Westerville locate is coo'. Water is definitely cleaner then the one on East broad street, where it smells like recycled mop water. Service is fast. Employees are very friendly

No bad have membership, but my car dosent get cleaned well not due to them I think auto cleaning dont work with squarish cars, biggest issue is they dont have a good way to wash mats and no water outside for getting some missed areas cleaned

New location right off the freeway. So far so clean! Love the fact that rather it’s a new moo moo car wash express or an existing one they all look the same they all are clean but vacuums work perfectly the staff is generally well informed about the services they provide and today they donated part of the proceeds to Saint Stephen’s community center which is fantastic. Moo moo on silver drive and a dollar tree Across from Lowe’s Aldi’s and the car tire place yeah this location is a winner

As hard as the woman tried to sell me a membership before she would let me get my wash, this car wash sucks. My car was still dirty in many areas and it was not caked in dirt to begin with.

Love the Moo Moo Ceramic Car Wash! It really makes a difference! It’s expensive, but it makes it so easy to keep your car looking so beautiful and newer than it really is. And you can prepay for several months or a year in advance to save some money. Also, I love the free vacuums and the $4 towel which you can replace any time. The towel makes it easy to do a quick wipe down, for that extra oomph! And then you can just get it replaced before you go thru your next wash. Easy peasy! Also, they keep their establishment looking very nice and clean! (I wasn’t actually at the Huber Village location when I wrote this review, somehow that was calculated wrong. But I’ve been to about six different locations, and they’ve all been great.)

With all this snow, signing up for a membership was a no brainer. Glad I went to this location. Very helpful and kind. On my way to work, so very convenient to add into routine.

This place used to be great but anymore it’s been hard to use my membership without waiting 30 minutes or longer. I canceled my 2026 membership early because I hadn't used it for over a month due to the wait times.

Love this service! I have the monthly plan and drive thru daily. Keeps my vehicle squeaky clean especially in the winter time when that salt is covering the under carriage!

This location washes pretty well. Has 2 front/top brushes and 4 side brushes. They have around 20 vacuum spots. It is easy to get in and out of. Use the light at Marc's/Kohls then turn right. The staff is always polite. I use the Creama and it gets the car clean and makes the wheels shine. They are open during the winter. Be sure to get the salt off of your car

Hello, hi this is Trisha I have been a customer with y’all guys for a long time and have two cars that I pay for but one of your locations on Hudson really sucks. The vacuums do not work. SMH is cold outside and it’s not good to go to each pumps to find a good vacuum, but otherwise I love moo moo

Moo Moo Express Car Wash in Whitehall is hands-down the best car wash around! From the moment you pull in, you’re greeted with friendly staff and a clean, professional setup. The entire process is quick, efficient, and incredibly convenient. My car always comes out sparkling clean, and the free vacuum stations are a huge bonus. What sets Moo Moo apart is the value — whether you’re doing a one-time wash or using their Unlimited Wash Club, it’s worth every penny. The wash options cover everything you need, from basic to premium, and they even provide towels and cleaning sprays at the vacuum area. The location is always well-maintained, safe, and easy to access. I highly recommend Moo Moo Express Car Wash in Whitehall to anyone who wants their vehicle to look its best — fast, friendly, and fantastic every time!

Your company overall is great. But. It’s a lucky day when more than half of the vacuums are working properly. There are signs up saying “no load music”. And yet there are multiple cars playing very loud music with vulgar lyrics. I am currently looking for a new place to service my car. I am a monthly member of your best wash. If your managers can’t maintain the services you provide and can’t control the environment of your very public service. Maybe it’s time to find new managers.

The cheapest express option wasn’t the best and left bird poop on top of my car and on the windows. Deeper dirt didn’t come off but that was to be expected. The vacuums are nice! Overall good experience but I would likely upgrade next time

My husband tried to use this location today, He had the worst experience ever! I hope the owners will read and address the issues. This kind of behavior is very unprofessional and not acceptable. Obviously, the employees have no idea what customer service is! "The attendant became argumentative with me, after I made my wash request at the booth. Words were exchanged and the attendant slammed shut the booth door. I was not aware that my credit card was not processed. The attendant deliberately cut off my wash, after I entered the garage. After exiting the garage, I immediately returned to the entry booth and spoke with a Carissa and requested my wash. She refused to provide a wash for my vehicle and threatened to call the police. She demanded that customers treat employees with respect. I asked repeatedly that I be given my wash and not to be treated as such or make it about respect, when the words were mutual. Carissa refused. That's no way to treat your customers. The disrespect started with the employee toward me and became mutual. It became elevated by us both. You do not treat customers with disrespect and demand respect in return. You certainly do not mislead by pretending to provide your service, then not providing it. Carissa should have defused the situation and misunderstanding by providing my wash. Instead, she tells me how I need to behave as a customer, informs me that I am not getting a wash and threatened to call police. That is not customer service! That Carissa wanting to be right and win the argument and punish me. Is her job to provide customer service or win arguments with dissatisfied customers? Am I expected to not return, in the future? I was not disrespectful initially, nor belligerent with the attendant. I simply quickly and abruptly stated that I wanted the $22 service. I was annoyed with the pace of the line. After I asked for the $22, the attendant became challenging to me, by asking "How I'm doing?" and not answering my request for $22 wash. She could see how I was doing. She asked me in a confrontational tone. I answered her questions, how are you doing, by repeating that I wanted the $22 service. In turn, she got belligerent with me! Is your company in the business of selling vehicle washes? Or, in the business of teaching manners? I have visited that cash wash many times. I was completely shocked by being treated in such a manner today. I'm 65 years of age. I do not appreciate young girls, in their 20s, supposing to tell me about respect, when they first no nothing about customer service. None of this would have occurred, if the attendant would have said, "May I help you?"; Instead of "How you doing?", to an annoyed customer. Back in my day, we said, "May I help you?" That seems too ingratiating for today youth or business. But it is not. It shows a real willingness to be helpful to the customer. Not lip service. Too many businesses today, treat customers as though they are an inconvenience or being provided with a favor. Not with appreciation for business."

Had an awesome experience at the car wash today. Everyone was very friendly despite the freezing weather. Was given breakdown of the wash options and happy to now have membership. Like that I can go to any location wherever I am. Big vacuum lot, so always a free space. Even got a free air freshener!

Okay place but there are a few things they should focus on for better experience. The extra lane for membership only customers is rarely open. Today I went and the vacuums did not suction well. In fact, one hose was broken. I do appreciate that they offer some freebie air fresheners from time to time.

I recently went to this Moo Moo location as i am now a resident in the area and i truly had a great experience. I was greeted by a young man who I believe was the manager and he ran me through all the different wash options and was able to answer my questions! They even had a promotion going on so I was able to get a great deal on a membership. I was very happy with the quality of wash and utilize the vacuums to give the inside a good clean. I was complimented by a couple family members on how clean my car looked! I am really glad this Moo Moo location is so close to me now and I would highly recommend everyone to make it a weekly routine stop! Thanks!

I have the Moo Moo monthly car wash membership and I do wash my car frequently. Of the many Moo Moo car washes that I have been to, this particular car wash in Grove City has THE BEST vacuum’s. Their suction was extremely strong and it made cleaning my car’s interior quick and easy!
