Okay. Listen up readers. One of my coworkers recommended J.R.M. to detail a leased car my niece had been driving for 3 years, It was in terrible shape! When I took the car in I kept thinking they would call me back and tell me it would be an impossible project to do or that I would have to pay much more money for them to do it. Neither happened. I was AMAZED at how great the car looked, inside and out (2015 Kia Soul). And their price was the lowest of everyone I called. John even let me take the car to him on a Sunday so I wouldn't have to deal with getting it to him on a workday. You will definitely be satisfied with this company. If I could give more stars I would!

Did great work! Got an interior detail done. Our cat had peed while on the way to the vet, so I started to smell. They got the smell out completely and the interior looked like new! Dropped car off in the morning and picked up at end of day.

They are great!! I had a horrible experience where I accidentally left a watermelon on my seat in the hot car and it leaked all over the seat. I tried to clean it up myself but I couldn't get the smell out. I then went to another company and paid them to get the smell out - but they didn't succeed. Fortunately I found J.R.M. They were great to work with and got every bit of the smell out - and my car also looked great!

I work out of town.I'm from Missouri. I took My Dodge Ram 2500 truck to J.R.M. Cleaning and DetaiIing it was filfy covered with mud on the inside from working in rain all week getting in and out of it. When I got it back it looked better than when I bought it. Would definitely recommend J.R.M. When I'm back in town again I will definitely take truck back to them. Would definitely recommend J.R.M. They are professional and polite.Excellent customer service! I had just purchased a used car but wanted to make it not look used. I had been looking and stopped by. John was able to easy schedule me and give me the price. The car was cleaned throughly to include the top of the windows and the area around the gas cap. He even had the floor mats out drying so I could easily see the floor boards. They exceed my expectations. It prompted me to even leave a tip because of how well they cleaned.
