, product knowledge, and customer service were truly top-notch. I had an issue with a gasket that was originally sold to me at a different O’Reilly location, North Major Drive, Beaumont, TX and turned out to be incorrect. They refused to help me. Cece took the time to listen, understood the situation immediately, and went above and beyond to help resolve it. She handled the return professionally and made sure I was exchanged for the correct gasket without any hassle. It’s rare to find customer service like this anymore. Cece was knowledgeable, respectful, and genuinely focused on helping the customer. Because of her, I’ll definitely be returning to this location for future parts needs.
