Car wash equipment in the touch-less bays does a great job of cleaning cars. Business is always clean. Owner is a great guy who enjoys taking care of others.

The 1st and 2nd bay that I tried to use the card readers wouldn't work which explains why I saw vehicles backing out of them. The 3rd bay worked until I went to use the brush and there was no soap. Ugh!

I’ve always had nothing but a positive experience when visiting this car wash. I would prefer this type of car wash versus the drive-thrus. When visiting last weekend, I noticed that at the end of the wash, not all the suds were washed off my car. I reached out by email and was refunded with no questions. Not only are they quality car wash, but top-notch customer service.

Sign says $5 minimum. But even if you only use the manual wash for a minute or 2, it charges $10.

The car wash broke while my car was in there, so it never rinsed off the soap! I called the owner and he immediately fixed it and gave me a refund. Me and my husband go to this car wash a lot... and I mean A LOT. We've never had a problem before, and was so happy to see amazing guest service behind the business.

I recently visited the car wash to remove all of the salt and snow debris over the last few weeks. The bay was bright and easy to use. I used the credit card feature so I didn’t have to keep fishing for quarters. I like that all the features worked if it was high pressure spray, soap or wax. My gray van was back to being a shining white color.

Two trips in a row to the automated wash with soap/products either empty or broken. I took the time to contact their feedback number after the first instance since I’ve been using this wash for years but I just won’t bother going back at this point.

I use car washes alot. I detail them for a side hustle. This isn't my favorite, but it's still great quality. I wish you could use change there.

The car wash itself does the job. I purchased the membership, but its a bit of a pain to get the machine to scan my QR code. Usually takes a few minutes before I can get it to work.

I love it cause I can take my dually through it and my lifted F350 with stacks does a great job for not using brushes but other than that it's great

I’ve used this DIY car wash for years, often commenting it’s the best around. The most recent upgrades have likely ended this run. The new credit card tap readers and air blower wand for drying your car inside the bays comes at a steep cost: noticeably lower water pressure out of the spray guns, and a roughly 30% increase in price. I could do a very thorough cleaning on my SUV for $10–far better than what I’d get at MooMoo for the $12 wash. I’m lucky to escape for $13.50 now. And the whole point of going to a DIY car wash is the power washing to blast away all the crud. The pressure now is not much more than that of my garden hose with nozzle turned to the “jet” option. These changes combined leave me thinking I’ll just stick with the bucket and brush at home. That’s free, and with towel in hand, I can forego the spot-free rinse. That, or return to MooMoo for full automation and free vacuums with a washing at the same price—no workout required.

For $18 I expected my car to come out cleaner than it did before going in. I get that it’s touchless, and I appreciate that, but I use other touchless locations and it comes out much better than it does at this place. I now have to take it elsewhere to get this strange haze off of the vehicle.

It’s really nice to have a touch-less car wash with a wash pass near to home. The equipment seems well maintained and does a good job cleaning my car. Looking forward to keeping my new car clean and SCRATCH FREE. I thought moo-moo and other car washes that leave swirl marks in your paint were the only options with monthly passes in Columbus. Glad that’s not the case!

Awesome touchless car wash! The high-pressure jets really get your car clean, and it’s safe for the paint. They can even wash taller vehicles with no problem. Plus, the membership option makes it super convenient. Highly recommend, I’ll definitely be back!

I do not know what happened to this location, but it ursed to be a very nice touchless car wash. I was there today, I just got back from upstate New York, my car was covered in salt and other road grime . I went there, did the $18 car wash, got home, noticed the salt was gone from the finish of the paint, but there were still dirt and other grime on the surface of the paint. The $18 to a car wash, seemed like a three dollar car wash. I think next time I’ll do moo moo, at least for $23, I know my car will come out clean.

This car wash used to be decent. Recently it has gone downhill. They upgraded all of their equipment which now means they charge a small fortune. Sadly it doesn’t clean your car. Used to frequent. I’m done with the automatic wash, never again. The self cleaning bays are ok, but 80% of the time they are out of soap or some chemical. Crazy. I’m sure this place has to print cash. Sad the owners can’t keep up with it.

Not a great wash for $10. I used the automatic bay for the first time since they changed to new equipment and it’s disappointing. My car was not clean. I prefer to use the self-serve bays and do a better job myself, but the last time I used them, I wasn’t impressed.
