Update : 1/25/25 I wanted to update my review. I appreciate the owner giving me a call and helping resolve the issue with the service. He watched the video of what happened and called me directly to express his thoughts on the situation. He wanted to make it right so he sent me a free wash to make up for the poor service I received. I took my other car in for a wash today and the same person definitely was better. The person at the wash helped wash my car as expected and I did get the platinum wash I had paid for. I’m giving them a 5 star for the excellent customer service of following up with me. Some businesses don’t care about their customers. This business does so ill leave my original review for historical reasons, but want to emphasize the great customer service from the owner. It shouldn’t have come to this but I’m glad they recognized the issue and was proactive in resolving it. I appreciate great service so I recommend coming here for a wash now. ———— Don’t believe the reviews. This place isn’t good. Just got done with their wash. I paid for the highest level. I was behind a black pickup and the guy working spent 5 minutes spraying scrubbing and cleaning his car. Then because I was driving a van, he leaves, I’m stuck waiting for another 3 minutes on the track then have to honk for him to come. I wait another 2 minutes and he finally comes because he couldn’t stop talking with his buddy. When he arrives, he give my car a quick spray and then uses the brush to pass over the left side, then leaves. I go through the wash and it’s obvious I didn’t get the wash I paid for because there’s no foam bath, tire clean, clear coat, and drying at the end. I paid $16 dollars and he put the wash in for the basic $8 dollar wash. I’ll upload the video from my dash cam when I get home. I talked to him and he was like I had other stuff to do. So he didn’t want to do his job.

My car likes Blue Star washes :) The washes are inexpensive, but my car actually comes out clean! Much different experience than other local car washes that offer a low cost wash. I've been a happy customer for several months and buy several washes in advance at a discount. I drive in from Galt...worth it!

The customer service is amazing. The quality of the car wash is ok. The tire shine only applied on one area of the tires. They probably would have fixed it, but I didn't notice it right away.

2nd time here. First time I took our suv and I had to do a lot of drying afterwards. And I wasn't aware they offer free vacuuming. Today I took our sedan and car looks good. I'm sold on this concept. I used to go to magic Carwash but we live too far from there and it's a hassle going there. Strongly considering the monthly plan. Update: I bought the unlimited platinum wash however the car doesn't feel as clean as before. For example, the wheels.

Clean, fast and good price. Car wash is good and the free vacuums with car wash. they work well. Plus they give you glass cleaner and drying towel's to use for free. Not to bad.

This is one of the worst car wash shops I ever been too. Not only the machines left many greased, lubricant on the side of my car but it also broke my windows visor😡🤬. My tires was fully of lubricant grease and dirty before the car wash. Will never go to this car was place again!

My husband’s boss bought me a membership at Blue Star Car Wash for my new car, and I am so glad that he did! The guys here are AWESOME! I would usually go to a different car wash, but was convinced by a friend that this place was better, and yep, he was right. The one thing that I wish they would add is a canopy for a shade above where you vacuum your car, but its not a deal breaker. Big thanks to all the guys there; they are always so helpful.

Their posted hours are a joke. Website says they close at 8 PM, Apple Maps says 7 PM, but when I arrive around 6:00 - 6:10 PM (after work), they are already closed. This has now happened three times. One time, the employee told me they would reopen, then randomly changed his mind and closed again. No explanation, no apology, no respect for customers time. It feels like they just close whenever they feel like it. Completely unreliable, unprofessional, and a waste of time. Please update your hours.

Great service at the drive-up payment, it was hard to reach but the attendant appeared immediately and was great. Gave my whole car a good pre-wash spray-down and even mopped the windshield and windows. As a result, the basic wash got my car way cleaner than the competitor duck wash place’s deluxe wash could ever dream of. Also it had more drying blowers than most places, plus a big drying buffing cloth thing like I’ve never seen before. Glad I stumbled upon this spot, I’ll be back next time I’m in the neighborhood for sure.

My truck was filthy from driving through the snow covered roads of New Mexico, Arizona and California. I used the free wash coupon on their website. The attendant, first, power washed and soaked up the truck, before we drove through the car wash. For as dirty as the truck was, we were very happy with the results after the wash. We topped the attendant happily afterwards.

Today, again i got my car interior cleaned by Kuldeep and I’m very impressed with the results. He paid great attention to detail, made sure every corner was spotless, and the car feels fresh and new again. The service was professional, on time, and worth the price. I’ll definitely use him again and recommend him to others.
