Filled up the tank fully and got a call the next day saying it’s 7/8 full when the odometer showed full and gas tank stopped filling. got charged for it 15 dollars after renting multiple times those 2 months. Assistant manager called to tell me I’m being charged terrible customer service here!

Huge waste of time. I got sent over from the rancho cordova location. This location claims they didnt have any cars. Only gas guzzlers. Said my insurance only authorized $30 a day In front of other customers. So they attempted to get $20 a day more out of me. When I got in touch with insurance the adjuster stated "thats the price enterprise system came back with. $29.99 a day" So the counter agent told me a lie in front of the other custoners. They failed to honor the rate they quoted insurance! Had to get an uber to airport @ $56 to get a vehicle from avis. Will not use Enterprise again. This is the 5th time there's been a problem.

Came in on Sunday right before closing at noon. Lots of people in line. The reps were patient and friendly. Line moved quickly. Everyone looked tired, but they were smiling when they helped us and were always kind and polite. Even if other agencies may offer cars at a lower price, I will come back here to Enterprise at Elk Grove. Nothing beats excellent customer service. That is exactly what we received when picking up and dropping off our vehicle.

i cannot thank the staff enough for their wonderful guidance and assistance. i rented a car for quite literally over two months (as i had gotten into a total loss accident) and was waiting for the settlement to purchase a new car. i now have a cute car of my own and just turned in the rental. everyone is friendly, professional, and do a great job making sure you’re well taken care of. i appreciate them taking the time to review my final charges (as i mistakenly forgot to extend it a week) and they were kind enough to grant me some grace and fix it for me. while a bit expensive - as any car rental is - there is no one i would trust more in the future. the chevy malibu i had was like new (and a pretty matching my aesthetic color lol) and i miss the apple carplay already; 1000% installing that in my new car. thanks enterprise elk grove!! with all due respect, i hope i never have to rent a car unless on vacation but if i do need to, i know who i’ll trust!!! <3

The website says they have been open since 7:30am. My rental is stranded on the side of the road and I have been calling since 8am. I had to call my mother to come rescue me and the rental is STILL on the side of the road. The hold music says they give me "peace of mind" by making sure the surfaces are clean. Well, the clean car is broken down but hey, at least I won't get COVID from it!

Came in to rent a car and I cannot believe how unprofessional that manager Taylor is and the other assistant managers. How can managers or leaders be disrespectful to their employees like the detailers. I'm going to have to report this to the Attorney General's office.

Horrible experience with enterprise, booked a month in advance and no cars available and now my whole vacation is ruined. Enterprise promised they will call back and I got nothing. I’ve called the branch and been on hold for a hour just trying to get a manger but no response. They will not answer the phone if it’s hour before closing. They don’t care about customer service. They promise to make their goal to have great customer service but it’s the worst service and I’ll never rent from them again. Please don’t rent from them it’s not worth the headache. Honestly horrible customer service!!! I contacted corporate office and also no response and also said I’ll hear back same day but no response again.

Okay, if you’re looking for a review to persuade you from NOT buying or renting with Enterprise, this is not it. My renting experience was insanely smooth and easy – almost suspiciously…but ultimately, I was very well taken care of from start to finish. I made a reservation online and got a call minutes later from an agent to help me sort out the details of what I needed for my upcoming trip. When I got to the dealership, I was greeted with a warm welcome, and the process of renting was explained to me – this was my first time renting a vehicle. I have to say, Bryce was incredible. Unfortunately, the vehicle I was looking for was unavailable, but Bryce stepped in to find the next best thing. He went the extra mile and found me a bomb vehicle that I ended up loving so much, I went back to Enterprise and bought a car from the same maker, days later. Du Pri has an exceptional talent in balancing the dichotomy of professionalism and personal warmth. He made me feel like a friend, even like I was part of the team and we were all making this decision together. In the end, Bryce and Du Pri freakin hooked it up! When I went to return the vehicle, Gabby was super friendly and actually cared about how my trip was, not just the condition of the vehicle post-trip. I don’t think there are many other ways that the process could have improved on. Thank you so much, Enterprise!

I made a pickup reservation at 9700 W Stockton Blvd, Elk Grove, CA 95757. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, you informed me that you had unilaterally changed the pickup location without any prior notification or contact. The reason and explanation given was simply that the vehicle was not available here, and the system automatically rerouted the reservation to another location. If this is the case, what is the meaning of a "reservation"? Isn't an appointment something that is agreed upon in advance?! Where is the business integrity (or contractual spirit) of your company? Where is your customer service evident? The rating for all problem-solving and countermeasure handling is "0" (zero).

Rent day was great return worst customer service and wait. Was told can drop off key but won’t be able to talk about anything. Why get full coverage if piss poor attitude. Really need to work with people skills. 20 min wait to return van. If 0 was allowed that is the true score. May need to get people skills but I am sure management will not respond to any of this.

I sent them this today in response to their survey. Better communication! I called a couple of days ago to extend my reservation by one day. You had sent me an email asking me to do that. There were four (4) problems. Please send this comment to the regional manager so that he can reply. Problems #1 Waiting on hold to speak to a human being took 42 minutes. I called the number for the branch in Elk Grove, California. I believe this was on Saturday January 3. In the past when I have called that number and everyone at the branch was busy on the phone the call had been automatically forwarded to your customer service number and answered fairly quickly. But not on this call. 42 minutes waiting on hold. #2 Your email said click here to modify your reservation. I clicked here and it opened up a tab in my browser. I wanted to pay with a different card. Your page said if you want to change your credit card call us. The page either clearly stated or strongly implied that you would actually change my credit card if I called you. When I finally reached a person, who was Jacob, he said that no, I had to go in to the branch to change my credit card. To pay with a different card. Your page had given me false information. #3 Your email to me saying it's time to modify your reservation did not include any phone number. It did not include the phone number for customer service. It should have. Especially if your phone at the branch was set up that day to NOT automatically forward or be transferred to customer service if everybody at the branch was busy and on the phone. #4 Your web page that opened up when I clicked on the link in your email to modify my reservation did not include your customer service phone number. Same reasoning as in #3. You can improve the service you provide to customers and improve your company by changing all 4 of these things. At least the last 3. Changing the 2nd, 3rd and 4th things I mentioned will change and prevent the first problem from happening again. You can't control how many people call you on a given day but you CAN control how you handle those calls. Please acknowledge your receipt of this message. Thank you.

Smooth and easy process to rent a car and the prices are reasonable as well. The pick up and return process was quick and easy. I would highly recommended reserving a vehicle online to save time at the desk. I rented a car while mine was in the shop and they needed to keep my car an extra day. I was able to simply go online and extend my rental time by a day, literally in 2-3 clicks. The car they rented to me was super clean and well maintained.
