Very slow 10 people in line and no 2nd register open. Cashiers are not nice and can’t even greet the customer. Have given this place a lot of chances and poor service even with a brand new store.

Great petrol prices, good quality. Just overly packed for that exact reason sometimes. Convenience store is nicely stocked, and even has a delicious Mexican restaurant attached.

Poor customer service, bad behavior with people you can’t pay with cards always have to see cashier and they are so rude bad management also the gas prices too high and the quality is too bad don’t waste time here

Open stall when I arrived, gas reasonably priced. Pump 7 was missing the little lever that keeps the gas pump running so I had to hold the pump the entire time.

Terrible service, very rude. Also, they will not let you use the restroom. They will say it's closed for cleaning because they're about to clean it and will not give you an ETA on when it will be available. Not hours, not ever. This is illegal due to proximity to freeway! Give your business to nearby Chevron instead.

Pump and store all good but one employee like always get high and don’t listen about what’s customers say and to much rudely behaved and this man don’t deserve that job I think store manager and owner please change the cashier

Customer service is horrible to many bosses in there everyone telling someone to do something employees are just looking around the store is nice needs new employees to go with it it's March 13 and you only have one person wearing gloves while preparing and service food and the one gentleman with the curly hair was the only one using proper procedure and when I gave him his props the rest of the employees laughed it's sad how an employee in that atmosphere wouldn't try to keep ppl safe by wearing gloves and proper protection while dealing with and serving food

This gas station is always nice and clean. I also appreciate the t.v.'s that are built into the gas tank. Or the music that is always playing in the background. Unfortunately, the store is missing the everyday essentials such as simple hygiene products. The store is completely unorganized. I gave this gas station a three because they tried charging me for wanting to get air in my tire. Like an idiot I fell for it. Turns out it's mandated by law to allow us to pump our tires for free. Anyway, check it out for yourself. I could just be bias but from personal experience it's not so luxurious.

I’ve gotten gas here several times and never had any problems until now with store under construction it’s a bit challenging to simply get gas. The other day, however, I had planned to wash my car but this station had a huge sign saying “try our new car wash!” So I thought what the heck it will sabe me time. Huge mistake!!! The instructions are posted but without an attendant it’s confusing with the stop and go red or green lights. When I got home, I noticed the backseat door behind me had a piece missing that must have gotten torn off in the wash. I did hear a couple of loud pop like noises as the brush rollers began scrubbing my car. I originally only saw the small part off the door gone but when I went back to look for it, I found the Buick letters strip from the hood of my car on the ground just inside the car wash and went to tell the station attendant to please keep an eye out for the other piece. He ended up walking over to look right then after I showed him the piece I’d found. He found he other one towards the back of the building. He said he was really sorry and hoped I would be able to get it fixed. Obviously it’s “use this carwash at your own risk!” So don’t fall for the “try out new car wash” like I did. I will never use that place to wash my car again. Photos of the parts shown below.

The crispy chicken is delicious, but the gas station employees especially the cashiers always seem extremely high on some type of substance to the point where they can barely speak, working very slow and just seem lost and stuck. Not a good way to represent Shell gas station.

For some reason most gas stations do not take Apple Cash and due to the holidays I only had 30 bucks in my Apple Cash for gas to last me to the end of the week. Not only when I called the customer service was amazing the gentleman that not only answered the phone but took care of me as soon as I came in, his name was Siir. Dude I hope you get a holiday bonus you’re spreading positivity and customer appreciation. I appreciate you bro!

They are false advertising that this place is open 24 hours well...it's not got here currently 3:54am abd their inside is CLOSED!! No one is even inside, be careful people as shell is NOT 24 hours at all

The car wash works great. They offer a vacuum and air. I'm removing a star because if you're getting a car wash shouldn't the vacuum be at least discounted and isn't air free if you get gas? There is a food truck here that makes amazing food - one of tue best al pastor super burritos I've ever had from a food truck... whaa??? The jiffy lube, however, sucks but that's a different review.
