This was my first time here and I loved it, I won't go anywhere else from now on. From the fair price to the 2 gentlemen that scrub the front grill and area's that have extra dirt to the hand dryers at the end. It's a great experience with great service. They have a monthly program as well, now I just need to bring my dog over and see how that works.

The price isn't that bad and the vacuum cleaners that you get to use are super powerful. The car wash cleaned my wheels great but it missed a lot of areas. Any small crack next to a raised surface was missed. I had to go over my car again. I probably won't go back dor a car wash again.

Decent car wash. Employees are always very pleasant. The wash doesn't quite get all of my SUV--I always leave with still dirty side mirrors and about a 8in-1 foot section on my back hatch that doesn't get cleaned. Finding the entrance can be tricky for first timers; you have to drive around the right side of the gas station and past the entrance to the McDonald's drive thru.

High quality car wash. I brought a muddy 4runner in and it came out shining like new. Polite and friendly staff that basically hand wash the front of the car. This is one of my favorite features of the this car wash because this gets grid of all the bugs that stick to the front of your car as your drive on a highway. The price is affordable and for the service you are provided I'd say it's a deal.

Good local car wash that I use regularly. Haven't used the dog wash but I see people using them. I like to come early in the mornings when it's not busy. Otherwise, if you go later, expect a long line for the wash and difficulty finding an open spot to vacuum your vehicle. Staff is attentive. I've lost stuff inside the carwash and they've retrieved it for me. Please throw your trash in the appropriate receptacle and not on the ground. Also please keep your music turned down when cleaning your car and be respectful of others.

I had been a frequent visitor to this car wash until I unfortunately got into an accident while inside the facility. The staff failed to properly instruct the driver in front of me to put their car in neutral, causing the accident. The driver was controlling the vehicle with the brakes instead of allowing the conveyor belt to do its job. To make matters worse, the car wash owner refused to offer any assistance or take responsibility for the incident. I strongly recommend avoiding this place.

This place definitely aims in delivering a superior service! You can't be upset with the wait time when the wait is only caused by people who KNOW that they want a quality Car Wash! Know that when you go to this car wash and choose the top package, you will receive EVERY application that you paid for!! (Something that is NOT guaranteed at other car wash locations) From a great wash for your vehicle, powerful vacuums that are free to customers, plus a great option for pet owners with the dog wash!! Add that with great price options and an awesome location with it being right off the freeway, right next to a gas station and a McDonalds.

Great car wash! I get the monthly plan so I get as many car washes as I want by paying a monthly amount. Works really nice or when I just want to get in real quick and get a car wash and get out. I don't usually have to wait a very long time. Of course sometimes they do have their busier times when there might be awaiting of maybe five or six cars. The car wash itself is automated so you pull up to a little spot where a conveyor belt sort of thing catches your tire and then it guide you through the rest of the way of the car wash. Your car during the entire time is in neutral. The people that are there to assist do do a bit of washing on your windshield and the front car front of the car as well as the back and the back part of your side mirrors. The rest of the car wash is a standard car wash as far as all the rotating brushes and stuff that are there. I get the full treatment so when I go through I get every piece of it so I get all the clear rinse and the triple foam I get the tire thing, the whole bit. My car always looks really nice and if there's just one small little thing on it I can go in again and not worry about paying any extra. If you do just a one-time wash and you do the full wash it's $16. If you go twice in the month for the full wash then that's obviously $32 but the monthly cost is a little bit less than that so if you think you're going to wash your car more frequently you do want to look into the monthly plan. I don't know anything about their dog wash as I don't have a dog. However they do have lots of vacuums so you can vacuum out your car after you washed it. Overall I'm very pleased and haven't had any complaints.

Great and clean facility all in all over all just amazing! We personally love to use the dog wash area and it is always working well and chemical shampoos that are used to clean my dogs is always fresh smelling and full of shampoos and conditioners. All in all we give this place a 10 out of 10 for cleanliness, service and great hospitality from staff members. Highly recommend Gillys Car Wash if your looking for a very clean and well maitaince facility.

Hi everyone, great place with both exceptional service and staff. I even made it through the wash without breaking my bike rack. You know the bike rack I'm responsible for as I chose to put it on MY car. But I had a crazy idea before I made the decision to utilize there great car wash and I removed the bike rack prior to the wash. That way it couldn't be damaged. I made smart decisions so I had a great experience. The staff and wash made it also an even better experience. Just remember remove any extra objects from car so they don't get broke... just my experience and opinion. Thanks gilly!

Have come to the dog wash 3 times in a row over the last month to the card reader being out of order. It’s quite a drive to fail each time. Only other option is to carry & deposit $10 in quarters. Not coming back.

Washed both my frenchies at the same time. The shampoo and conditioner smells good and so do my pups now. It was really easy to use and beats spending almost $100 for baths at the groomer. I can clip nails, clean ears and teeth at home. No signs of itching since we’ve been home and I have a sensitive Frenchie so that was one thing I worried about using their shampoo. For those that may have a skin issue I would just bring your own shampoo just in case. Clean pups and a clean bathroom lol since I didn’t have to tear it apart bathing them at home. I’d bring a towel to soak up some of the water before blow drying.

The wash did damage to my wheel, and let the air out of the tire. showed one of the employees. He took pictures as well as I did. We looked at the video of my car entering the wash, no damage was seen. I filled out a claim and he said he would give it to his manager and he would get in touch with me. Never heard from him, stopped by several times to speak with the manager and he was never there. After several months the manager had one of his employees call me to tell me that they don't have any evidence that the rim wasn't damaged when I entered the wash. How can I drive in with tires full of air and drive out with a flat tire???👎👎 Haven't even heard from corporate after an email to them.
