Patrick was my service advisor and he went above and beyond to help me and educate me on what is best for my Nissan rogue and helped me better understand how to chose tires. The service is here is amazing every time they are very thorough and they even record everything they have fixed on your car and show it to you. I would never go anywhere else.

Jon at Nissan Elk Grove was super friendly and efficient. Had my car serviced in 40 minutes on a very busy Saturday morning for you. I told him we were going on a trip and he had the car looked over super thoroughly. He even adjusted tire pressure by a couple of pounds. Top notch service!!!!

Nissan of Elk Grove's Service Dept took great care of me and my current Nissan Rogue and previous car, Nissan Altima. Very happy with the Service Dept. After a year of my 3 DIY attempts to clear my headlights with very little success, I gave them a shot. They worked for 2 hours and did an amazing job and reconditioned my headlights to look like new😃 It was worth every penny!

After having a bad experience at Nissan Sacramento, this location has been incredible. I arrived for my appointment and was helped right away (no waiting at all). The person who assisted me spoke Spanish, which was extremely helpful since some car maintenance terms are difficult for non-native speakers. She was very kind, explained what was going to be done to my vehicle, gave me options, and helped me decide what was most convenient. The work was done quickly, and when I came back to pick up my car, the entire checkout process was very fast. Excellent service—I especially want to highlight the work of Viridiana Sanchez, who assisted me. 🌟 What does worry me, though (and this is not related to Nissan Elk Grove but to Nissan manufacturer), is that I was already told that at the next service I’ll need to replace the rear brakes again (I already did it once), and it will cost $500. This would be the second time in just two years with a car that is only used in the city. At Nissan Sacramento they told me it was because I was carrying too much weight—but isn’t this vehicle supposed to handle that? The heaviest load I ever carry is a Costco run. It just sounds strange, and I’m very concerned about having to spend that money again.

Everything was ok except for the fact that the person who scheduled me for service told me it would only be about two hours...must have been new because with the recall work and usual oil change etc, I was without my car till next day! They did provide me with I rental which I paid $38 out of pocket ( should have been free) and was late to work the next day due to having to return rental and pick up my car. The only thing they did to make up for it was $20 coupon for break fluid change. $20! Please, they could have at least paid for my rental right?

We had a wonderful experience with Nissan of Elk Grove from start to finish. I was able to make an appointment easily online. Then I had to change it several times because the delivery driver was late. Fortunately, changing the appointment times was easy too. I had to call to ask a question and when I did, whoever answered the phone was very helpful and said I could drop off the car before 4:15pm. When we got there, Jhon helped us out. He was very pleasant and friendly. Just a really nice person! He made us feel welcome and we were impressed with his politeness and great customer service. He had a wonderful sense of humor also. The next day, we received a text from Nissan of EG and it was a video of the car inspection recorded by Arthur. I was so impressed by how professional Arthur sounded. It felt like he took the time to explain things carefully and was considerate of the person listening. Usually when we get video inspections like this, the tech sounds rushed, kinda just doing the job and not really putting in much effort. Arthur seemed to really take his job seriously and want to do his best. Picking up the car was a seamless experience as well. We've owned a lot of cars in our life and been to so many dealerships but I have to say I've had the best first impression with Nissan of Elk Grove. Customer service is topnotch and I hope it continues to stay this way. Hopefully the car doesn't have too many issues but we look forward to coming back to Nissan of EG for regular maintenance, oil changes, etc. Management should definitely recognize Jhon and Arthur for a job well done. They've impressed us with their excellent customer service skills and I don't think we impress that easily. :P

I had an appointment at 2:00 on February 2 for an oil change. They said it would take an 1 hour 1/2. At 4:30 they finally took my car in to do the oil change and finish so quickly. I was there for 3 hours that is ridiculous to wait just for an oil change. And they charged me $146 so ridiculous. Their customer service is not good at all. They didn't even come my check on me or tell me that it was going to take longer than an hour and a half nothing! I only brought my car there because Sacramento Nissan closed and prior to that I brought my car to Nissan Elk Grove 5 years ago and the same lousy customer service. They have not changed. Now I'm going to have to drive across the city to go to Roseville because they have great customer service and they take care of their customers the right way. Very disappointed!

John was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring from start to finish. He took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure all of my questions were answered, and ensured my vehicle was well taken care of. Everyone I interacted with was very personable (what I look at most), friendly, respectful, and truly focused on customer service. My service Rep Jeff Stoughton was exceptionally helpful and went out of his way to make sure that all my answers were answered. He is courteous and truly cares. Jeff had left Nissan for a while when he did I could feel the gap. But now that he’s back I believe Nissan is a better place.
